A staff member took my pool sample and analyzed it. They recommended I add 50 lbs. of supersonic to the pool. I said I had just recently added 6-7 inches of new water to our pool making the pool sample read no chlorine. The staff listened to what I said and told me that they would do another test that would take 2 hours and would call me with the results. They called me in two hours and results were fine. I only needed 25 lbs that saved me $100.00. Thank you for listening to me!

Great company! Needed a couple fixes to the controls on our pool. The were knowledgeable and even reconfigured a couple things so they were function properly and the right way. Brandon is who I dealt with mostly and he is great! Alway taking time to explain everything in detail.

Jess did a great job showing us all the features of the various jet packs available. She really knows all about the Bullfrog Spas. The guys that came and helped me with the initial spa setup were great as well. The only negative comment I have is that I e-mailed them a month or so ago about wind and the possibility of the attached spa cover being torn off the tub and got no response. An answer to that question would be great

We selected Pool to Spa for installing a new liner in our pool. We were at the bottom of a long list of customers, in addition to the challenges of manufacturing and shipping during a pandemic. It was a frustrating wait time; however, once the liner finally arrived, it was installed by friendly and trustworthy staff. There were additional problems discovered after the liner was installed, and the staff were very helpful and encouraging while addressing and explaining the options for repair. They went above and beyond to get our pool operational in order allow our grandkids an opportunity to swim while visiting from out of state. Other than the frustration of wait time for the liner, our experience with Pool to Spa has been positive. I recommend their service - the staff are helpful and friendly.

We love the hot tub we bought in Spring of 2014. We pick up our treatment supplies and always have great customer service.We can also have the supplies dropped off at our house and they will service the hot tub too.We have yet to use that, but as I am getting older, I can see I will be using that in the near future.

Their service is very quick usually within a couple days. With other companies, I have had to wait many weeks for service. Jan is an extremely knowledgeable and expert Jacuzzi tech who I have used for a very long time. The office staff are always quick and helpful. There are many different brands of pool chemicals available to choose from. They do not stick you with something that is more expensive yet not as good for your machine, which occurred with another service. Many of these folks came over to Pool to Spa from my original service that sold me the Jacuzzi. I am very pleased with their service.

Ultimately our choice of hot tub came down to the features offered by the Bullfrog brand. The personnel at Pool to Spa are wonderful and helped us select the right model for our needs. Follow up emails and phone calls after the sale to assure our satisfaction are much appreciated.

I have been utilizing Pool to Spa for supplies and water testing. They have always been so helpful and our pool has been easy to maintain. We used them for the first time to open the pool for this season. The techs were efficient and the pool was ready to use in a short period of time. Last year it took a few weeks and more chemicals/actions on my part to get the pool ready for swimming after using a different company.
