Im giving 5 stars to the Hertz located in East Wenatchee WA airport due to their exceptional staff. Hands down the very best.

Great service and great car! They were busy but Melissa really went above and beyond to help us have the best experience possible. She was multitasking like crazy but was professional, courteous, and efficient with everybody she talked to. Its nice to see that level of customer service as it has become a rarity in todays world.

Melissa was really great in helping me with a mixup/error on Priceline’s part (I booked through them). I was so relieved!! The girls up there are working their butts off doing everything.

I should have read reviews prior to booking here. Would give no stars if I could as we couldn’t even use their services. Booked a reservation at least a month in advance and didn’t get a call until less than 24 hours prior to our booking telling us that “they may not have a car for us.” Not even a definite answer provided and no back up solutions. Never booking through Hertz again — and definitely don’t waste your time with this location.

When I went to pick up my rental I was told that they have nothing available. I was also told by Ziba that she had tried to call and that my number was incorrect. I checked and confirmed my number was in fact correct, and if she was unable to contact my phone, why was I not sent at least an email? I called Hertz customer service, and I was told that it is the responsibility of the local location to find me a rental as I had successfully booked one through the website. When I called the local location, Ziba proceeded to tell me I am being belligerent (as she is practically yelling into the phone) and that they have no such responsibility. When I asked her name again, she abruptly hung up the phone on me. Awful experience. I understand there is a shortage of vehicles, but why was I allowed to book through your website in the first place if there was nothing available? This has caused an enormous inconvenience for my family and I and the way I was treated on the phone is nothing short of shameful.

Rediculous how expensive they charge people for a day knowing other car rental places are going through a tough time after the pandemic. Way to rip people off....i was lucky to get a car even though it was a roller skate.

USMC Veteran left stranded at Wenatcheee airport while 18month old son and girlfriend bake in the sun at a park back in town, booked through Expedia only to find no cars available after catching a one way ride to pick up vehicle. No help offered by Hertz or Expedia.

I have been renting from Hertz at the Pangborn location for several years now. The staff is always courteous and has always gone above & beyond to make sure my needs are met. Theyve stayed late, theyve driven to downtown Wenatchee to pick me up at an automotive mechanic shop, and theyve made special arrangements for me as well. Thanks Hertz!

The phone number listed doesn’t actually work. They also close at 2pm on Saturdays. We were 9 minutes late, unable to call and missed our car reservation. We are now stranded in Wenatchee.

The girl that helped me was very professional. She helped me with any questions I had.

Use extreme caution hertz will definitely charge you extra money on your credit card. I returned my car on time. They keeped my Deposit and charged 5 days of late fees. How can it be late if its in Hertz parking lot? Be very careful. Keep a track on your bank account. Disappointed 😞

Amazing service at the Pangborn Airport! Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable! The young lady that assisted me was a delight. She even stayed during their closure to help me! She made it possible for me to make it to a family party!

We arrived two hours before our scheduled pick-up and were planning to wait it out. The ladies there went out of their way to make it happen for us so we didnt have to wait. They absolutely didnt have to do it, but made it happen for us! So appreciated!

Dont believe the negative reviews! This lady running the show stayed very late to take care of 4 customers expertly! And, they remembered to reimburse my debit card. Something that is rare in my experience with hertzes. Will drive around in their cars again

Yesterday I was tired and it seemed that the people who were in charge were not doing fast enough their job. Finally I got the car. I was thinking that the customer service lacked. Today the experience changed radically. I realized that people here were overwhelmed by the influx of people and they did their best to accommodate everyone. Good job to both. Five stars plus.

Flew into Wenatchee Airport, and picked up our car. Customer service both picking up and returning was great. Both people were very friendly and helpful. We go a Ford Focus, and it was a nice ride.

They have reasonable rates expecially after an accident where you have an insurance claim. You can easily return the vehicle at anytime and at multiple locations(as long as you call first). I had a great experience.

Most useless unreliable service ever! How does a car rental company allow for customers to rent a car at 11:30pm while stating on your website, your Pangborn Airport location will be open between 11:30pm and 12:00am. I came from an hour away in the late hours to expect my car available for pick up at 11:30pm. I had also confirmed with Hertz reservations prior to starting my hour trip to the rental location, only to stand around until past midnight realizing your workers are absent during these apparent hours of operation listed on your website. How do you even allow my booking to be processed if youre not open during these hours? Coming from Canada for the weekend, I now have to at my own expense find my way back 1hr away at 12:30am in the morning with all my weekend plans ruined because of your poor unreliable and useless service. And no, I cannot come back the following day. If I could have I would have booked for a Saturday rental instead of a 11:30pm rental the night before.
