Friendly and outgoing staff. Well equipped at a fair price.

I travel full time and this has been the nicest planet fitness I’ve been too! Unlike most that only have 1 section for free weights, this one has 2! So you never have to wait for a bench or weights!

I love the new membership and wonderful brand new PF at the Sunnyslope location. The staff is super fit and friendly unlike at other local larger gyms where staff, management and ambassadors tend to be overweight and not supportive when members have challenges relating to other members who are misbehaving!Love all the new equipment and that PF and PF staff have your back and support your best YOU that you CREATE in the image of divine awesomeness! Love the location too with easy and HUGE areas of no traffic free parking unlike the downtown area of Wenatchee with its hostile truck and close-park nick your vehicle traffic.Love the low prices of PF. For tanning alone PF is the best deal by far - $25 / month for a full membership including unlimited tanning, massage beds, red light vibration therapy - HEAVEN. Thanks PF!

I love it here! I use the guest pass for my son and we have a great time working out lots of different equipment lots of room friendly knowledgeable staff. Amanda is the best :-)! Ive worked out at other places and not had as much follow through as I do there its just a great fun place to be

This gym is brand new and huge. There is more than enough equipment to handle busy times so people are able to workout without long waits. The staff is kind and helpful. I also appreciate how clean they keep it, especially during pandemic time. It’s good to have a place to workout where you can feel safe.

Planet fitness is clean. Staff is awesome, knowledgeable,and helps at s quick pace... I would recommend this fitness place..price is great for black card..thank you planet fitness 🤩😃

The gym itself is brand new and is top-notch. Considering the low price point, a membership is definitely worthwhile and is a great bang for your buck.The customer service, however, is one of the worst Ive seen in a long time. There are consistently 2-5 employees behind the front counter at a time that very rarely acknowledge members as they walk in or leave the facility as they are too busy talking amongst themselves. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed the employees cursing in front of the members and talking poorly about members while customers are standing there at the counter.Just yesterday, I brought a friend into the gym as a guest. We were assisted by Zach and Lauren behind the counter. My friend was having issues with his smartphone (which is required for the membership) and rather than being helpful or understanding of the situation, both Zach and Lauren 1) spoke patronizingly to him and 2) continued to talk poorly of my friend while I was standing there at the counter.Granted, I have not been a member for too long, however, I have been very disappointed with the level of customer service provided at the gym thus far. I dont expect the employees to go above and beyond (though an employee named Diego consistently does!), but I do expect a basic level of professionalism. Cursing in front of customers while on the job, not making your members a priority, and talking poorly to/about your customers is unacceptable in my opinion.

I absolutely love the Planet Fitness in Wenatchee, WA. They have an amazing staff. They are friendly, helpful and provide excellent customer service. The gym is very clean. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone. I will always go to Planet Fitness, as they exceeded my expectations. Love this place, and I look forward to going each day. Thank you so much!

Hands down the best staff and gym community I’ve ever seen. The staff is always deep cleaning and the members do their part as well. This is not only my happy place, but where I go to let go of life’s stressors. I highly recommend to anyone trying to improve their life. Well done Planet Fitness!

Excellent environment for a great workout! Lauren has been so helpful in getting us and our friends set up, and the staff is always cheerful and helpful! This is a great place to be, with so many options! Excellent place for people with special physical needs, also.. my best friend is currently in a wheel chair, but this place makes working out easy for him!

Manager Lauren and Assistant Mgr Rachel are the best. They are upbeat, encourag, and great role models for their staff. Also, the place is spotlessly clean 👍

I really enjoy planet fitness. Im typically very shy when it comes to going to gyms, I worry about people judging me, but I dont feel like that at planet fitness. I like the bright colors of the facility, staff are friendly, love how many extras the black card provides, and the facility is always clean and up to date. I love the variety of equipment as well.

So far I love having a planet fitness here in Wenatchee, I really enjoy it compared to the other gyms we have. I usually tend to go at night because there is less people. I have gone a few times during the day, but prefer nights (around 10pm/11pm) because it is much more cleaner, sanitation stations are filled and staff is super helpful. I have spoken to a gal named Amanda and she helped answer some questions I had about the gym amenities. She does an amazing job at keeping everything clean and sanitized. I love that I can come to the gym and still feel safe about using every machine thanks to her! :)

Horrible service, never once got a smile or felt welcomed. Horrible service not super clean... in a time of a pandemic youd think people would take a little more pride in cleaning but I judt felt uncomfortable!!!! Do not recommend

Such an amazing facility, with great staff who care about the well being of the clients. Every time I encounter the manager here it’s always a positive experience.

Love the huge size of the place and the variety of brand new equipment. The free tanning, free massage beds, free red light treatment and other perks are an awesome value for the money. Love the free use of PFs world-wide so travel fitness is easy. Thanks for coming to our area. All the other fitness gyms pale in comparison. Fees are far more in other gyms and quality/cleanliness is far less :)Thanks PF and feel free to open another gym at the Wenatchee Valley Mall if Macys/Ross et al every leave :)

They mandate wearing masks while working out even if you have a medical condition, this is not CDC guidelines. if you do not comply and refuse to put on a mask they will cancel your membership steal your money and call the police to escort you out. this is completely ridiculous and sickening. they will bully and humiliate you and treat you like a criminal. I will never go into a planet fitness again.

