My nephew recommended Body by Design, but I thought I was too old at 74 to take up personal training and boot camp. I had been having some balance issues and always held my hubby’s hand on our walks because I felt unsteady. After an initial (very in-depth) consult with Jake, the owner, I decided to give it a try. Jake assigned Gui to be my personal trainer … and it has changed my life! Gui is amazing, and he inspires me to perform to my fullest potential … healing, not hurting, my body. My core balance has improved remarkably, as have both my strength and ease-of-movement. I AM NOT TOO OLD to be healthy and weLLthy! AND!!! … the entire staff and membership are a FAMILY! … something I’m guessing is a RARE find. I LOVE BODY BY DESIGN and know you will too!
Excellent gym space. I was training with a trainer and classes were going on and people were just working out on their own and we all had plenty of equipment and space. Very affordable for all you are offered
I love this gym! I am not a person who love to work out but, I actually go to this gym not just pay the membership and never go in. 🙃 the classes are all great Justin makesthe work outs fun, more like a game. And Andrew plays the best music during his classes.
I was searching for a gym in the area and had the best experience from Body By Design. Their staff is super friendly and really want to help you achieve your goals. There is no gym intimidation whatsoever. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gym.
This is an outstanding organization which is owned by a veteran of our fine country and he is very involved and truly committed to your fitness! He and all of the trainers are top-notch. It all started because of a challenge and ended up changing my life, both physically and mentally. I couldn’t be more happy with everyone there and the results that I have achieved with all of their help.
I’ve been a member of Body by design in Waukesha for the past month. The gym is super clean not crowded which I really like. Very friendly atmosphere and friendly staff.
I loved the workouts and the trainers at this gym. I was a member for just over a year and had a decent experience and really did transform how I feel about what I can do and really helped me push myself. That being said, Im only giving them 3 stars because the customer service I received wasnt the greatest. After taking a new job, getting to the gym became very difficult. With my long daily commute and new job location (I previously worked about 5 minutes away), I just couldnt make it work as frequently anymore. I had asked politely if there was a way to pay on a per class basis instead of the weekly fee, but instead I was asked if adding personal training would work to get me to the gym instead. It was as if my message hadnt even been read. With that I decided to cancel my membership, not because of this interaction but because it was too hard and I eventually found another option that was a more convenient location on my commute. After the 30 day cancellation period, I saw a charge on my card. I repeatedly emailed and eventually called to leave a message, but never received any response from a someone telling me it was taken care of. I did notice the payment issue got resolved, but no one from the gym every reached out regarding this, I found out by checking my bank account. It really left me feeling terrible.To me, customer service should be extended to people even if they are planning to leave. Who knows, at some point this gym may be easier to get to everyday, but after the lack of communication regarding this payment issue, I will think twice about rejoining, which really makes me sad more than anything because I really loved being there.
I love this place. The trainer are very professional and friendly. They take very good care of their clients. Beside that they are very knowledgeable and help each and every clients different based on their needs and let me succeed their goals.I made good friend here.-AB.
Very difficult to contact a human that can help with payment issues. Everything is done online by email and fax. The gym is universal and not individualized. They dont make newbies feel like they belong or ease them into the exercises. Just wasnt happy with the whole experience.
I signed up for the six week challenge and was very happy with the results. This place is amazing! Of the workout structures Ive experienced, in my opinion, these have been the most effective.From the beginning I felt very welcome and motivated. Even though I was a novice to many of the movements when I started, I never felt unsafe because of the time the trainers took in each class to explain the movements, including coming over to offer personalized assistance as needed. When each class begins there is a warm up followed by the instructor demonstrating and explaining each exercise. Making sure you understand proper form and a modifier to make the exercise either easier or more challenging depending on your fitness level.Theres a community feel at the gym that Ive never felt at other places. The instructors are the best. Not only do they take the time during the class to show you the correct form but keep you motivated and engaged throughout your workouts.The class sizes are small enough where you can get individual help, yet still large enough where you dont feel like the instructor is watching your every move.There are so many opportunities for different types of classes that you will definitely find one that fits your schedule. They are all very challenging - for everyone at every fitness level - but the methods are incredibly effective. In the six weeks I lost over 8 pounds and almost 5% body fat. I have literally been telling everyone I know what an amazing gym this is! If you give your 100% to your workouts here, what you get in return is phenomenal. So if youre looking to get into shape, lose weight or get stronger and want to see results then you should definitely join.
Walked in awhile ago to hear the sales pitch. It was pretty high pressure and expensive. I bailed and never went back.Now they constantly send me marketing emails calling me Ray. They literally put my email under the wrong contact.
Looked like a nice gym. The owner is running a Facebook ad offering free 21 day fitness program for men over 50. When you get there he wants a longer term commitment to get the free 21 day program.Deceit is not a good starting point for a long term relationship.
This gym is great! Im finishing my 6-week Body Transformation Challenge tomorrow and Im very happy with my results. Love the trainers and the whole vibe of the place. Even someone like me, who hadnt exercised seriously in many years, can feel comfortable here. Cant wait to see my continuing results over the next year.
Great atmosphere, and the trainers are top notch. Its a smaller gym, which I love. But the Bootcamps themselves are structured perfectly to accommodate class size / activity.
What first got me to try Body by Design was the number of class times available. I didnt want to have to change my schedule to fit my gym, I wanted a gym that fit into my schedule with flexibility. While this is definitely still a reason to love Body by Design, I love it even more because it feels like a family and every trainer takes an interest in making each work out work for each person. They all know how to motivate each member through the work outs and strive toward their personal health goals while keeping it fun. I used to struggle to find the motivation most days to make myself go to the gym, but now I look forward to my workouts. I cant wait to see what more I will love about this gym as they continue to grow and offer more and more class options!
Great place to workout! They have several different trainers so no matter what course you sign up to do, you will always be doing something different. I completed the six week challenge and I never felt like a workout was repetitive! The workouts made me want to come to the gym. I highly recommend it to anyone regardless of your fitness level.
I just finished my 6 week challenge with great results! All of the coaches are really friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. The classes are different every day and that kept me from getting bored. The coaches also show you modifications for exercises to go easier or harder! You’ll find members from all ages and varying abilities here!
This place is great! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The hours are flexible so it works with every schedule. Everyone is very encouraging and they make you feel like you belong. Plus its a GREAT workout and you never get bored as the exercises are always changing and the trainers will work with your ability if you need modifications.

