The repairman left without fixing ythe problem. But he chargedd me
Ordered a part last Saturday and promised it would be here the following Thursday. So sitting and waiting both usps and ups said it would be delivered by 9pm. Called to see where it was and Sears told me he see’s that it will be here Saturday. I asked if it doesn’t show what happens and I was offered a discount on a reorder. What!!! So unprofessional.
Repairman 1-1/2 hours late past arrival time. Dryer needed new heating element and he wanted $550 to repair it. Charged me $96 to tell me this.I have purchased a new dryer and it is not a Kenmore.
Three technician visits over two months,, 75.00 copay plus monthly fee, and refrigerator still not fixed. Plus time spent waiting at house each visit.
Its no longer there.
This is not a Sears appliance repair shop it is a furniture store
