If you need to come into this location please wait until after this pandemic is over with. They are only allowing one person in the building at a time and only one worker. All others had to wait outside in the hot sun and there is no chairs. One person in front of me and waited outside for 15 minutes. Once inside the clerk was less than happy to be working. No hello or anything. What can I do for you. Spectrum is the absolute worse company ever. In person or on the phone.

The first year was okay, not great but manageable. After the first year they started charging us more (which we were told at the beginning that this might happen after the first year because we are no longer new customers) the internet connection/ping has managed to somehow get worse! We pay $60+ a month and cannot stream our tv while using our phone at the same time. We have been told the only way to fix that is to spend more by getting an upgrade. There are only two of us in the house and even after turning off every device connecting to WiFi we can still hardly stream Hulu. Even just opening the Instagram app will shut down anyone using the WiFi causing them to not load. Would only suggest this if you are a single person house hold who doesn’t multitask or doesn’t use internet often.

I use wifi calling on my phone, buy one gig a month for 14 bucks, dont use near the one gig. Great savings. More folks should use this method to save on phone bill. *****

I was at the waynesville spectrum today. Charles in customer service was so nice and polite! He also informed me that I can actually have just internet at home without all those fancy packages. It was great to know that as when I spoke to spectrum telephone customer service in the past, they told me I couldnt have just internet. So glad I stopped by in person today. Thanks Charles! 😀

This service is terrible. High speed internet my backside if we have more than one computer or system of any kind using the net it is slow and cuts out all the time. This is a true case of you get what you pay for. By the way this is no way directed towards the employees of this location they are great, its the service and connection its self that sucks.

Spectrum called me to establish service and when I agreed they charged my account. We made a appointment for installation but they never showed up. I did get a phone call telling me I was out of range. So why did you call me? Why did you charge me? It has been 3 weeks and the bill is still on my c card so why have you not refunded me yet? Spectrum do me a favor and refund my card and stop calling me.Done with all things Spectrum.

I discontinued service on the date they recommended so I wouldnt have to pay for future service. They still charged me, saying they didnt prorate and basically I was paying for service I didnt receive, oh well. So dishonest!

Long lines every month. Sometimes it takes upto an hour to get thru the line to pay my bill. And we cant pay with a card online anymore for some reason. Its a big inconvenience. And my bill is always about $75 more than it should be

We live in a small town in NC. Here, were STUCK with Charter/Spectrum as far as cable service is concerned. Unfortunately, because of the position of the home and surrounding mountains, we cannot switch to satellite.Specifically, because of the many trees in our mountainous town, which cause some to fall during heavy rains or snow, we experience a higher percentage of power outages causing the cable service to out.While power comes back pretty quick most of the times, Charter cable takes forever to come back. They have the same recordings to let you know their working on it with absolutely NO updates or feedback or even an explanation of what happened, when, and where. Forget speaking with a live person. Theyre so immuned to criticism that most if not all of these complaints go unheard and unread. They simply DO NOT CARE! This is a good example of a monopoly in a small area failing its customers and them knowing it and not caring. I feel like vomiting when I see their commercials. If you can avoid this company and its lousy customer service, do so.

High prices new customers can get good deals on cable Internet phone for a year or so than rates go up. But long term subscribers rates keep going up I have basic cable and Internet pay 150.00 a month. For 6 month in row every month my bill got a little higher finally 2 months in row bill the same 150.00. Prices high would switch but live in apartment which wont allow a dish and at and t I heard is just as high as spectrum

The installation guy came and installed the DVR in the living room but didnt install the wire in the bedroom like he said he would now Im getting charged $10 more dollars so I can install the one in the bedroom myself. Or pay another $50 so they can route it and hook it up

I loved the service... But they refused to disconnect and have been charging me for the past two months despite repeated attempts now.Last supervisor I spoke with pissed me off incredibly, would only repeat the same sentence instead of having accrual dialogue.

Im upset bc we paid like 40 dollars a month to have the Spectrum app active on our smart TV gave us 10 selected channels on demand for those 10 and few basics. We went 3 months without it using hulu and Amazon prime bc the Spectrum app glitched froze or just wouldnt connect and for 40 extra dollars it should in my opinion be flawless compared to money vs. what I think it was worth.

Overpriced service, poor channel selection. I love to watch Knife Fight on the Esquire Network every Monday. I go to watch it today and the channel is no longer available. I called to find out why and the customer service agent doesnt even have a reason. I signed a contract for certain channels, now they are taking away these channels? If my landlord allowed me to have a dish Id have DirecTV in heartbeat. I wouldnt recommend Charter to anybody.

What a bunch of cry baby technicians,, came to my business because a cable box wasnt working,, spent more time on the phone complaining and making sure he was getting the points for being there,,, he was in my office pacing back and forth cussing his phone as he is texting to make sure he gets paid for the repair even thou he is complaining the whole time that he should not even be there because its some billing issue,, even thou my TV was still not working!!! 2 days earlier another spectrum tech was in our building and STOLE a TV box out of a office and we told this tech and he said ohh well thats your problem,,,, They will NO LONGER be allowed in our building unless they are supervised buy one of us. horrible tech, horrible customer service and seems to be a horrible company seeing that they have our business down as the business next to us which is why the first tech stole our TV box and gave it to the business next to us because he though they were us... anyway supervise these people if they are in your house or business!!

I have been an internet customer of Charter-Spectrum in the Waynesville, NC area for at least 10 years. The internet service has improved over time. I had ATT for local phone and it was Hugely Expensive, so I switched to Charter.I had a problem with my security system not hooking up correctly with ADT, so I called Charter, They sent a tech out with a *ONE HOUR WINDOW* (THANK YOU!!!) who was prompt, very pleasant, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to resolve my problem. At this time, I have no complaints and was very impressed with the service.