Ive been a member at Body by Design for just over 6 weeks now. Overall, its been a very good experience. The entire staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The staff and members are extremely welcoming to people of all fitness abilities - thats what I love the most. They help tailor workouts to varying abilities so everyone gets a good workout.

Body by design is a great place for those that are looking to make improvements in their life. Most “gyms” offer equipment or classes and then end the “relationship” there. Body by design goes the extra mile to make sure your personal goals are met. They offer nutrition, and more importantly, accountability. They do this will an awesome staff, but also with awesome members that are connected to be an additional source of inspiration. Normally, this would be “good enough” but BBD does not stop there. They also set you up to conquer other goals important in your life. This place is not just a place to transform your physical body, but a place to continually transform your life. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out for yourself!
I participated in their 6 week challenge. I went to 4-6 classes a week. Their trainers are friendly and experienced! They set me up with a meal plan and checked in on me weekly. I had weekly weigh ins to check my progress! In total I lost 17.8 pounds and 7.1% body fat in three weeks! And it cost me nothing! I hit my milestone thanks to the trainers and got my money back! I would love to stay at the gym after my challenge!
Signed up for the 6 weeks challenge. Classes are fun and challenging. They do help you loose weight and get in shape. They also give you a meal plan to follow, personally the hardest thing for me. Not because the food was bad but because it was hard to change my meals routine and eat food that I never had before.
Very friendly knowledgeable staff that works well with ALL fitness levels! It is such a non-judgmental friendly environment. Every person I have encountered, spoken with and been to a class with whether its another member, staff member or Trainer has always been extremely supportive and motivating!!! The MindBody app for signing up for classes and In Body App to track progress are easy to use, its so nice to just step on the scale and have everything linked to track progress. I started out at Body By Design with the 6-week Challenge and didnt really know what to expect. I have NEVER taken a fitness class and was very out of shape so I was quite worried that I wouldnt be able to keep up or understand, well all of the classes the trainers take the time to explain each exercise and demonstrate the exercise as well as offer modifications for beginners and those that are more advanced, EVERY class accommodates all fitness levels and literally has all fitness levels mixed in so i Never feel uncomfortable. To make it even better they even offer Fundamentals classes. By the end of my 6-week challenge I lost 25lbs, Which is more than I have lost at other gyms in a year! I will NEVER go to any other gym again. This place is AMAZING :-)

