We took our car in for extended warranty work. Christian Brothers was told, in advance what was wrong with the vehicle and what needed to be fixed. They made 1 phone call and determined that only part of the repairs needed would be covered, and they made those repairs. The copay was $50. Then they charged us an EXTRA $150 for diagnostics after we had already told them the issues we were having! Rip-off artists....stay away!

Friendly, honest and responsive. My only issue was length of time it took to look at my vehicle, but I understand that my car was unexpected and unscheduled.

It really surprised me when I got a call from Jay after voicing disappointment about there not being a warranty on alignments. They had done an alignment for me but I was still having an issue. Jay made an appt for me and I took my car in today. They THOROUGHLY checked everything single thing that could be causing it to pull and the result was the tires. They swapped the front ones and Danny very patiently explained everything to me. I feel very confident with what he told me and I will definitely go back again if the need arises. Being a single female makes it difficult to trust mechanics but these guys were wonderful and very trustworthy. I recommend them 100%! Thanks guys!!

Was a great experience. They did a complete inspection and then helped me see what they saw by taking pictures. We walked through the details and after asking my plans were for my truck. It’s 11 yrs old so with that we decided what my best options were. They made the repairs and got done when they said they would. I would recommend them for you cars repairs or servicing.

I was here for a oil change and a new water pump. The staff there was very courteous to my needs especially McKenzie at the front desk very nice people they have all of my work from now on. I will recommend them highly.

As I am new to Texas they were kind and explained how everything worked with the Inspection process for the vehicle. I was able to get in right away and was out quickly. The location is close to where I live, so when I need my oil changed and routine maintenance, Ill be back. Megan was just awesome. I also loved the fact that the radio was on K-Love. One of my favorite stations.

I have had work done here before and always thought it was too expensive so this time I did some comparison shopping...they wanted 900 for new brake pads and rotors on both axles...I paid 600 at another shop in Weatherford...been ripped off before...not this time and never again at Christian Brothers...dont let the name fool you.

Had a very uplifting experience today when I took my car into Christian Bros. in Weatherford, to get it inspected. There was an elderly man in the waiting room in a wheelchair do to the fact he had one leg amputated at the knee. Another man asked him where he served in the service. Didnt hear it all but he was recalled up in 1991 to go to Iraq, apparently as he had been out of the service for less than 10 years, and Bush called those men up to serve. I dont remember that but anyways he was in Iraq for 10 days and an explosive got his leg and they chose to amputate. He was lamenting that when he went in he was running 3 businesses and making $400,00+/year. Of course, he was discharged from the service and went on disability at $1,000/month.Shortly thereafter, the service manager came out and told him his radiator was shot. He needed new hoses, wire and a radiator. The man asked him how much that would be and the service manager told him not to worry about it that they were going to take care of it. He couldnt believe it, shook their hand and thanked them profusely. The man he was talking to told the manager, God Bless You and I amend it. Made my day. Our family has always used Christian Brothers for servicing our cars because weve always felt we got fantastic service and trusted them. They proved today they truly live up to their name and Christian values. — feeling inspired.

Alternator replaced. Two months later the car will not start unless it is jumped off. Battery tests okay, alternator tests bad at local tire store. Christian Brothers says they can not diagnose a problem and even though they themselves had to jump start the car they say there is nothing wrong with it. Other businesses diagnose a bad alternator and I would have them change it out but the one Christian Brothers put in in July is still under warranty. Their diagnostics say it is not be the alternator but, no one here is attempting to diagnose the root cause. So Im having to jump start the car every time! And Im missing three bolts from the top cover over my engine from the last visit. And was charged $69 for wiring that was never done on the drivers side door.(still broken). Had the car towed in at their request when it would not start. Two days in their shop with no updates from them. Called them myself the second day and was told they couldnt find anything wrong with the car. I went to get the car and had to pay for the tow. I gave up taking it in they are not interested in finding or fixing any problems here.Let me note: I came to this location because of the fine work and fair dealings I had with their location in College Station. That group of individuals were highly professional with their dealings and I was sure Id receive the same treatment here: Sadly I did not.

These guys are always great. They are super transparent on what they need to do do and what the price is going to cost you. They will put up with your ‘google mechanic’ questions and let you know if you can (or should) get the work done somewhere else for less. They have a curtesy shuttle and documentation you get is thorough. Highly recommend these guys.

Made appointment, they lost it. Promised to get me in anyway at the same time, it was an hour and a half later. They said they would be done in 45 minutes to an hour they were done an hour and a half after that. This was an inspection to purchase a car, and they missed the fact that it had been in a front-end collision, had an exhaust leak, and two days later threw a rod. Definitely poor service and not worth the time and money spent oh, and by the way they were the most expensive shop Ive ever paid for a used car inspection

Do not go here. They will try to rob you of your money. I thought I had a tail light out and they had the guy walk around the back of my truck to check and it turned out nothing was wrong with my tail lights. They wanted to charge me $85 to tell me nothing was wrong with my lights. I laughed at the guy and left. There’s no way in hell Im paying $85 for someone to walk around my truck and tell me it’s fine. They used no tools, replaced no parts, all The guy did was walk to the back and tell me me lights are working fine and then acted as if I’m supposed to pay them $85 just for that. Smh, it amazes me how low some people can be. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go here.

