My server crashed on a weekend in the summer and they had a technician on site on a Saturday afternoon in less than an hour to troubleshoot and get us back up and running in less than 2 hours from my initial call.If my server is down, my entire business stops. When the employees showed up on Monday, they were able to do their jobs as if nothing went wrong over the weekend.