I believe the other reviews that the program is great, but after responding to a Facebook ad for a free 28 day program, I was texted every day for several days without any info except “come in and we will tell you all about the program!”. I cancelled my appointment due to no info. How am I supposed to know if even the initial consultation is free? And if text responses are totally ignored in terms of whether or not I WANT to be continually contacted (I don’t, please delete my number if you won’t send me info, etc), then why would I feel like even going in would be a good idea? I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m just writing to say, don’t sign up unless you want to physically go in and probably receive a lot of pushing for you to buy in. The persistence is a quality in a trainer and I’d be encouraged by it if I had more info, but if I’m going to spend my money that way, I want that info upfront. I shouldn’t have to turn down 6 text messages over the course of a week to get it.

This is highly rated gym for many reasons. The classes are intense. There are many classes that fit to my schedule through out the day. The top most reason is the instructor, they are just awesome. I like working with Alex,Justin, Kat, Andy,Andrew.. they all keeping motivating us through out the class and they all have a smile though out the class. I signed up for the whole year, that’s how much I love this place. I have lost close to 8% body fat in 3 months, I have a target to loose a lot more in coming months.
A completely friendly atmosphere from the staff to even the people who workout there. Its a fast paced workout with different types of exercises that you wouldnt receive at a $10 a month gym. Well worth the workout beating they give you.

It’s a gym unlike any other one I have been too. They don’t just care about what you do when you walk into the gym, they care about what you do when you leave as well. They put together plans to help you reach your goals and the trainers are always available to give advice and help you reach your goals. The gym is a family. They have different groups such as mea prep and another for people interested in doing fun runs. It’s a positive atmosphere and I couldn’t ask for anything more in a gym family!

I could have never reached the goals I’m hitting without BBD. The coaches, trainers, and members have been so super awesome and supportive!! The boot camps are tough but so fun and I dont get bored as I did with other workouts because they vary from day to day and each trainer brings their own flavor to them. Additionally, the trainers are awesome, very encouraging and motivating, and also help me adjust moves when needed. The other clients are so welcoming as well and Ive noticed those that have been working out for a longer time are very encouraging to others. This is without a doubt the best experience Ive ever had at a gym or health club; it is worth every penny.
Amazing facility with very knowledgeable and motivating trainers. They have lots of classes at different times. Staff is very creative and the combination of exercises and nutrition plans they suggest gets you the best outcome for the effort you put in. This really is an experience... a good, fun, motivating experience.The owner and the staff want you to succeed.Group classes are great... I thought I would get bored or be embarrassed but no, it’s constantly challenging and you work at your own pace.The space will be expanding soon and I couldn’t be happier... more yoga, more specialized classes, and personal training.Get off the couch, take 45 min for yourself, you will feel so much better!