The employees, especially Megan, were extremely welcoming, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The second visit I was called by name! Took my vehicle in to have brakes done. After diagnostics, they determined I did not need brakes on front and back and recommended waiting for the other! What shop does this? We are going to use this shop from now on for our vehicles and tell all our friends about this shop.

Thought I needed a brake job. Went in was quoted price before job. Later they called said brakes were great didn’t need work. It needed oil change so I let them do it. I’ve heard they were good honest mechanics and it would seem they really are. I highly recommend them,

Terrific service from calling to verify part price and date of arrival. The communication was clear and the pricing estimate spot on. The pictures of the completed tasks were clear. I couldnt have been more pleased. I needed to get the inspection done on my vehicle and many places in town had at least 1 hour wait times. I went to CB and they scheduled me an appointment. I showed up an hour later for my appointment time and they took my vehicle right back. I was there a total of 20 minutes. Great people, super fast, very clean waiting area and quality service.

I called on a Thursday guessing that I needed a blower motor. They had the foresight to order it. I had the motor replaced and my oil changed and was in and out in an hour! That was such a blessing to a busy Mother with her 3 children. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again! Thanks guys!

This place is rediculous. My warranty was supposed to cover my car which it didn’t. So they called me and told me. I told them I would get back with them. Well I came to pick up my car to take it back to the dealership and when I get here to load my car up. It’s still completely tore apart and been sitting in the parking lot like this for a week and a half. And then still get charged 162 dollars for a diagnostic. As they sit here and put my car back together in the parking lot. Not to mention my spark plugs being out of it and the cylinders exposed.

In my 56 years, this is my first online review. As a part of the process of moving from Georgia to Arizona, I loaded up my old pickup truck and hit the road. A few miles outside of Weatherford, TX, the truck stopped running. It was my great fortune that I chose to have it towed to Christian Brothers Automotive. It was after 4:00 pm, but Brandon and the guys found a way to get me in, diagnose the problem, get the necessary part delivered and installed, test drive the truck, and get me back on the road before 6:00 pm the same evening. They were all extremely kind, courteous, professional, and, best of all, they fixed the problem. The amount billed was quite reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Brandon and the mechanics at Christian Brothers Automotive in Weatherford to all. Thanks again guys!

I am very disappointed with my experience at Christian Brothers today. The reason we took our Suburban in is because our brake lights quit working after hooking up a boat trailer. Originally they told us that is would be $176 to fix the problem. When we took it in on Friday, they said that it was worse than they had originally thought and that it would be $400. Today we took it in, and after charging us $433, they havent even fixed the brake lights. They want $578 more to fix them. I know a locksmith that said he never charges you anything if you arent better off than when you brought him the vehicle. Obviously, they dont have that policy. I had been hesitant to take it to them to begin with because we knew that their prices are outrageous, but we took a chance. Wish we had taken it somewhere else. We dont plan to do business there again.

I was traveling from East Texas on a long road trip and stopped to rest near Weatherford, Texas. When I tried to start my car, it was dead. I called for roadside assistance but they couldnt get it started either. I had the car towed to Weatherfords Christian Brothers Automotive. I had to wait a little bit, which was reasonable because they had other cars to work on which had gotten there before mine. A relatively short time later, they told me that it was fixed and wouldnt charge me because all they did was jump start it. I would definitely use Christian Brothers Automotive again and recommend it highly to everyone.

I recently visited Christian Brothers to have a small repair done on my vehicle. My car was checked in immediately upon arrival. Brandon walked me to my car, lifted the hood, and explained what my problem was. In and out in less than 15 minutes. I am sure if I would have taken it to the dealership I would have waited no less than 2 hours. Thank you!

Stopped in for an estimate for some brakes. Gave me the estimate (way less than firestones estimate) and offered to take a quick look for me. They allowed me to view the brakes and found no issue. Found a loose heat shield and fixed it up for me no charge. Will be returning here for service.

Weve taken two vehicles here and have been treated very well. One AC compressor was replaced for a reasonable price and in a timely manner and a bent exhaust bracket was taken care of immediately. The only auto repair shop Id recommend.

Awesome service. They suggested repairs but never pushed me to do them. Fixed my transmission problem fairly and didnt try to get me to spend more money than I needed to. Took their advice to replace my motor mounts and my car has NEVER run better. I will be taking my car there to be serviced in the future

My family and I ended up here when my Honda Pilot started smoking 25 west of Weatherford. We are from Arlington and had to call around to find out where to go. Im really happy we landed here. They fit us in at the end of a Friday and gave us a pretty good answer about what was going on. They arent transmission specialists, so they didnt fix the problem, but for about $50 they made sure we were safe to get home (which means flushing and refilling the transmission fluid and cleaning spillage off the engine), gave us a good referral, and a good preliminary diagnosis. Nice folks, to boot, even though I was NOT in a good mood.
