Another of my great experiences with Southwest Ford in Weatherford, TX! My first experience with this great dealership was when I purchased my F-150 about a year ago. All service work has been performed at this dealership, even though I am driving from Pecan Plantation, just under 40 miles away. Having had a very bad experience at my local Ford dealership, the time and costs of commuting to Southwest Ford is greatly offset by the professionalism and friendly treatment. Everyone there has been wonderful to work with, but a special shout-out today to Ryan Forbis, my service agent - he gets me in, makes sure everything is done right, and finishes it off with with presenting me a highway-ready truck, complete with a good vacuuming and washing. I have complete confidence in the work of Southwest Ford!
Corey was great! Super fast and professional and kept me updated throughout the day. Even had my car washed and ready to go hours before expected.
The service writer was kind and informative. We had a 4:30 & 5:30 appointments for my 2017 F150 Platinum purchased @Southwest Ford, my wifes 2017 Subaru Forester.Both vehicles were done in about a half hour, washed and tire rotations on both! I pulled up under the awning and a young man came over and asked what I needed done today...I told him I was there for an oil change and he let me know that he would see if they could do it...So out walked a guy named Larry that had ask me if I was going to leave my vehicle with them because they were so tied up in oil changes and short of help...He even let me know that he could call me a cab to give me a ride home...I thought that was awful nice of Southwest Ford to treat their customers with such dignity...I told Larry I would just hang around until they and that if I needed to I would call my wife to come get me...I set in the waiting room close to 45+ minutes when here came Larry to tell me they got the oil changed and tires rotated....Southwest went above and beyond...Thank you so much Southwest Ford and Larry for taking care of my vehicle today! Great Job!!!

Chase was my POC for my basic maintenance (oil change, tires rotation and balance) There were a recall that was addressed and implemented to my vehicle. Chase kept me informed throughout the coarse with my vehicle status. His professionalism, knowledge and courtesy is above and beyond what other services I have experienced throughout my life in the service industry. Great job to Chase and his fellow co-workers that aid in a great experience and service with my truck.

These folks are wonderful! I came in after 5:30pm at night with a dead battery. They tested it and then replaced it in under 30 minutes so I could get home! Definitely coming back for service. Or maybe a new car! 😃
Took my vehicle to SW Ford for engine light warning. They determined it was coolant leaking into one of the cylinders. Auto was under factory warranty They replaced the engine and only took only a month in the age of covid 19. Very pleased with the updates and quality of work performed. Very professional and no sales pitches, just did what was intended by me.
Wonderful!I’ve never had a bad experience here. They are always on time if not early. Everyone has always been perfectly professional. The facility is spotless. They are upfront and honest about wait times and cost. They are not frivolous in getting me to do things that my car does not need.
Nick rocked it! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and great to work with. No pressure! Just answers to all of my questions even when they were out of the box. By the time the sale process was complete, I think I met everyone in the building. The most incredible thing to happen was at the final checklist. Knowing I was not pleased with a particular aspect of the sale, they changed the terms. I had to sign a new contract. It was like buying two cars in one trip. Ryan Forbis was awesome to work with. He dealt with the 3rd party warranty company the entire time and keep me up to speed on everything that was going on. Highly recommended asking for him when you take your vehicle in.
For starters, Southwest Ford has been the only dealership that I have taken my 2002 Ford F150 since purchased in 02 and have always been extremely satisfied with their service; however, this time I give this service a three star because after completion of oil change service, while driving home, the brake light on the dash turned on indicating an issue. Once home I opened the hood and noticed that the brake fluid compression switch (front/top of master cylinder) was leaking and brake reservoir was low, which indicated to me that all fluid levels were not checked. This issue could have been resolved right then vs having to do another trip.. Again, I have always been very happy with Southwest Ford except for this time.
My truck was losing power to the radio and air conditioner, and displaying inaccurate warnings on the dash display. After several days of diagnosing, Southwest Ford found a house key inside of the audio control module that was shorting out the dashboard-area electrical system, apparently inserted through the CD player!Southwest only charged me for the diagnosis since I decided to upgrade my radio, which is very generous since they spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem.Throughout the process, service tech Ryan provided clear, respectful and concise status. Also, each time I entered the service department, several folks asked me how they could help.Excellent service overall ... thank you.

All I did was take my perfectly fine car in to get some recalls taken care of and when I left Southwest I broke down on the way back home. They didn’t want to tow and told me I had to wait till next week to bring it in.. they clearly do not care about their customers. Took half a day to break something but now it will take 5 days to fix it? Never again.