A variety of classes are offered every day of the week. The trainers are all diverse but I have enjoyed them all equally. The technology/reporting offered with the Inbody App really helps track progress. The support staff is just that, very supportive.
I was so impressed by the accountability and support that this gym offered. It didnt feel like the gym that I said I would join but never go to, it was the gym I wanted to go to and participate in. All of the coaches are so knowledgable, helpful and friendly. What I took away most from joining is knowledge about nutrition and that I can work out.
This is the place to help you make a change. You get help with eating plans and access to awesome boot camp classes, yoga and kickboxing. The scale...is the best! I signed up for the 6 week challenge, and completed it with losing over 20 pounds and 5 percent body fat. The hardest part is just following the food chart and actually eating food that is good for you and makes you feel good too. I was someone who was very active before going there so I didn’t think I’d do so great losing the weight but following there nutrition plan made it happen. I tried a variety of there classes as well as different hours of the day. Each instructor was knowledgeable and motivating without being overly aggressive. I was someone who wanted to come in do my workout and leave, it was good I was able to do that and if your into hanging out chatting with others the people there were very friendly and will to talk and share there advice. That’s the other thing with Facebook group and the accountability coach all were there for you support and access. The group page was great for finding tips on what proteins to use or what foods and recipes people suggested. The classes- I did do the core class then went right to the boot camp class, if you wanted that extra workout it was great if your into that, other wise I also took advantage of using the treadmill before class to get a warm up in or other times after class for a cool down. I thought it was great that they explained each movement before the workout and show how to do it. They also gave different variations to make it easier or harder allowing each individual to make the adjustments needed. Over all I was very happy with it, I love going into a gym without having to think and just do the workout they have planned. Great community and good workouts over all. My only negative is that I wasn’t given a tour of the facilities (not that I asked anyways). Also they had a kids room but no adult actually sittinng in there with them so not great for children under 2 years of age BUT they have monitors on them and on you so that they can see you and you can see them. It is more on the expensive side but you are paying for what you get and you do get results!
Body by Design is more than joining a gym it is more like joining a community of like minded people with similar goals. Joey has assembled an entire group of fitness coaches that do more than just show you how to exercise. They are there to push you as hard as you can, but just as much honestly care about you and your goals. The trainers will modify a movement to keep you from injuring yourself. Every trainer has a unique personalty that they apply to the classes they run. The meal plan is easy to follow and I am never hungry. For the first time in my life I look forward to working out, even more I look forward to the results. I would personally vouch for and recommend Body by Design to anyone interested in bettering themselves.
Body by Design is one-of-a-kind and takes each clients goals and needs into consideration when creating a Blueprint. Additionally, the trainers are so in-tune with their clients and adapt workouts as needed based on the client, while still maintaining a challenging and positive atmosphere to help clients achieve goals. I have never looked forward to going to a workout this much. Im only upset it took me 25 years to figure out I really like kickboxing!! The trainers are awesome and the support and accountability are amazing.

If you are serious about making a lifestyle change and focus on your health and wellness, then Body by Design is the right place. BBD is much more than just a gym, it is a community of people that encourage one another. The classes are fun to the point you dont realize the time has passed and you are already on a cool down. Positivity is key and they are always reminding you that you are on your own journey which is different from everyone else. Encourage your team mates but never compare yourself. I highly recommend everyone to at least try BBD, once you do, youll find yourself becoming a regular!
Good trainers and a good program overall. Improvements can be made, trainers are always willing help but they are triple booked with work. It has helped me improve for sure, and I have lost weight, I just cant shake the feeling of a few things that are starting to bother me.
I love this program and I am always excited to go to each and every class!! It also helps that I have seen results in the short week that I have been in the program which makes me even more excited to see it through.

Staff is very knowledgeable and facility is always clean, plenty of parking, great hours and kids room available for use if necessary. Family like atmosphere with no intimidation everyone makes you feel very welcomed. All boot camps and other classes are for all levels and provide modifications if needed. All the trainers are very motivating, encourage you to set limits, push passed them and create new goals with great advice. They keep you on track with switching up bootcamp workouts and meal plans designed for your goals as well. Not only have I lost 10+ pounds in 6 weeks I’ve lost body fat %, gained muscle mass and gone from a snug size 8 to a comfortable size 4! Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.
I really have enjoyed coming to this gym!! I love that every single boot camp class is different. I feel accomplished and fell so proud of myself for going after every class. Joey, Larissa and the teachers are amazing and are dedicated to helping everyone accomplish their goals! I love that the teachers help with your form and if you need help with any of the exercises in the stations they are right there for you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I have enjoyed going to Kats Kickingboxing classes!! I would reccommend this gym to my friends, family or to anyone! I have also enjoyed meeting new friends in the classes and working out with them. We have a lot of fun in every class and I really have enjoyed coming to all the classes!! This has been a great challenge and have enjoyed it!! :D

