Mr. Seufert was the appointed GAL to our kids. I explained 4 things I had issues with my ex wifes step father and Mr. Seufert followed up on one of them. The court appointed social worker did her investigation on all 4 issues I had brought up and her recommendation to the court was the ex wifes step father could not be the sole care provider for our 2 children. I would not recommend Mr. Seufert due to his lack of follow up on items which were brought to his attention.

I had a custody case for my son and Geoff was the guardian ad litem and let me say, it was horrible. He never responded to me and when he did, I was working. Just have to say that I don’t think he knows what he’s doing.
