Great customer service and very knowledgeable at what they do

The website and hours posted on the door say they open at 9am on Monday morning. I got here and waited for over 2 hours and they still never came and opened! I had an appointment scheduled and no one besides other frustrated customers is here. I’ve called numerous times and there’s not even an answering service or a corporate number where I can ask what’s going on. Very frustrated and disappointed that business just neglected the hours of service without any notice to customers who have set appointments.

Collin and Paula are great folks! Did an awesome job on my truck. I had a minor issue with the drivers window not sticking at the top. Paula didnt look out question it. She asked, When would you like to bring it in? They stand behind their warranty and work. I definitely recommend then and will bring other vehicles up there. The ceramic tint is well with the money!

They were nice and friendly the tint it self was ok i have 2006 honda civic coupe and in the back window it has little pockets in the top that the tint didnt stick as you can see in the pic but the good thing is it has a life time warranty so when it dose need to be replaced i can just go....

Great prices and life time warranty very personable staff

Everyone I dealt with was super nice and friendly. They did a fantastic job putting tint on my car windows! Left with one small bubble in my tint that I found when I got home. I called them and they told me to bring it back up and they fixed it right away... all in the same day over a matter of 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them. 5/23/17

I had an appointment for nearly for 2 weeks out to tint the windows on 2 vehicles. One at 10 am, then pick it up at 12 and drop off the next one.So I drop off my truck at 10, come back at 12 and they havent even started my truck.I was told sorry, we got really busy and that they had one more truck to do before they could get to mine.Thats not how appointments are supposed to work.I took both my vehicles elsewhere. Luckily I found a place that fit me in the same day, for less money, and did a great job.

I take all my vehicles here and family/friends vehicles are recommended to go here. Collin and the rest of the staff are great people with great work ethics and fair prices. You wont regret going here!

These guys are awesome, I have bought a couple of full replacement bumpers from them and had them tint the windows at our office. I would highly recommend them to anyone for the services they offer. Good group of people and awsome service.

I have done Buisness with auto tint design for over 10 years. The owner is a great guy and I have seen him bend over backwards to make your experience a good one. I have had him tint 5 of my vehicles and each and every Time they have turned out exactly like I wanted. They have also installed two full replacement bumpers for my 01 ford and my 11 ford. Prices were unbeatable. Great team of people working here I would defenitly recommend it to everyone.

I was refereed to Auto Tint Design by Carlile GMC. I brought them my new IS 350 for tint.We set an appointment for the new day. I returned the next day and dropped it off for an hour. Came back and the tint was completed on time. Owner personally told me what to expect, and how to care for it while it dried. He also gave me a lifetime warranty! Great service, great price, great product, great product knowledge. New customer for life. I will bring my new truck for front window and rear tint and as explained to me the rear glass is only factory tinted and doesnt block UV rays. If your going to buy a expensive vehicle, you need to protect your investment. Thanks for being professional!Stuart JHH Waxahachie

My First experience at Auto Tint was when Philip owned the store . He and his guys done an excellent job on tinting several vehicles for me . 5* October 2007 Approximately .On the other hand with the new owner, (1st trip) December 2012 approximatelyI purchased a front end replacement and tinted my windows for my 2013 Chevrolet about three years ago. Prices were reasonable and acceptable .They got the bumper for me and asked me to assist on installation. I felt obliged otherwise it would not of gotten done. After assisting the owner and another helper with the installation I was not offered anything exchange for my help .I would say they were very unprepared .( The helper said he had Back Problems)(Second trip ) July 2015I definitely would have given a better review had the new owner followed up when I went in person got my windows tinted andto see my options about purchasing a front in replacement bumper for my 2009 Dodge .I asked the lady to please check on some prices and left my phone number she never returned A call .The same young lady at the desk (receptionist I assume )owners wife she mentioned to me .This young lady was a little short ( like she had other things to do or my money was not important enough )and somewhat uncertain on her search for my front end replacement bumper.When I was asking her about the front end replacement bumpers and prices. The prices were through the roof $1300 almost for a 2009 Dodge front end replacement bumper installed .I told the lady that I only paid $875 about three years ago at their store previously that was with the install. (The Install which I assisted)Personally I didnt think prices change that much I said .After further discussion with the wife .Back-and-forth with her husband in the other office (8 feet away ) avoiding conversation with me about the front end replacement bumper which wouldve been much easier .She told me to bring the bumper if I could find one for cheaper and they would install it for $50.I went and purchased a bumper online August 15, 2015 as any other customer could do and only paid $800 for the bumper that Auto Tint was asking $1300 for .I called back September 2, 2015 with the bumper in hand and try to schedule an appointment to have it installed and they quoted me $125 because I had my own bumper .Not to smear them in the mud but if they aren going to be truly business oriented and have a prosperous business they should not bounce around on prices or they will lose customers like you have with me .Words to the wise get prices in writing and do research before purchasing from this company .
