Went in to do my first ever Amazon return. They were very helpful and did not make me feel like an idiot. There was a line when I got there but they were so fast and efficient I waited less an 2 minutes. Super quick and easy. Would use them again in a heartbeat

Norma and Tammy are the best! Fast and efficient! Friendly and enjoying their job! I took in some equipment to return to the cable company. They boxed it and made sure to tell me to keep the paper work for several weeks to make sure there was no issues with the return.
Always a great experience when I ship packages. Almost once a week I am in there. Staff is always so nice no matter the time of day, not busy or a rush with long line. The one I have interacted with the most is Tasha. Seriously always so kind and smile on her face.
I have been in several times over the last couple of weeks to return items. 1 day was extremely busy & raining. Natasha had such a great presence by greeting the customers & letting us know they were going to get to us as soon as possible. Again today she was so pleasant & efficient. Thank you Natasha!
Be careful with shipping quotes. Brought in a sample of what is to be shipped and tell them I need them to package it as well. They take dimensions/weight/zip code. They produce a quote for that and then next day I walk I with the same thing and the lady says “there is no way it was that quoted amount”, then says “well, it was only the quote for shipping”, then has the nerve to say, “ and quotes are only good for that day, it could be different today”. Then doubles the price. She was rude and disrespectful in front of other customers. If it was only shipping, it should have been explained that way the day before. Price was already given to my customer and paid for. Never going back there. Turns out cheaper at the post office anyway.
My husband and I were shipping a very important package to our daughter for her birthday. The associate, Natasha, was very helpful and pleasant in assisting us in completing the shipment. The process was fast and efficient with hardly any wait time. I have confidence that our package to our daughter will arrive safely and in time for her birthday.

Very disappointed with the three individuals working on the morning of 8/31/20. One worker was wearing her mask around her neck, the other two workers not covering their nose. Their were several elderly in the store when I was in there. The employees were taking no action to protect customers. Be better.

All the ladies working at this store were not wearing their masks and one lady was coughing all over the store. Stood in line for 15 minutes and then decided to leave because they were so slow and it didn’t feel safe. Disgusting. Wear your mask.
The customer service was fine. My issue was there was no attempt by employees to adhere to any protocols to prevent the transmission of Covid-19.No masks on employeesNo hand sanitation between transactions9 people were in the small place while I was there.Employees were not distancing themselves from each other at all.Ventilation inside seemed to be nonexistent. Would almost be faster to deliver the packages myself. They only know one speed and that is slower than a sloth.
When I informed the clerk that I was shipping a firearm (as UPS says Im required to do), the clerk immediately handed my box back to me and said that she could not ship it. When I asked why, she told me the store Doesnt have a license. I told her the UPS website shows that UPS DOES accept shipment to manufacturers, but she still refused to ship. When I asked her how I was supposed to ship the package, she told me to have a driver come get it.There is no such thing as A License to ship a firearm. Either she didnt want to deal with it, had a problem with handguns, or is ignorant of UPS rules.Either way I wasnt happy, especially after spending 20 minutes in line only to be turned away.
Quick efficient courteous and pleasant service
Needed to get a passport photo. Stood in line and saw sign that said passport photos and ID. Got to the counter and she just said, no, we do not do that. I was not rude when I said I researched and the sign said they did passport photos. No we do not was all I got back in response. Then she looked past me for the next customer. If they do not do passport photos, she could have explained that they have signs that say so but do not provide the service but instead she was short with me about it and unfriendly.

So much better and cordial than the Midlothian store. What took 30 minutes to get wrong in Midlothian, they printed exactly what I needed within minutes. Wonderful staff.
Message to franchisee- this shipping business is not a M-F “9-5” gig. Attempted to drop at 1:30 Saturday and found 10 people queued and that they closed at 2:30...step game up or become a banker. Open the store on Sunday as well.

If I can could leave 0 stars, I would. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE people! I had called in advance for a Notary for an I-9 and they said Yes, we do notary. I drove 20 minutes to the location from my house and they told me they DO NOT Notarize I-9s, after I was told on the phone that they do. I will never go back in there, I will go to the one in Mansfield, further from my house before I EVER set foot in that place again. They had the AUDACITY to tell me well, it is what it is behind my back as I was leaving. With all the negative reviews, I dont see how they are open. I will be complaining to their corporate.
They are serving hundreds of people a day and get annoyed when you ask them to wear a mask. They clearly do not care if they kill their customers. It’s a pandemic people.

