My air conditioning went out on a Saturday night-Sunday was going to be 110!! I called Kim Fuller at 8 am Sunday. He was at my house before noon. The system was not repairable and I was going to need a new one. He would not be able to have it in before Friday but he did not want to leave me without. He found another unit, brought it back to my home Sunday evening and hooked it up so I would be comfortable during some of the hottest days of the year. He went above and far exceeded my expectations. He is honest and his prices are reasaonable. Give him a call if you need a great A/C guy!! And he is funny too!

I never leave reviews on Google but I have to for this guy. Kim Fuller did not try to upsell anything like most companies would. He knew it was a bad capacitor and had my ac up and going within 30 minutes. He was able to squeeze me in between other appointments and said he could get it going if it was a quick fix. He did just that.We never leave reviews but we felt like we had to share our experience. I will never call anyone else for AC work.

From Charlie and Rhonda in Grand PrairieKim Fuller has saved the day, or to be more accurate “dollars”. The company that originally installed one of our units came out and gave us a tune up for $49. Since we had two units ended up being $98. Their diagnosis was that one of the furnaces was cracked and recommended replacing furnace. They quoted us $3,450 or $5,374 if we wanted to add duct cleaning and filter upgrade. We called Kim and told him the situation. He came out and said there were no cracks in our furnace and it was in pristine condition. No need for a new furnace. Charley called the company and told them exactly what he thought of their business procedures and that he wanted our money refunded or we would go to Better Business Bureau, social medic and possibly Channel 11 Consumer Justice. No comments on their end. Said they would refund. In order to honor our agreement, I am not mentioning the name of company. So always get second opinion or better yet, just call Kim to start with. Thanks Kim for taking such good care of us.

Ive known and occasionally worked with Kim Fuller for going on 20 years. He replaced the two inside and outside units on my 1920s Fort Worth home and serviced them every year for 10 years until I sold it. Hes professional and incredibly knowledgeable but, better than that, hes kind, humorous, and big hearted. Fuller Air Conditioning responded immediately to my call that my 91 year old mothers air conditioning was out. Kim went out of his way to make sure my mom was taken care of, including watching her to make sure she didnt stumble when she came out to see what he was doing! We called Mr. Fuller on a Saturday late in the day because our AC was squealing loudly. He called back saying he couldn’t get to us that night but would be here first thing Sunday morning. Right around 8am he shows up and replaces the fan motor, telling stories the whole time. Love his stories and we shot the breeze while he finished up. Super nice man and extremely fair, even going so far to guarantee that if anything else happened he would be here as soon as possible. Payment was more than fair and reasonable. FULLER now has a loyal customer and will tell all in the area about his awesome service and business ethic!

As pastor of Center Point Baptist we had a panic one Sunday. Both of our AC’s went down in the sanctuary . Mr. Fuller quickly found the problems and fixed them both. And at the same time respected our church and didn’t leave a dirty mess for us to clean up. He is a great guy and we will use him again.

Kim is the most honest and fair repair man you will ever meet! My nest thermostat gave me fits this spring. I called a Nest Pro and they came out to fix it. Once they swapped a wire, they told me I had two bad relays in the unit from overheating. They quoted me $300 apiece to replace. I told them thank you, but since I wont be running heat for 6 months, Ill wait. I called Kim yesterday, he came out right away and got a good shock when he heard the price I was quoted. Turns out the part is $30. With a service call and all, I spent $80 and only needed to replace one relay. Thank you Kim for saving me over $500!

I had Kim Fuller install a new unit to replace our 25-41 year old R22 unit about 6 weeks ago. I held off writing a review until we had some 100 degree days together in a row.I dont know if the new unit will last as long as the old unit but I am convinced Kim did everything he could during the install to help the unit last as long as possible.Kim uses good materials, pays attention to details and works hard to please. He adds in a few extra touches that others do not. Kim bent his copper tubing with bending diess and adds a sight glass, all which make for a professional looking installation.I was not crazy about going to the new refrigerant but the unit performs very well. Kim was right, it took about an hour for the refigerant to mix together and start working at its full potential.Kim was recommended to me by an engineer friend that is not easy to impress and I would also recommend Kim to others. All this and at a reasonable price.

Mr. Fuller did an excellent job for me servicing my air conditioner. He is polite, professional, as well as very knowledgeable. He was very-fairly priced, and I have no doubt he is honest. I will be using him in the future, as well as recommending him to family and friends.

He came out on a Saturday and was there in less than an hour to fix our capacitator. Real nice guy that charged a fair price especially for a saturday call. His base service call was 50$ and then parts. It ended being 115 total.