This gym is the absolute best in the valley. It is always so clean, the staff are all so kind, and it truly is a judgement free zone! Love it!

This is the first time ever been here and let me tell you... IT WAS AMAZING!! The employees were so nice and the place was so clean!!

I work late so I go in between 11pm and 1am and every time Im there the 2 ladies Amanda and geo Ive gotten to know and they go above and beyond at keeping things clean and sanitize, an also make u feel very welcome .The windows and mirrors look amazing Amanda I know u worked hard on them this week.lolThey need a raise for sure.

Coldest shower of my entire life. Four showers none of which got even luke-warm. I told a staff member at the front desk about the issue who said she would check it out but of course no one ever did. If it’s a problem that couldn’t be fixed at the time easily could have told me that instead of saying you would check it out. New machines and gym was clean but 1 star for very poor communication and customer service. Won’t be back.

The $25 a month package, comes with daily guest pass. Bring a friend for free anytime.(if you have aggressive masculine energy) be prepared to to calm down three notches. Too much assisted equipment for a young MAN. Great price, new equipment, polite staff and if you go to Anytime Fitness, just leave, please.

I am so glad I joined! Not only is it a beautiful facility with state of the art equipment, they keep it so clean and sanitized! I would highly recommend you sign up for the membership that includes access to the light therapy booth and the hydro massage beds! That in itself will keep me coming back even if I dont work out that day! AMAZING!!

I drove 40 minutes to come to the gym before work, only to get here to find it closed. If you can’t be bothered to open on time maybe extend hours on the weekends? I’ve been sitting here for 45 minutes watching countless people drive up, be turned away, drive off. Not cool.

For the price of membership there really is nothing to complain about. Its a really nice gym, brand new everything.

Not enough mats in the stretching area w/ young members of the club post up chatting. Many machines there in that area taking up space. My favorite PF gym had a stretching area the size of the 30 min area and 2 full racks of mats. Also if you only visited this gym and went to no other business in town, you would feel very dejected by the employees dismissive and curt mannerisms. It comes off as immature and also unprofessional.

I am happy to have a place to work out dont get me wrong but Ive been waiting for the hours to change on Fridays Saturdays Sundays the main reason I got this membership is cuz of the 24 hours I work late need a work out after work an the days I really want in I cant go so please change the hours soon or Ill have to go to anytime fitness thank you

Absolutely wonderful gym! Cheap memberships, and the place is soooo clean! The staff is super awesome too! I got the black card membership for $22 which includes full gym access worldwide and unlimited access to the tanning beds, total body enhancement and red light therapy, as well as hydro massage. I mean most gyms charge an additional $25 JUST to add on tanning. But at PF you get it ALL! AND EVERYTHING is state of the art and absolutely awesome! Check it out you wont be disappointed!

Out of all the gyms Ive been to, this is the only one Ive ever felt comfortable in. I cant think of an exercise machine they dont have! Seperate areas for abs & stretching, a 30 min workout room, training room with kettlebells ropes & things like that, then the black-member club with the hydromassage & tanning beds. Super friendly and helpful staff. Lockers to store your things, just bring your own lock. Due to COVID water drinking fountains are closed.

Not to many people also like how it stays open 24/7.

Dont go here if you might show the slightest amount of energy. Place is packed with a bunch of Karens walking the treadmill who will take off snitchin if god forbid you make the slightest grunt and the employees are more than happy to coddle them. Its funny that the gym that calls itself the judgement free zone is the most judgy gym Ive ever been to. Leave a guy alone will ya!

Thanks Planet Fitness for the new Sunnyslope gym! The fitness experience is the best in Chelan and Douglas counties. Clean and sanitary as a focus. Everything is new and state of the art. Free tanning - free massage beds - free red light therapy and much more including free visits to other Planet Fitness sites. And free guest services for member sponsored guests. Thanks for the amazing value also - the best by far in the area.

Disappointed after joining to find out this location isn’t 24/7 since I’m not able to go till about 11pm. Main reason I joined is because I thought all planet fitness were 24/7. This locations hours leave me with really only 3 days to workout. Went in for the first time tonight just to be told I have 15min before closing.

Enormous, great caring staff, super clean, this isnt a body building gym, so yak about not being able to slam weights and show your bird chest off elsewhere. For anyone who wants to train and enjoy their workout, without constantly bumping into folks, you cant beat this gym.

DONT GO THERE! Diego was so rude when I went into inquire about memberships and very STRICT MASK MANDATES! Not customer friendly!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT there’s always 4 people working behind the desk only one employee is helping and doing her job. After a week of not letting me know or getting a notification that my bill is due I get kicked out of the gym, not professional at all. It takes 24 hours to process the payment afterwards.

Always clean, staff are always professional. Huge variety of options for workout types. Even with COVID Restrictions its hardly ever crowded when I go.

I have already given my opinion but now I give another one in the membership that I have says that you can invite another person but they should clarify what ages they can be there because Ami they returned to me. I was taking my 12-year-old daughter and they didnt even allow her to sit waiting in some chairs that they have there and I have seen other children younger than my daughter doing exercises, it was somewhat disappointing