I participated in the at home 6 week challenge. The in gym program is costly and didn’t fit into my budget. That being said, BBD did a great job of checking in with me and keeping me motivated.The nutrition program is fantastic, I found many recipes that I liked and made often. There are two cook books and the second was full of good recipes as well as ideas for me to mix and match to make some good meals. Most of all I really learned how to cook better, by measuring all the ingredients especially oils and sauces I realized I had been using way too much of both in all my cooking. Also using different options for oils and sauces and reading the labels and realizing that sugar is in everything!!! I can now navigate my food choices and win with healthy, clean and good food for me and my family.The workouts provided for at home require no equipment and are challenging but also are designed to let you see your improvements along the way. Your push-up game will improve for sure.In 6 weeks I lost 24.5lbs and 5.2% body fat. I feel amazing, have energy that I didn’t before and need to look at buying some new clothes. I am very happy with my results, Thank you BBD!!!
The workouts are good and do a great job to push you without overexerting yourself. Their music mix is a good variety to keep you motivated, they play it extra loud though so bring earplugs if you feel you might need them.
I saw the ad for a free 6-week challenge and decided to give it a chance. Ive had a few different memberships at cheaper option gyms in the past but like most, the luster dwindled quickly. I wasnt really sure what to expect when I showed up at BBD but was quickly put at ease by the staff. I expected the typical meathead gym experience but didnt get that at all. Everyone was down to earth and showed an eagerness to help everyone achieve the goal they came with. I only attended group classes and absolutely loved them. Circuit based training with a motivated instructor helped me personally. I cant say enough good things about this place and look forward to a long membership and reaching more of my goals.

I love the fact that youre a) held accountable; b) given a nutritional guide to follow; c) the trainers are hard but so personable. The first few workouts the very first week, I thought to myself that I would NEVER be able to continue. The soreness, barely able to move... but then by the 4th day, your body starts to feel better, your mind feels clearer and everything just is in a better state.Plus I found mixing up the classes and disciplines helps you learn more about your body and pushes you. From Sams yoga classes, to Carlys lunch-time bootcamps, and Kats kickboxing-- just makes you want to come back for more.Even the trainers you havent worked with all give support, fist bumps, etc... Its a great, motivating environment.
Before I moved back to the Waukesha area, I was searching for a gym to challenge, motivate, and encourage me to do my best. I was so excited to find Body by Design, not far from home! I joined on a class-to-class basis at first, and started doing bi-weekly training sessions with a personal trainer. As time has passed, Ive seen the true value in the gym that made me invest even more time and energy- the trainers. I have never gone to a class that didnt challenge me or make me feel strong. I love the variety you can get from different boot camps in one day run by an entirely different trainer! They make sure you are pushing yourself, trying new things, checking form (which is huge!) and cheer you on when you need it. Being a member at BBD is something I will never regret.
Im updating my review to reflect a change in service. During this COVID pandemic the staff at bBd has gone above and beyond anything that could be expected. They have retooled their approach to training offering virtual boot camps, yoga sessions, and accountability sessions. On top of that they have expanded their virtual offerings to include cooking lessons, game nights to keep our gym family connected, chat sessions with trainers to talk about motivation, meal prep, or just to ask questions. The live-cast boot camps and one-on-ones with the trainers have been a fantastic alternative to in-person sessions. The trainers make thoughtful workouts and seem to coordinate with each other, making sure that if you do multiple sessions you end up with a full body experience. A sincere thank-you to the owners and staff; your clients are lucky to have you in our corner.

