BEWARE OF THE AGENTS AT THIS COMPANY. My family recently purchased a home here in waxahachie. The sellers agent was Stephanie Crawford from this company our experience was and has been a nightmare, not only was she unresponsive during the entire process (despite multiple attempts and to reach her) but her clients ruined our home costing us over 20k in repairs and still counting my family had to live in a hotel because we didn’t have a home. They didn’t honor things we agreed on in the contract and she was no help in helping resolve the issue. We’ve had to spend more money and hire an attorney to help us resolve the issue as a last resort due to lack of assistance from this agency. Please Beware these agents are in it for the check and have no morale compass, I would not send my worst enemy to do business with them as a buyer or seller. We pray this reaches another family and saves you from making the same mistake we did doing business with this agent/company.

Omg Century 21 has the worst costumer service very disrespectful people I have to wait in the reception and employees went in and out and dont even asked what I need its not the first time with this company i hate to do business with this one. They should have classes how to treat clients

Do not use this company if you are wanting to sell property. They only look out for their interest and of the buyers. They dont make any effort to make the process easy or clear.

This company does not deserve even a star, but there is no other option. We had a contract with them for selling our house. The problem is not that the house wasnt sold, the problem is the professionalism of the agents, and their attitude. The first lady agent made many promises about how wonderful she is doing her job, then she came back three times with mistakes in the contract, the best was that she made the contract for 18 month, when we wanted one for 6. The description of the house for being posted on internet, we wrote it, she didnt cover the most important things. The photos, she picked too many of the same place and in the end it wasnt enough room for posting pictures of all the house. She also didnt care about giving Informations in writing to the clients, never knew details about the house as she should, and never came with any clients. We asked for someone else.The second agent tried to be nice at the beginning, then finding out that we have a piece of land to sell, he, without our permission, made a contract with our neighbor, in our name, to sell that land, again contract mistakes and so bad my lawyer though we wrote it not a professional company. Then he said he has a suggestion for us, which it was to put back some french doors in a wall of a bedroom (which once existed,but we took them out, who wants outside glass doors in the front of the house to see into your bedroom?). Wow.He left or retired. So the third agent, (who calked me sweetie at the first meeting - (who call a client that way, when all the inteligent people know the definition of the he word) first thing, she changed the description of the house, taking out a bedroom, that bedroom (room) was an office, we dont need so many bed rooms and we are working from home. The bedroom has all is required. Size, light, ventilation. These are all legal requirements. Nothing legal about the closets. If you as professional advisers ask for a bedroom to have a closet in order to call it a bedroom, better to show codes, laws, anything about that, but you cant because doesnt exist any. Anyway, you also can not do your job experimenting personal opinions. We made some changes to the house and ask for a new photo of that place. She promised, but never happened.Then she took down the for sale sign, which was supposed to be there from the beginning, as the contract said, but no sign, so we asked for one and waited for it a long time. We asked to bring the sign back, so she did. We were on the porch at that moment. She didnt even say hello while replacing it.So, no communication, no respect, no professionalism. Just put the house on internet and wait to see what will happen. No good advice, no consultation, nothing. We expected that the owner of the company to give us a call or to be curious what is happening at our address, but we guess we had too high expectations and over estimated everything and everyone there. Then we received a message about if we want to continue the contract. How could they ask when they did not even bring one single clinet for a showing? All that veiwed the house were from other concompan.We dont recommend this company to anyone, it was a nightmare and a waste of time. Spend your percentage elsewhere.