Being a former Master technician myself, I trust very few places to work on my vehicle. They have earned my trust and do great work and their service level is high. They have fair prices and won’t rip you off….. like some other FordMcFord dealers in the area. I highly recommend them !
Chase was fast and efficient but friendly and helpful. I had a master break cylinder replaced from a recall. Thought for sure I would have to leave overnight as my appointment was around noon. He promised it same day and it was done and washed by 4:00pm. The service drive up operation is very efficient and quick.
I made an appointment but I went in two hours early. They were very kind and told me they would fit me in and I should be done within the hour. An hour later, Dathan called and said my car was ready.Everyone is so nice and make you feel like they really appreciate your business.Exactly what I expect when I purchase a vehicle from a dealership. I had them do my routine maintenance and asked them to check for a slow leak in a tire. I was told there was a small nail in the sidewalk that could not be fixed and I would need a new tire. I asked them to put the spare on until I could decide how I wanted to proceed. I decided I would get a used tire since I would need to replace all tires in about 15k miles. I went to my tried and true, trusted tire shop and was told there was no nail in my sidewalk. There was a corner of an old patch that had raised and they could fix for me. Then did it for no charge. THANK YOU ERNIE! I am really concerned about the service I received and the deceit or incompetence displayed.

Love Southwest Ford, but it should not take 2.5 hours to change the oil and rotate tires. Communication from the service advisors might have been helpful.
Ryan was super helpful and accommodating! When I showed up a day early for my appointment he still took the time to go ahead and help me out. We had to have our back tail light replaced due to water build up. It’s still under warranty so it had to be approved and what not. He said it would take about 24/48 hours to be approved by Ford. Not even 24 hours later I received a call saying it had been approved and the tail light was on the way. 24 hours after that he called asking when I could bring it in before we left for out of town! I took it in about 2 hours later and my car was brand new within 45 mins! Thanks Ryan for going above and beyond for us!

The person taking care of me and was there until closing time is excellent. Dude knew it was going to take some time and got me a shuttle home to wait. I am from New Mexico and my engine overheated from a coolant leak. Talked to Tony and was able to get my vehicle repaired and working fine before heading back home. There was a pretty significant leak and I was able to have my vehicle done before the deadline he had set. Great service!

Colton and everyone at the dealership were super responsive, very helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my Raptor was finished on time. When two other Ford dealers couldn’t get to it for a couple weeks, these guys stepped up and made it happen on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Hit a deer with my truck on a Monday evening. Had the truck in the body shop the following Tuesday. Candace was so friendly and very helpful. They had my truck for just under two weeks and got it back to me looking better than ever!Thanks Candace!
Drop off: service specialist told me that I had neither a service or full extended warranty on my two year old car (we bought both at time of vehicle purchase). After showing him the codes that showed up on my app, which included security alarm going off multiple times without provocation and the vehicle powering down to 30 mph bc of power train failure, he “fixed” the alarm by disabling it.After 3 days of attempted contact with our service specialist, my husband was finally able to make contact. They had not yet looked at the vehicle. Because we live over 100 miles away, and set up this between four days of an air travel trip, this was very disappointing.Time of pick up: The service department cleared the codes, but did not work to diagnose a problem. Instead, they said I should be ok. Additionally, the lift gate button, which was faulty and had been replaced under warranty, was malfunctioning again-just a couple months later. Despite sharing that I had a warranty, the service specialist quoted me a $240 bill to replace the broken button. After my husband explained that we had a warranty AGAIN, we were asked to prove this because it wasn’t on the customer file (available through the finance department next door). Since we purchased the vehicle at this dealership, it is frustrating that the employee was not able to find either the maintenance plan or full extended warranty.I asked that the routine maintenance be performed as it was due. The service specialist told me at the time of drop off that they’d use the free oils changes that come with the purchase of the vehicle. I would, therefore, only owe for the oil and air filters. These are included in the service plan we have. It would not make sense to pay for something that we’ve already purchased.Communication between customer and service specialist was poor, and we do not feel that the main problems that we brought the vehicle in for were addressed thoroughly.Disappointing experience.
The company is professional and fast and did not pressure me to purchase a vehicle. They have been in business for many years and are friendly to their customers. I have purchased two vehicles from them in 3 years and will be back for future purchases.

They did an awesome job as usual. Fast friendly service car was washed when it came out. There was a small issue with the oil pan drain plug (common problem) came out and explained it what caused it and fixed it. I have 3 Ford Lincoln and Mercury products and they service them all.
Everyone was very pleasant and took care of me immediately. I was in town visiting and had an issue with wheel and tire. They not only fixed that but changed my oil at the same time! Could not give a high enough praise. Shout out to Randy!

