Wow. Take your business somewhere else. They just completely screwed up aluminum rims… and Im not even sure how they managed to do that, considering the machine operation… guess just got a bad tire tech, but wont be coming here again, especially with any vehicle with aluminum rims… thats pretty much a repair that costs more than anything saved by using these guys.

Discount Tire and one of their managers, Brandon, provided outstanding service to me. Came in to get new trailer tires and my truck tires rotated. They were extremely busy and I did not have a reservation. No problem, Brandon got the job done! Everyone at this store seem to be both friendly and professional. On time appointment - actually early. I dropped off my truck to have a flat fixed and tires rotated and balanced. They are always busy, but check in went smooth for my appointment and they were able to finish me up early. Only thing I noticed was one of the valve stem caps was missing. Ill have to swing by and pick one up. Thanks for the top notch service.

WOW! This is a great business! Ive used their service on two separate occasions and both times they came through. I had a pretty bad flat and was very surprised the team at the Weatherford location was able to patch the tire. I thought for sure they would say it was not patchable so they could make a buck, but these folks are honest and will not take advantage of you! I will always turn to this company for all my tire needs in the future. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to visit and Discount Tire for their tire needs!

After a bad experience at a smaller local business, I had to go to Discount Tire to get something more reliable. The guys there advised me, showed me exactly what had gone wrong at the other tire place, and found me an affordable upgrade, for a decent price and with a written warranty. 10/10.

They are outstanding! I thought our vehicle was done but when I got there it wasnt. There was some miscommunication but they immediately got the car in and had it back within 15-20 minutes! Great customer service and will continue to take vehicles there for tires!!

I love going to this place and it’s weird to say that because who wants to go to a tire store? Every time I go here they treat me like a Mario Andretti or something I’m in an out in 30 minutes great tire selection great service great people.

We got a trailer blowout on 20 about a mile away from Discount Tire. We have AAA and waited an hour for them to arrive only to tell us that they won’t change the tire on our trailer because we had cows in it. After AAA left us stranded on the side of the road, we were able to limp it to Discount Tire. I called before we arrived and talked to Jacob, he said to come on in. When we arrived, we were greeted by Aaron who was able to get our tire changed and on the road in minutes! We will definitely be returning here to get a full new set. Great customer service!

Went in to buy some all terrain tires for my Ram and Kelvin Lamb took care of me. I was hesitant on buying all terrains because I never bought any before so I didn’t know what I was looking for exactly but he gave me every detail about the tires I was looking at, answered all my questions, and gave me a run down of the pricing and everything. Highly recommend this place and Kelvin!

I had a great experience here. I ordered 4 tires online and setup an appointment for Saturday at 11am. I was called that afternoon to inform me the tires were in and I could stop by earlier than my appointment if I wanted. Since that didnt fit in with my schedule, I stuck with the Saturday timeslot. 10 minutes prior to my appointment, I walked into a packed store. I expected my appointment to not really mean that much and that I would essentually find myself in the same queue as all the walk-ins. I was greeted very pleasantly and told that the job should be done in about 45 minutes. Since the building was pretty full and it was a nice day, I decided to wait outside. Within a couple minutes, they were driving my pickup into the bay. They were done and sent me a text that it was ready within 35 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

I had stopped for gas on my way to work around 7:15am and noticed a screw in my tire. I drove directly to Discount Tire and waited for them to open. As soon as they opened, they were ready to come inspect my tire and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Thank you discount tire!

Discount Tire has always given us great service and quality, which is why we dont buy tires anywhere else! They always have a great selection, and they get tires quickly if they arent in stock. Well continue buying tires here as long as we have vehicles! If we have any issues, they handle them right away! Plus, they usually have a rebate or something to save us money.

Had 4 tires installed on my 2016 Ram this morning. Arrived at scheduled time and was in the service dept within 10 minutes. Guys did a great job of communicating and installation was quick and as promised. Only complaint I have is that they left mounting compound all over my wheels, but thats not a big deal. Easy to wipe off after back home. The new Michelin LTZ A/T2 tires look great and ride nice for an A/T. Not certain about the balance yet because I havent driven it enough to tell. All-in-all a good experience and will be back when needed.

I had previously purchased 4 tires, just this past Wednesday I discovered a nail in one of them. I took my car back to my local Discount Tire where they replaced it with a loner tire at no cost. I then returned today to receive my replacement tire.Friendly service and all social distancing and masks were used. I would suggest that if new tires are needed this is the place to go!

Had tires balanced & rotated, no charge since we bought them at Discount Tire !! The gentleman showed us tread depth and explained how our tires are wearing very good and even.That is how businesses SHOULD be !GREAT job!!

My daughter was traveling back to college on a Saturday, around 2 pm she had a tire pressure light.Unfortunately Weatherford is about 3 hours from our house so rescuing her was going to take some effort as my wife is recovering from surgery.She stopped at this Discount Tire after I called to make sure they could repair or replace the tire for her. They assured me they wouldBeing a Saturday they were obviously busy but said for her to stop by.She was traveling with her cat and dog and I was a little hesitant for her to stop by here as not everyone likes pets. LOLThey were more than accommodating though.Being busy my daughter was told it would probably be about 2 hours.I m guessing they realized her plight and had her on her way much sooner than promised and to top it off they did not charge her for the repair.Ill definitely recommend this Discount Tire to all of my coworkers and will definitely stop by here if I need new tires.Thank you for helping out our daughter

The staff was very nice but it took them 1hr 45 mins to replace my 4 tires on my pt cruiser to new ones it was 12:15 on Friday I got my car back at 1:50. The guy hands me my key and tells me they broke a stud off and then didnt offer to replace it!! Yet told me I had a lifetime warranty on the tires THAT I PAID FOR!! He didnt offer me any of my almost 300 dollars back just told me I didnt REALLY need the stud!! Im pretty mad I wont go back!

I’ve never had issues with this store before but I made an appointment at 6 am for 2:45 because that was all they had available for a simple tire change. Went down to the store at my time and was told I was going to have to wait 3 hours before they could even start working on my car! What is the point of making an online appointment if you have to wait an additional 3 hours? Am I supposed to sit outside for 3 hours due to social distancing? Ridiculous. Won’t be going there again. I’d rather buy a tire at Walmart and put it in myself.

Have been going to Discount Tire for many years and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very frustrating to pay the extra money for tires here, plus the “lifetime maintenance “ then when you actually need a tire patched the minimum wait is an hour and half. Understandable if they are busy, but the bays were half empty and lots of employees present. The manager was polite but obviously could care less.

I just love this place. There always friendly and treat you with respect. Very knowledgeable and each employee takes whatever time it takes to answer any questions and serve your needs. Sometimes you have a longer wait than you expected but they always have free water and coffee so you can wait with either of those. I recommend this place for all your tire needs.

They couldnt fix my wheel because they arent set up for those kind of repairs but they were helpful in identifying the problem and they were quick in getting people taken care of.
