Walked into Neena’s Wellesley showroom when we began renovating our house and I was immediately greeted by Lily. After five minutes, I knew I would be buying all of my lighting from her. We spent a couple of hours that day, going through different styles of lights and I could tell she was listening. She understood what I was looking for. Since that day, she has been patient and helpful. I can’t thank her enough for her attention and advice. The last of our lights were installed today and I couldn’t wait to send Lily pictures! Excellent customer service and a huge inventory of beautiful lighting, priced well.

Quite expensive and poor customer service. They have a wonderful assortment of lightning, and for that, I give them credit. Someone in the organization has a good eye. I just wish they would spend a little more time on customer interaction/support as I had questions that went unanswered and ended up buying a much cheaper fixture at another store.

Dont use Neenas for rewiring. Unprofessional with zero customer service when they make a mistake. Had to pay $$$ to fix their errors with barely an apology and no attempt at rectifying the situation.I would be worried to buy anything here out of fear how theyd handle it if you had an issue with the product. Too many other options, especially online, that sell the same lights.

Decent collection of lighting, but expensive. Not that impressive for the price. Convenient location.