Oil change and tune-up. Excellent service from start to finish. Service person was prompt and efficient and kept me informed as to the status of my car.
I took it in for a difficult to diagnose intermittent problem.They were not able to give a definite diagnosis as the electric issue did not re-present with the available testing methods and no repairs were made.In my opinion the service advisor or technician were not fully considering and factoring in the detail of the problem experienced to help come up with appropriate advice.
Dietrich was very professional and courteous. He explained my repairs very well and offered fair and sensible recommendations. I did not have an appointment to drop off my vehicle but was taken care of regardless. I highly recommend Dietrich and feel he is a great representative of Southwest Ford.

This was a vehicle recall work, staff was helpful, timely and did exactly what they said they would do. Actually finished early. No pressure to add on any other inspections, fluid changes, etc. I appreciated that and will continue to use them in the future

Was able to drive my 2017 F250 in on a Saturday morning, without appt, and have The Works diesel service package done in less than 2 hours. Prompt, courteous service members made this a painless experience. Will definitely return once we relocate here.

Chase was who helped me. I called on Monday to make an appointment with the receptionist I assume.. she gave me a date and time but when i arrived she hadn’t actually put down my appointment. Anyway Chase came out and was so friendly and helped me. Got me in anyway even with not being actually given an appointment. Asked me right away if we needed a shuttle. Chase communicated so well with me and my husband and they got my car taken care of so quickly. Shuttle driver was so nice and friendly too.

Very good at scheduling oil change at my convenience. Very good at getting me in and out in a timely manner. I would have given more stars but when I asked service rep if they would check why I have a problem with electric connection for my tow hitch(no power). I was told to call back to schedule service and be prepared to leave the vehicle for a day, up to a day and a half, or 2 days. Purchased F150 new in October 2020. 5k mileage
I use my 2014 Ford Fiesta for work and drive about 5000 miles a month. I intend to keep my vehicle until the wheels fall off, and when they do fall off I now know where I will bring it to have them put back on again! Highly recommended

I arrived after 5:00 pm on a Saturday after sitting all afternoon at a dealership in Fort Worth. No one batted an eye at me getting there so late, even though they officially closed at 6:00 pm. Justice was my salesman and was really helpful, personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. This was probably my best experience in buying a vehicle. I was there about 3 hours total and drove off in my new Expedition. I will definitely be recommending South West Ford to all of my Texas friends ( I am from Louisiana).
I had recently experienced the death wobble in my 2019 F250. Brought my truck into the service dept and was greeted by Casey. Casey explained the repairs to be made. Repairs were made in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and professional. A very good experience.

Service department worked a claim for rodent damage and a couple warranty repairs. The service manager, Casey Goode, was very helpful and communicative. I would recommend working with him.

Brought my wife’s 2020 Expedition in with a bad radiator leak. Was originally told it would be a week. After I explained that we were two days from leaving on a family road trip, Colton jumped through hoops and got it fixed in time for us to leave. I was having difficulty updating the vehicle Sync 3 software so I could update the navigation system. Southwest Ford had the truck 3 hours and had updated not only the Sync 3 system but uploaded the latest navigation update as well. I am very pleased and have now designated Southwest as my preferred dealership for service. Would highly recommend.

I made an appointment for 7am to get my car looked at. I called twice 2pm and 4pm and was told the service person or manager would call me back because I never heard what was wrong with my car. WHY make an appointment if they can’t diagnose it within 9 hours? Finally at 5:30p they called and told me what was wrong and I approved the fix and they assured me it would be done before they closed at 2pm Sat. At 1pm Sat I had to call and they said it wasn’t done and it would be Monday before they could finish. I drove up there to speak to the manager and they didn’t even have my spare key written down even though I confirmed the orders the day before. This was the worst experience I have had and not sure if I would recommend them again.
They were very courteous and professional will use them again.
Driver door lock not working properly. Repair was accomplished and transportation was furnished. Service was efficient and friendly.
Billy Stowe is a great guy !He has gone above and beyond to take care of my truck problems twice.He has always been very responsive and helpful.Not only did he get my truck fixed, he took care of me on the expenses as well.I would highly recommend this company for service.And def would say Billy is a top notch manager, that actually does his job and stays in contact with you while he has your truck.Thanks again Billy Stowe for all of your help.
Detail cleaning: definitely not satisfied. Detail looks like it was done too fast, cutting corners, and not paying attention to detail!
