Worst service department ever. Staff is rude, and look for EVERY opportunity to push your issue off to another time or another person. Was repeatedly booked in for service they magically couldnt compete and couldnt care less about. This is after selling us a bogus service package that was supposed to prevent these kind of issues.I cannot recommend enough that you avoid this location. When service on vehicles they sell is THIS poor you have to spend your $ elsewhere.

Always able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner and they do great work at a reasonable price. I lease an Odyssey and only do my repairs/upkeep there and honestly not any more costly than other local shops and they obviously know the most about our Hondas!

The service is top notch. The advisors are always helpful and friendly, however Devon is the best of the best. I went in with a tire pressure issue and he showed me the menu settings and sent me on my way without charge. Highly recommend their service department.

I bring my lease here for service, I am always treated with respect, am offered an exterior car wash and Honda has a comfortable waiting area . My service is always correctly finished.

Very rude people. The vehicle had a slow leak in one of the tires on the day I bought it which they knew because the salesman had to fill it before I bought it. Was told to bring it in. Because i couldnt do that immediately they said it would cost $30 to plug it. They wouldnt even see what was wrong unless i agreed to pay. When i said no, they sent me on my way. When I asked them to run vehicle through car wash I was told that was for people who actually pay for service. For this experience and being deceived on the extended warranty I will NEVER go to this dealership again and I will warn everyone who asks to not go there.

Yeah it looks all nice until a bunch of college kids who dont know what they are talking about try and sell you a car that clearly has mechanical problems on top of that having them talk down to you like you dont know what your talking about just another place with scummy used cars salesmen avoid at all cost
