Richard came out to clean my carpet and tile last week and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The carpets are only a few years old but had several discolored spots from the previous owner’s pets. Richard was able to clean them up really well. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Clean. I received a quote within an hour of requesting & I was able to schedule the cleaning for 3 days later. Richard was on-time and professional. We had 4-bedrooms & our playroom cleaned and every single stain came out! We have been in our home for nearly 3 years with 4 small kids and had an elderly dog (read: food, urine, slime, crafts, etc stains) and after our cleaning today, our carpet looks brand new again. I have been using Dr Clean service for the past 4 years and each service have always been Amazing! Ialways prefer the technician David, hes professional, consistent regarding getting all the stains out and always going over and beyond. I know there is other carpet cleaning services but I will forever use Dr Clean.. I am extremely picky, detailed and can find something wrong at any moment but with Dr Clean always clean my carpet to perfection.

For the past 6 years, since moving to the DFW area I have been using Dr. Clean to clean the carpets in my home. My cat destroyed the carpet under the door into a bedroom, there was no fibers lefter under the door. After having the crew out to clean the carpets. They came back the following work day to patch the carpet under the door. They replaced the carpet and blended the seams great. The edges are seamless, in the middle where heavy traffic had broke down the cheap builders grade carpet there is a VERY minor line. It looks better than i thought it would look given how worn the carpet is in that traffic area. I am very happy with the quality of work.Another thing to note is how kind the tech was to my animals. My dog and cat get very excited to see new people and wouldnt leave him alone but the entire time he was so kind to them and didnt seem annoyed by them. This speaks to the personal morals of the crew here. The way they treat animals while they are working speaks very highly of their personal morals and value. Your pets are safe with these guys around.

Richard puts his heart into his work. Very professional. He was on time and also gave some very good tips for me to use going forward with maintaining my carpet and when buying new carpet for my new home. My carpet had some tough spots to get out, he did his best to get them out -- which he did get most of them out but for those spots that were damaged/discolored from other products he offered patching. I plan to use Richard in the future for patching and for our yearly cleaning. Great job. Good service! Carpet looks great!!

So, Richard Lund and his long term technician came out today to do some carpet cleaning for us today. The carpets are about 12 years old and had pet stains. Richard was awesome and super friendly. I really appreciate that he was punctual and wore a mask the whole time. He started by inspecting the stains on my carpet and going over what to expect post cleaning. The actual cleaning was super fast, my 600 sq ft appartment only took ~30 mins. I was afraid there was going to be a strong smell afterwards, but the cleaning left a very light fruity scent. Highly reccommend these guys!
