We moved into a new home this summer and our windows from the indoor and out were filthy!! We were recommended DeMarks window cleaning for the job and are so glad we went with them!!! I needed my fence power washed on short notice. I called on a Monday evening after close and got a call back on Tuesday morning. By noon Tuesday I had a quote and by 2pm Wednesday the fence was power washed. The quality of the job was great and the quick turn around from my initial call was awesome. The serviceman arrived, was very professional and willing to walk around with us which allowed us to express any concerns. He was here a full 6 hours and re-did some spots where the dirt appeared after washing. He also washed our screens, a job for which we had contracted, and was very careful as they were older. He was a fine young man and we appreciated his expertise and his concerns for our home.

Their staff (estimators, workers) are polite, knowledgeable, and professional. DeMarks did an excellent job of cleaning off our roof (which was very dirty and mossy)and all of our plants surrounding our home were well taken care of with their neutralizer. We have some unusual drains from our home and the technicians asked us about these drains--they didnt assume anything. When the window cleaners came, they did an excellent job. Our windows and screens sparkled. Both the roof cleaning and the windows were a great price; the value of this work was so great that we want to make this an annual scheduled cleaning.

The technician (Brandon) called while in route to advise his arrival time and he arrived exactly when he said. Started to work immediately and conscientiously did a meticulous and thorough job. The house looks like new, and you could tell he was proud of the job he did... and well he should have been. If you are like me, and notice “little things,” you will appreciate the way this company does business. Plenty of good communications (without too much). And get this... he asked to hook up to our water supply and I showed him where the outdoor spigot was located. After he finished, he not only disconnected his hose, but reconnected mine! That’s thorough and conscientious! This is a great company with great team members.

DeMarks came out the day after I called and did a fabulous job cleaning my vinyl siding on my house and detached garage. It looks brand new! I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.

We live on a heavily wooded lot in McFarland (Madison suburb), and the siding had not been cleaned in years. Needless to say, there was plenty to clean. The technician called to advise he was about 20 minutes away and arrived during the window of time that the appointment was scheduled for. He explained the procedure and then went about his work. By the time he was finished, this 40 year old house with aluminum siding looked amazing! Yes... it still needs to be painted, but this certainly makes it look better until that happens. At the end of the cleaning, we walked around the house for a visual inspection and he again assured me that any plants had been sprayed with a neutralizer that contained plant food, so they should get a boost in their growing.The cost was competitive with the other bids that I received. DeMarks won the job because of their friendly demeanor.Whether you have never had your house cleaned, or are looking for a new company to perform the work, I would recommend DeMarks.

I submitted a request for a bid for this company through HomeAdvisor.com on Tuesday afternoon to do driveway and sidewalk pressure washing to address dark splotches we recently started seeing everywhere over a month ago. Within 15 minutes, Nick DeMark emailed me back with a two-minute Loom video of him looking at the photo links I included with my request that I uploaded to a photo sharing website, and I could see him in the corner talking and using Google Maps and Google Streetview to look over the tree cover and look at other driveways in the neighborhood that were experiencing similar issues. He suspected it was a fungus due to the shadows from all of the trees.Jenny came out the next morning to do measurements and talk about the other services they provide. Then, from her car, she put together the proposal and got it emailed to me. When I opened the email, I was able to select from an a la carte menu of the services she spoke about and I selected the two I wanted, pressure washing and light fixture cleaning, and then submitted my response. By Thursday morning, Tasha called me back to schedule the appointment for between 8am and 9am on Friday.I was out on the driveway sweeping when Eric and Tyler pulled up at almost exactly 8am! After a quick discussion with these two friendly guys, they got to work and the end result was incredible! The driveway is so much lighter now, theres no sign of the fungus issue, and our light fixtures were much brighter as well! I paid them on the spot with a credit card before they left and they were completely done by 10:45am.This company seems to have hired all of the right people to have a flawless, efficient process from start to finish and Ill definitely be using them again in the future for the other services they provide, if and when we need them! :)Thank you for a great experience and Im so glad I chose your company!

This house had moss & had never been power washed so by the time they were finished, it looked like a new home! We needed our homes gutters cleaned. Our home has eight inch deep gutters and collect a lot of the fall leaves. We called DeMark and were scheduled quickly and on a day that worked well for us. Brandon ad Drew arrived, introduced themselves with their masks on, and after a brief conversation went right to work. I went out to see how things were going, the team stopped for a moment and gave me a friendly update. The next time I went out I found them cleaning up. They showed me pictures of the before and after and told me they rinsed out the down spouts also.We were so impressed with this teams friendliness, professionalism and work ethic. We just had DeMarks out to clean the interior/exterior of our windows, screens, and pressure wash our back patio. Weve had them out before but it had been about a year and a half. Wow...we forgot what a difference it makes. Its like seeing everything in technicolor out our windows. We didnt think they were that dirty but the additional light coming into the home now is amazing. Our back patio looks nearly restored to when it was originally poured. Julio and Arsh did a great job on the windows and were on time, polite and hardworking. Even didnt mind our dogs. Eric who powerwashed the patio made sure my wife was happy with the work before he would leave. We cant recommend DeMarks enough. We hired DeMarks to do a gutter cleaning on our two-story house, patio pressure washing and deluxe window cleaning. The cleaning is inside and out and includes the screens as well. DeMarks sent two people on a Thursday to do the gutters and patio and two people on Friday to do the windows. They arrived when they said they would both days. They give a courtesy call a half hour ahead of their arrival. Our patio looks new! We can see clearly through are windows and screens. So much so that I walked into a glass door that I thought was open. For the gutters they did an excellent job as evidenced by the torrential rains exiting our downspouts. We ordered 3 services so we received a 10% discount. Price was reasonable without the discount. The employees were incredibly polite.

On May 28, 2020 two gentlemen arrived to gentle wash our entire house. They both were very professional and were willing to answer any questions and listen to any of my concerns regarding some discoloration on certain areas. They came at 11:00 a.m., surprising me, due to the 2 hour window of 11 - 1. They moved quickly and efficiently around the house and we were quite pleased with the difference we could see right away.I again, want to comment on the professional and friendly service of these 2 gentlemen.
