I walked in today to sign up with my husband. The staff was very nice and it was an easy sign up. The place is very clean. We took a small tour around the place and we love where everything is located it at. The floor plan is amazing ! The tanning booths is a plus !

The staff here is so helpful and kind. The facility is clean and well maintained.

I travel for work and this is the most uncomfortable PF I have ever been in. It definitely does not have the upbeat vibe of others I frequent. The staff barely speak and when they do I feel like it is just because they are required too like when entering and exiting. I keep a gym membership at 2 places for this reason. I have made several visits and it has been different staff. None of them act like they want to be there.

Clean well kept equipment staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoy the massage chair also hydro bed. Would recommend Planet Fitness to everyone. Locker room is the best and cleanest Ive ever seen.

In town from California and wanted to work out while visiting family. The facility was clean and had many machines. And friendly and helpful

I always enjoy going to Planet Fitness. The facility is always clean and the staff is generally very friendly I have only ever had a minor issue with one staff member being, not entirely rude, just dismissive and as far as I can tell that member no longer works there.I would like to see more attention being paid from staff members, especially with covid, to the people using machines who refuse to clean them when they are done. Its common courtesy and there is no lack of cleaning supplies at the stations and if there is something missing, as a staff member, they will refill it.

Membership was canceled as I was singled out for not wearing a mask when I was just one of 20 people in there not wearing a mask. I did not sign a cancelation went back in 5 days later and membership was cancelled. I was in there this morning and other than staff NO ONE had on a mask. Could not sign in found out management had taken it upon themselves to wear a mask. Good riddance PF good thing I am also a member at a locally owned gym that does not have poor leadership.

This gym is so clean and sanitize, I wish I knew what products they use to keep it so clean. Their customer service is very genuine here too. I appreciate the mask policy they implement as well.

I would give 0 stars if available option. Needs new management. Taurus is garbage and the new staff he has hired are more of the same. This used to be a great place to work out but since he was moved to management position this is not even the 5th best gym in town and we only have 3.

Staff is always helpful. Like the idea u can work at your pace plus hydro massage chair is great. A nice reward for yourself after a workout

Im visiting from Florida and have been using this one until I return home. The tanning beds are great, the gym equipment is great and its very well kept up. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very much enjoying my stay so far and feel at home at this location. 10 stars!

Extremely helpful staff and very clean environment. Have been to other gyms here in Waycross and they are in no comparison to cleanliness. Since the re opening after the shut down from Covid 19... they have taken ALL precautions to provide a sanitized and safe workout environment. Thank you to my PF staff.

Always clean, Showers and private dressing area is a stress free area to dress either before or after a workout. Staff is always upbeat. I have tried to overwork the equipment but haven’t been able to yet......LOL

Very Freindly staff, always very clean gym, tanning area, and restrooms. Classes are great. Wouldnt go anywhere else in waycross. Tammy is a great manager and has really made a difference here.

No problem parking...nice and clean with the typical equipment and nice tanning booths plus decent locker rooms.

Planet Fitness in Waycross puts other gyms and other PF locations to shame! The gym is super clean and well maintained. There is a great variety of equipment and it’s so spacious it never feels crowded. I’ve been to many other gyms and PF locations and I’ve never felt “at home” the way I do in Waycross. I’m sure this is because of the wonderful staff but I have to say the star of the show is Evelyn! She seems to know every member and always has a smile and a kind word to greet you. She goes out of her way to assist you with anything you need and truly makes you feel welcome. Every PF needs an Evelyn!

Tami is the best and gives me so much reason to stay motivated! I have tried other gyms before, but always ended with the same result until Plant Fitness. Since the day I joined, I have felt a whole new experience in working out. Everything from the up to beat atmosphere to the staff and other members is great. I would definitely tell anyone to join, you wont regret it!

They arent judgmental, they are so polite and willing to help in any way!! I lost weight bc I stuck to a diet and cut sodas out, drank more water. And I stayed focused!

Like this place for the price of $23 a mth. Never did like that $42 annual fee on January 1st!Love that their open 24/7, except thanksgiving n Xmas, i think new yrs day too

Ive been a PF member for over a decade. With my work, I travel to a lot of locations and have visited more than a dozen PF locations. This was my first visit to the Waycross location and I was quite impressed. The gym was clean, weight & treadmills equipment great, and tanning beds were very nice! But the best part of this gym was Evelyn. She was busy cleaning the bathroom and immediately rushed out & greeted me with a smile. She went above and beyond to show me the gym and black card area We need more Evelyns in the PF world!!! Thank you Evelyn, dont ever lose your smile!

Best workout place around! Staff is so helpful

It has a reasonable amount of equipment, and a decent price. That being said, the whole place makes me uncomfortable. All over the gym are signs that say everyone is welcome, yet next to those signs are signs that describe people who are not welcome. While working out once, my shoulder buckled, and I accidentally dropped the weight, and the lunk alarm sounded and embarrassed me in front of the gym. Its not a place for everyone, so if join know that you may feel unwelcome.

Was a little disappointed because it is suppose to be judgement free zone. Someone complained about what someone else was wearing and the person had their feelings hurt and left. I did not see anything wrong with it and another customer spoke up also. Manager still said something. So much for judgement free. Maybe thats all he had folks!!! At least he was at the gym trying!!!

I recently joined the planet fitness gym. I wish I could say it wasnt a mistake but unfortunately for me it was. Last night i was a little sore from my workout, decided to take a break sitting in my car, when i returned, I was notified by a staff member that I took too long of a break, he said I over exceeded 15 minutes and it was against corporate rules? When I was taking this break I left my guest in the gym doing their workout and the staff member followed them around like a bulldog, asked him to leave. It was very embarrassing and humiliating for me and my guest, upon joining this gym the 15 minute break was never mentioned, one of many hidden rules. When I asked the staff member was i being timed he was nasty to me in front of the whole gym. Im very dissatisfied with planet fitness worst gym in Waycross ga and I will be cancelling my membership imediatly.