Went in to have something faxed over asked the pricing and the cashier responded 2.00 for the first fax and 1.00 for the faxes after that. I had one fax so I handed her the papers. $17.00 later she explained that it is 2.00 for the first page and 1.00 for every page after that. Are you kidding me? Your not using paper or INK. You are charging and outrageous amount to push a few buttons and let the scanner do it’s job.
The women in there was raising her voice at the gentleman in front of me when I walked in. For him asking simple questions as could he call the number to track is mail. When I got to the counter she raised her voice with me and belittled me as if I was a child to her and when I asked her about her attitude and how she talked she got even louder with me . If this is how they want to do business at ups. Ill take mine some where else there are better places in town that know how to actually treat customers.

Always a terrible place. Have given it a number of changes but I always walk away disgusted. Owner, Bill, is never there (kind of feel he must not care about providing good service). Staff slow, unable to perform even basic domestic shipping not to mention international shipping. Incompetent, rude, never consistent service and just plain inefficient. So sad that the place is in Waxahachie as it gives the town a bad name. Never again! I WILL go elsewhere!!
Terrible store. I was hung up on by a lady for no reason. When I called back to get the ladys name, I spoke to a male who was confrontational and in informed me that the ladys name was Jane (smh) and that I didnt need her last name, her employee id or his name. He further told me if I was going to complain he would hang up in my face. I had to contact UPS who contacted the store because I did not trust what they may do with the package and asked that it be returned to the sender and they informed UPS that they never received the package. Keep in mind that when I spoke to the so call Jane she informed me that she was holding the package in her hand. UPS had to get their security involved and once the security got involved the package magically appeared. This is by far a racist store that I will never go to. I found out that these stores are franchise own which explains the service that they are providing. I just want to make everyone aware. If any of my packages get delivered to this store I will just have them returned to sender due to the shadiness of this place.

This place is just plain awful mainly because of the rude employees. Only one person today, the day after Christmas, for a whole line of people and she acted like she hated the world and everyone in it. Not to mention the fact that she was coughing and gagging all over everything, geeez. I went in for a couple of items to be notarized and I did not know that a notary will not notarize a handwritten Will and she acted like I was trying commit fraud, bank robbery, identity theft, credit card stolen from someone, she acted like I was a common criminal! Good Lord Woman, have you no manners? Of course nothing will change in here, everyone who works there looks like they just woke up from a 3 day drunk and smoked 3 packs of cigarettes the night before! You might want to wear a cover over your mouth so when she coughs on you you will have protection! Total fail!

