I used to see John Senior who now has recently retired and I wish him all the best but now I see Johnny and the service is the same(great). they have always provided me with the best advice and service for my hearing loss and great direction for the latest technology to balance my professional and personal life. This is THE place to go for your heating needs. My wife and I went in to get our hearing checked. What we got was so much more.The testing was easy and the review of was extremely thorough and educational. We now understand the state of our hearing and exactly what we need to do to maintain and protect it for the future. The initial visit was free. If you have been curious about your heating, you must visit this business.This doctor worked for the VA in his past and had made caring for veterans a priority. My father and uncle both went in. They were tested and given specific information on how to submit their results to the VA for support.

Hands down AMAZING customer service. We recently brought our oldest in to have her ears cleaned, she was very very nervous. Johnny was friendly, comforting and made her very relaxed. He explained everything thoroughly, and he DIDNT CHARGE US! We will for sure be back!

They sold a $3,000 replacement hearing aide to me that was a different brand and type that was not compatible with my original. After 6 months and 8 office visitsthey still never discovered theirmistake! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Excellent customer service, but disappointedwith the product.Speaking to John was a really good experience and I learned quite a bit about my ears at no cost for the initial test.I purchased the Sleep Plugs for $150 two months ago, and I have not been able to wear them yet because they simply dont block out any noise. I did a little more research and found out that silicone grade plugs do not cancel out frequencies that include snoring, low volume TV, and Air Conditioners. It is recommended that you use foam. Unfortunately, I cannot use foam because my ear canals are so small that when I use them they literally make my ears bleed.... Silver lining is that Micron will continue to send them back for free until they work, so thats what we are doing because they do not do refunds. Hopefully they can make them work, otherwise its $150 in the garbage and that is extremely frustrating.

Ive been seeing these guys periodically for about ten years and the level of passionate professionalism from both of the audiologists in this father/son team has truly impressed me.They are both extremely knowledgeable and eager to empower you with that knowledge. I ran into some trouble recently with my hearing (Im only 37!) and had gone to one of the clinics only to be severely disappointed in their lack of up to date diagnostic abilities. It was bad....like Stone Age bad. Plus waaay overpriced.Anyway John P. really sorted me out. I should have just gone there first but I thought I had an ear infection and would need a prescription which Micron cant write but turned out I didnt need that at all. Highly recommended!
