I moved from Europe back to USA, after 15 years, no credit history and within 90 days of arrival at OHare, Marc got me, my wife and our four sons the house we wanted (all in the sellers market of late 2019) Marc was the best i could have asked for and I recommend him to all my friends and colleagues. He also got me a great mortgage broker who made purchase seamless and easy to understand. Marc deserves every success that comes his way. Marc, I think, went above and beyond his realtor duties. He was informative and not pushy. I had other friends who went through the house buying process and every one of them hated their realtor because of them trying to sell something they couldnt afford or being pushy so they could make a sale.I had total confidence that Marc would guide us in the right direction and handle the mounds of paperwork. He gathered all the information for what youre looking for and gave non-bias thoughts. If you needed to get a hold of him he always responded promptly, even at odd hours. Any questions I had he answered and gave a response that anyone could understand if the topic was complex.His personality and attitude was always happy and outgoing.
