Oh my goodness. The manager, the beautiful, Mrs. Threase Moore is simply amazing, she has the most positive attitude and is THE example of friendly service. She likes to get to know her clients and make good conversation. She got me set up with a loan to put a down payment on my first apartment. She’s super friendly and does a great job at creating a very positive atmosphere. Normally loan offices give me a lot of anxiety, but Threase really put me at ease. 10/10 would return :)

I first called in and spoke to Mrs.Threase Moore asked about payday loans and everything they offered. Threase was very informative and had a great attitude on the phone. Then, when I came in to do a payday loan transaction, I was greeted with that same positive and friendly attitude that is leagues above the rest of all payday loan places. Most people working in this industry are a drag and act like they are doing you a favor, BUT NOT Miss Threase, she treated me like a human being and more so, like a friend. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, definitely an improvement From my previous experience at this location a few months ago.