**** If you are at all interested in your shipment getting to its destination, or if you want to interact with anyone familiar with basic customer service, AVOID this location! ****I dropped off a package to be shipped on Saturday June 15, 2019. I selected and paid for UPS ground, and was told that it would arrive in St. Louis the following Wednesday. Fortunately, I saved my receipt and tracking number.I checked the status later that week, and learned it had not been delivered. A label was created, but thats where it ended. No record of UPS picking-up the package or it ever making it to a UPS facility.Being patient and having other things going on, I gave it a few weeks. Perhaps there was a lag in the system. Nope. Same status - no change.Early in the week of July 8, 2019 I returned to the store during the afternoon, receipt and tracking number in hand. I explained my concern that my package appears to have not left the location, and this was a logical first step to resolve my concern. The employee there (an older woman), told me that this happened frequently and there was basically nothing she could do about this except give me a secret number for UPS that I could contact. When I asked her if I could speak with a manager, she informed me that the manager would return the following day at about 10:30 AM, but that shed be pretty busy. Mind you, this was the afternoon on a weekday. No manager to be found? Also, recalling the shell be pretty busy comment gave me a chuckle the next day.I called the UPS number, and predictably, the agent told me to handle this with the local UPS Store location.The next day, I returned to this location and spoke with the manager. The manager, another older woman, had a very surly demeanor and despite the store being not busy, seemed annoyed at my presence. After I explained to her my situation, and that I was there yesterday attempting to resolve it, and was told to call a number and/or return the following day, she acknowledged that the secret number provided was basically a time waster and that she would have to trouble herself by filing a claim on my behalf. She became immediately defensive, insisting that the package had left her store and that somehow she knew it was the UPS pickup drivers fault. She requested my address, email, and phone number and gave me some vague guidance that someone will be in touch when a claim was filed. At this point in time, I reminded her that she through her business had entered into a contract with me to deliver a package, and that all information available to me indicated that it never left her store. Evidently, reminding this manager of this arrangement sent her further down the sour path. She became cross with me and said, You better have a receipt for the [value of the] item you shipped. Further, she gave me the impression that she thought I was trying to pull a scam.**** The manager was needlessly aggressive and combative. ****Its now August 4, 2019. Ive not yet received any further communications from the store, but UPS evidently has started an investigation on my behalf, according to their website.Lastly, after reading the reviews mentioning rude and needlessly confrontational employees at this location, I add my own agreement to them.
The person that handled my shipping was rude and actually lectured me on the product I was shipping, with people standing in line waiting on service. He basically interjected his own personal views and eviscerated me in public.....disgusting.
All I can say, is it would not tell anyone to go into that store to ship any items. Very uneducated staff, a owner that does not stand up for the mistakes the store makes. Not just a bad owner but bad management.
Customer service is just terrible, waited in line for 15 minutes just to be skipped for a different customer that came in after me. Pointed this out as politely one possibly can in a situation like that, just to be treated with an aggressive attitude (Ronda). No customer should have to go through all that. Make people take numbers if its too difficult to keep up with who to help next. Never coming here again and will never recommend this location to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable, horrible service. Bill Marshall is the apimmity of a worthless owner/manager. We have a missing package and he says there is no accountability for incoming packages, yet ups corporate can give us the exact time, date and person that signedfor it. Also we were told tracking numbers are worthless.... a call to the store before the in store visit resulted in being told that it was 20 minutes from closing and being hung up on... ups should be ashamed of this store and the staffing. From the top down horrible service. Not so much as an apology for loosing a package and denying it ever being in store. Also as were leaving he is being very rude and disrespectful, steadily talking under his breath. For an owner to do this is unacceptable and furthermore for him to be in shorts and flip flops should have been a prelude of things to come. Store 5780 you should be ashamed of yourself.
Theres one guy who is always happy and provides great service. Most of the other staff are grumpy and dont smile. Prices are decent but be prepared to wait in line.
Its okay I just did not like the way one of the employees responded to me by being very rude. I did not say anything because I have respect for my elders. But she need lots improvement when it comes to customer service.

Well, I just moved to Waxahachie and needed to setup a PO Box for my business. I chose the UPS Store because I have had great service from UPS Stores in the past and it is near my house.In hindsight, it wasnt the best idea to come first thing on a Monday morning. I had 2 tasks: filling out paperwork for the PO Box and returning my AT&T cable equipment. Not your typical in and out tasks.The store was already buzzing with activity, and more people were coming through the door every few minutes.Karen, the Assistant Manager, was unflappable!Even though it was incredibly busy, she cheerfully greeted and diligently worked with each person, ensuring they received all the attention they needed.Also, they had a book of cards from local businesses that were part of the BNI networkers group. Being new in town, I wanted to learn more about that group and also let the manager know how pleased I was with the stores service. I left a message for the manager to call me, and he did within 30 minutes.Finally, the last thing I really appreciate about this store is that they give me 24 hour access to my PO Box. This is such a help because I can swing by at night or over the weekend to pick up my mail.Thanks, UPS Store... Im glad to do business with you!

I tried to send them an email so I could have it printed up & notarized. I tried 3 times. They kept saying that they werent getting it & I must be doing something wrong. I went to FedEx and forward the email and had 2 copies printed up for 32 cents. Went back to UPS store to get it notarized. Ronda Cockerham asked didnt they have a notary at FedEx? Obviously they didnt have a notary cuz I was back. Then she didnt know if she should notarize it because she wasnt sure if I was of sound mind & body & did I know what I was signing. I found that very insulting and offensive!