They are great when you are actually there. But when you cant physically get to the location they REFUSE to pause/cancel your program even when you call in/ email them.

In a nutshell, this place met and exceeded my expectations.Ive been active on and off for most of my adult life, and have been focusing on long distance running in the past decade. However, I never approached my fitness, and specifically, training and nutrition regimen in a structured way. To me, the unique value of Body by Design was their very structured approach to these two elements.The amount of classes offered make it easy to find time to attend, and the variety of exercises in each class ensures it is never boring and if you stay long enough, you will hit and strengthen every muscle group in your body.The staff is exceptionally professional and attentive to everybody’s individual needs. As part of the initial program, BBD offered a very detailed nutrition plan, and helped me customize it based on my specific needs, dramatically improving my personal results.Highly recommended, assuming you can make the personal commitment to stick to it!

I really dont know where to begin.....it started as a 6 week challenge and turned into a lifestyle change. Thank you Joey & Larissa for giving me all the tools from nutrition knowledge, meal plans, grocery lists, what to eat & when and an excersise program to get me to where i am today! All of the trainers were absolutely fantastic! They listened to your needs, goals, strengths and weaknesses to help you adjust the excersises during a workout session. They offered a variety of classes as well....from Yoga, core, kickboxing and bootcamps. You couldnt go wrong! Thank you for all the positive motivation! My original path has turned into a highway to the future!!! I would totally recommend Body By Design!
The experience I have had with Body By Design thus far is incredible-almost indescribable. I joined 6 weeks ago as part of a ReDesignU Challege. I wanted to be get in shape for many reasons one of them being overall health. I have gone to other gyms, done other boot camps, done a variety of nutritional programs but never really felt motivated to stick with one thing or another. That is until I found Body by Design! When I came in for my first consult with the owner Joey Huber, I was motivated by his excitement, his knowledge and his desire to help people to change. Listening to him I kept thinking to myself this is the real deal. His program incorporated fitness, nutrition & accountability. He was actually more determined to help me meet my goal then I was and it was refreshing and inspiring. Everyone has a why and everyones journey is different but the trainers at BBD are the BEST of the BEST! They motivate you and believe in you when you dont even believe in yourself. They are there step by step to help you succeed and pick you up when the wheels fall slightly off track. This wasnt just a 6 week program or just any gym or just another boot camp or just another fitness expert. Every class is different, every workout is different but the vibe is very much the same -motivating, inspiring, challenging and fun experience I have ever had! The members and the staff are remarkable and what keeps me coming day after day. This program has help me achieve goals I never thought were possible and it has shown me a life I never envisioned having. My journey with Body by Design has just begun and I highly recommend this program, this gym to anyone and everyone.
Body by Design is far more then a gym. You can get one on one with trainers or you can take group classes that are led by the trainers. You also get a nutritional plan that is based essentially for your body. Before joining Body by Design, I had a negative opinion about group classes but now I love them and have seen how effective they can be, even for someone who has weight trained for a large portion of their life. Here is a closer look at the facilities, classes, and trainers.FacilitiesThe facilities are kept very clean. There are locker rooms with showers. Most of the gym seems to be dedicated to group classes and the other half is dedicated to one on one training with trainers. There is a yoga class room as well. Body by Design has some cardio machines, some weight equipment, lots of dumbbells and kettle balls, pull up bars, TRX bands, heavy bags, ropes, tires, sludge hammers, boxes, resistant bands, squat racks, sleds, and steppers. There is also a children’s room for children to play in while their parents work out. Also, in the near future they are going to have hydro massage beds. They have a parking lot in the front of their building and then overflow parking in the back so you never have an issue parking.ClassesThere are a lot of classes that are offered every day through out the day. I have learned that Body by Design is also going to start offering even more class times.Out side of the boot camp classes, Body by Design also has yoga classes and kickboxing classes.TrainersOver my last 5 weeks I have primarily work out with Joey, Alex, Justin, Kat, Andrew, and