I had a horrible experience with this company! We purchased a $250 walker and it broke in 2 weeks. The plastic split down the seam holding the break handle on. Pictures are attached of the defect. We were told when buying it how great the warranty was and it’s a great product. We bought it when we did because I was going out of town and my husband (who needs the walker) would be home alone and wanted to make sure he was safe. It broke 3 days before I was leaving. My husband called them thinking there was a warranty but was told it was not covered under the warranty and it would cost $45 for them to look at it plus parts!!!I called them and said we will just return it then. They said THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY! I was mad, how can a company not have a return policy or fix a faulty item??? I explained the situation we were in and was told I should have bought a second walker in case there’s broke in two weeks!!! I asked to speak to the owner, who was in a “meeting” but was well aware of our situation. I was told Mike would call me when he was done…. No call from Mike. I called back and was told Mike went home (it was 3 o’clock). I asked if they could call him to figure something out. They didn’t have anymore walkers available and no parts to fix before I had to leave. I was hoping the owner would make an exception in our case and take the return so I could buy another walker before Friday. They said they would call him to have him call me.While waiting, they had me take pictures and email them to them. Jordan said he would call the manufacturer and see if they would cover it. (Another person said they were going to do that and call me back and they did neither). No one called me back.To be fair, I did call the last time before Jordan said he would call me back about the manufacturer to see why the owner didn’t call me. He said he talked to the owner, Mike, and Mike said he wasn’t going to call me back. They felt since I signed the receipt I was notified of no returns. The manufacturer said it wasn’t a defect but decided on a one time basis to send them the part. The part is shipping from Atlanta so it won’t get here by the weekend. We had to purchase a different walker on Amazon for $189.I thought the products were going to be better quality then online and thought the customer service and repairs would be better going to a family owned brick and mortar but my experience was that we over payed for garbage and once they had our money, they no longer cared about us as a customer or cared if we were happy. We are having them fix it, but personally we will never buy another product from them (my husband is only 40, so we would have been very long term loyal customers if they would have called us back and helped with the situation. Very disappointed!!!!
Seriously, they are the best. I walked in to rent a scooter for Dad to try- he wasn’t convinced that he’d like it. That day, they were able to rent me a unit and helped me get it into my car.Dad loved the scooter- he was able to get to his mailbox and even take cruises outside.I just returned the rental to purchase one. Dad said is a convert.Everyone at Miller Mobility is incredibly helpful and kind!
Flat fee, big box, home appliance installations, strike fear into the hearts of all homeowners. What comes in at a close second, is the repair of those items. Along with the trip charge, youre being charged by the hour. Youre totally at the mercy of the contractor. The uncertainty of the situation makes it unsettling. This is where the honor and respect of the contractor comes into play. From the onset, Miller Mobility, put me at ease! Jordan took my call. I had a million questions, because Miller Mobility was new to me. Jordan was gracious in all of his responses. He answered with respect and understanding. We set up a date for my repair. He stated that Nathan and George would be coming out to my house.Nathan and George, George and Nathan! There was no chain of command here! They worked in unison as one. Nathan cleaned the contacts and tested the batteries, while George, tested the battery charger. The problem was traced down to the battery charger. They even lubricated the track of the chairlift for general maintenance! They were both men of honor. They had respect for my house, offering to wear booties. They had respect for me, answering all questions, wearing warm smiles, not missing a beat, on their work ethic. And they respected my pocketbook, working efficiently, with one goal in mind, a satisfied customer! You could tell they enjoyed working for Miller Mobility and were proud to work there. Thats what gives this experience a happy ending. Miller Mobility gets my Five Stars !
Mitchell and Ed made my first experience in the world of mobility extremely easy. Very clear in their pricing, and when I got to the store, the process was so quick and easy, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Lovely to find such kind and helpful people when I needed it the most.
We have had multiple contacts with the friendly staff over the years. Purchased stair lift, wheelchair and scooter from them. They offer fair prices and great guidance. All with very knowledgeable people to help.
Great service, very friendly staff
Very knowledgeable of convalescent equipment and helped to make my decision a lot easier.
Great products and excellent customer service! Brought my 93 year old grandfather in to get a power chair and was extremely impressed with the great service we received. Answered all questions we had and even some we never would have thought of. My grandfather left very happy with his new toy 😉
Great service for my wifes wheel chair lift for the car working to fix issue with lift so my wife can stay independent.

Val and her entire team are amazing to work with. Everyone at Miller Mobility is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. If youre in the need of any of the products or services they offer I strongly recommend giving them a shot; you wont be disappointed!
Prices a little high. Good inventory.
Miller mobility installed a stair lift for my parents. Job was done quickly, efficiently, and priced super reasonably! I wouldnt trust anyone else!
If you deal with the owner things can go pretty smooth but once you are stuck with a service issue the female half Val takes over. She will not tolerate anyone that disagrees with her position and can be quite rude to the customer. I spent well into the five figures at this place and did not receive the support when a mechanical issue was encountered. I guess the sales are all that matter to this place.
Awesome people
We had a wonderful experience at Miller Mobility. The staff was very patient and knowledgeable when my grandma was shopping for a walker. Great family owned business that makes you feel welcomed and listened to. I would highly recommend!
The consultants were excellent. They assisted us in finding the right wheelchair with needed accessories at the right price. Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. From start to finish, it turned out to be a very comfortable experience.
The sales people lie in order to sell product. They said they would accept a return on a chair if it would not work for my mom.To make a long story short they would give us $200 for the chair we bought for $1493 the day before... scammers. Buy from steinhafel furniture instead.. better price and service !!..
Jack was a wonderful, knowledgable sales consultant. He showed my mother and I exactly what we were looking for, we were looking for quality wheelchair cushions. We made a purchase and my grandmother couldnt be happier. She is a very petite woman so finding a cushion that would fit her small chair was proving difficult. Jack showed us a couple different options, in various price ranges. We feel that he really took an interest in our specific needs and made recommendations based on that, rather than making a lucrative sale. I would recommend Miller Mobility to anyone looking for quality products and service.
What can I say about Miller Mobility? Other than they are easy to work with, thorough in making sure you get the best product for your needs. Most people think that you can just go buy a walker, etc. What most people dont think about is that at Miller Mobility you get a Medical Grade product that will last for years. I had to replace my Rollator which was damaged during my recent trip. When I started the claims process I told the adjuster just to call Miller Mobility because they have excellent records and can tell exactly what I had. I picked up my new Rollator yesterday and it is awesome. The claims people wanted to go to WalMart but they did not think they were purchasing a product that would last many, many years. I refused the one from WalMart because I had specific needs; I needed the walker to fit in my very small car, a Smart car. Not only did Jordan, the Miller Mobile employee make sure the Rollator fit into my car but he also made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. I would not consider going anywhere else for mobility equipment because if Miller Mobility does not have it, they will find it.
Great Customer service. They had exactly what I needed.Due to the change in my mother-in-laws health,it is good to know that a medical supply company is so close and various supplies for all types of needs.
Great service! my grandma had back surgery and the staff was super helpful!
Excellent service finding what i need! Good prices and reliable service!
VAL WAS GREAT
