Horrible experience with Rick at Sign Synergy. I brought my commercial truck in to have them put on new graphics. The amount of graphics was not excessive, it took them 5 days to do a job, the last company in Madison did in 1 day. They were not equipped to do graphics on a commercial vehicle; they do not have the physical space or the know how to do a job professionally. When they returned the truck to me on day 5 the job was half done and I ended up having to drive around town for 2 days with one side of the truck completely unfinished. Needless to say I was embarrassed and highly agitated. I gave them one more chance to finish the truck, it took them another 6 hours and they were still not done. They completely messed up the large pin stripping around the sides and the back of the truck, they do not line up (see attached Photo). There were no apologies for the unfinished truck that they delivered to me, they were very defensive and highly unprofessional in how they handled the obvious mess they created. I ended up pulling the job before it was completed and took the truck over to the professionals at the WRAP SHOP down the street. Rob at the WRAP SHOP cleaned up the mess that Rick made as best as he could and finished applying the wrap to the front of the truck.