Eric. Everyone of these trainers have been great. They all watch your form and will help you with it, if it is off. They go over each exercise so you know what you are doing. They all have a very positive attitude and seem to have a very good idea as to when you are pushing yourself, when you are not pushing your self hard enough, or even when your pushing yourself too hard. They all have an attitude that the works outs should be fun and you should not take your self too seriously. I was very happily surprised with the workouts I have done with them and have been able to get into great shape.One of the reason that I joined Body by Design was because early last year I had strained my labrum in my shoulder. Making it extremely painful to do dips or push-ups let alone take care of a new born. I let Joey know that was one of my concerns about joining a gym but he reassured me that the trainers would be able to work with me to still get a good workout and also show me stretches and exercises that would help improve my shoulder strength. Both Alex and Justin spent time with me showing me stretches, release, and strength exercises that I ended up doing before and after every single class I went to or every time I worked out. Day one I was not able to do full push-ups because of my shoulder pain. During the first week or so all the trainers would show me variations of the exercises that we were doing in class to get around my shoulder. Soon after my shoulder strength went up and now I am able to do push ups and even burpees with no shoulder pain. I have spent tons of time before joining Body by Design trying to get my shoulder back to what it use to and never seemed to get it right. Alex and Justin were a huge help with this.Body by Design has become much more then a gym to me. It is almost like a second home in which I have lots of friends but other clients as well as trainers. Everyone has been helpful, happy, and positive. I love going to my work outs and have loved my results. I am on track to going from the heaviest and fattest I have been in my entire life (250lbs, 33.3% BF) to the leanest I have ever been in probably about 8 weeks total if I keep going at the rate that I am. I would HIGHLY recommend Body by Design to anyone who wants to make a body transformation, understand their diet, workout with great trainers, and as Kat would say, “make friends while you work out”!
The team at Body By Design is A- mazing. From the bootcamps to kickboxing to yoga every trainer had something to bring. Thet are all so positive and encouraging. A special thanks to Carly for my first introduction class to bootcamp and to Samantha for partnering up with me that day and showing me the techniques. A shout out to Andrew for the express class at noon. He gets you in and out but not without breaking a sweat. Kat for her kicka$$ kickboxing class. Tyler for his one of a kind Saturday morning bootcamps that pump you up for the rest of the day!! Justin for his yoga classes. Hands to heart. Breath in breath out. He helped me find my zen. Alex will psych you up with his upbeat and enthusiastic bootcamps down to his final countdown. Ericks bootcamps are a gamble. You never know what to expect until you roll the dice. Joey= hard core. In more ways than one. Crunches and planks are just the beginning to his workouts. I would recommend BBD. The atmosphere is fun and motivating. I think the cost of the membership is higher in comparison to other gyms. This has been a great mental and physical challenge for me. I have seen my transformation in the six week challenge. I won’t know my final results until tomorrow. I will keep you posted.
I bought the unlimited month boot camp session on groupon at the end of Oct of this yr. Im overweight and did not think I could do this but determined as I am, I showed up Nov 1st not knowing quite what to expect . By the end of the 45 minutes I felt like I really has a great workout and it was awesome to be surrounded by a motivated trainer and motivated classmates. The first week was challenging for me,but I continued to stick with it attending approximately 6 days per week thereafter. I felt better after week 2 and lost 8 lbs by week 3. I look forward to going and by week three I even felt strong enough stayed and did 2 sessions in one day . I figured why not ? !!!! Im already there. I have 3 sessions left and although this groupon session is over, there is more class time comming. I set a short time commitment to get in shape I want to loose more weight and be tone and have better definition by march 2017 as Im going to Florida for 10 days and want to rock this body . Ive done fad diets and lost a ton of weight but gained it back, this time I wanted to do it the right way and put forth more effort into building muscle and toning my body. The trainers care about you and your progress, and by the way, the workouts are always different which is exciting and makes it challenging because it engages all the different muscle groups. I cant say enough about this place. I wish I would have started sooner.
