I called and they were able to send someone out the next day. We had a problem in our basement with mildew overnight where the doors got shut. They sent someone back out the next day for no extra charge. We will definitely use them again in the future!

I see they list a Waynesville address - we called from Sylva and were told they do not work here and only in Asheville - she was rude and hung up when I asked if she knew another company.

Fantastic Work! Removed stains from carpet & sofa that had been there only lord knows how long & what they were! Keith & Sonny were quick, polite, professional and friendly. Im extremely pleased with the quality of work. The carpet looks new! The smoke/cigarette smells are gone & I was finally able to close all the windows and enjoy using the heater on these chilly rainy mornings without serious protest from my sinuses. Highly recommend!

A+++! Cant express my gratitide for this company enough. Currently live in Texas but, own a house in Maggie Valley NC. Came home for a visit to check on our house that we had recently rented out and walked into a mess. The carpets and sectional sofa had been left with the horrible odor of dog urine. Called Steam Master on a Wednesday told them my situation and asked if they could come on Friday while I was in town. Without hesitation they scheduled me in and came out on Friday and did a fantastic job. They got rid of the horrible odor, went above and beyond what I was expecting and they were cheaper then the other companies. Will definitely use them for any future cleaning I may need.
