This is the first time Ive used Junkshuttle. My GC recommended the company. I ordered a 30 yard dumpster to be delivered to my business. I dont normally do reviews or surveys, but felt I had to because of your rep Alyssa. She was just great to work with! She is very professional, and has great customer service skills. The day that the dumpster arrived, it had been placed in the wrong location at the property. When I called about this I expected push back, or not getting this corrected. It was the opposite. Alyssa kept in contact with me through-out the day through text, and follow-up phone calls until she got someone out to move the dumpster to the correct spot. Great service. Had them remove 2 rooms worth of plaster/lath, 1 room worth of carpet and padding, an old deep freeze, a couple doors, and some other junk. The two guys worked very hard to get the job done in 2 hours so I wouldnt have to pay for additional time.

I would like to give a personal shout out to Alyssa for assisting me with scheduling a dumpster. Initially, my first request for a dumpster delivery had to be canceled due to road restrictions in my area. I received a full refund lickety split - which was phenomonal. Then, once the road restrictions were lifted Alyssa personally called me back to inform me of this. I cant tell you how much my husband and I appreciate this level of customer service. Again, this is phenomonal. I rescheduled a dumpster delivery with her once I knew this information and because of her we can move forward with our project. If she hadnt called me back to inform me of the lifted restriction, days would have gone by before I checked on this myself. A big big thank you to Alyssa! This level of customer service responsiveness is almost unheard of these days and will guarantee I will be spreading the good word on Junk Shuttle! We will be back when phase two or our project is ready!

I just want to say that although we had a negative experience with Advanced Disposal who was contracted out through Junkshuttle, their customer service here at Junkshuttle is the best Ive ever experienced. Ive mostly spoken with Cody regarding damage that was caused by Advanced Disposal and he has been nothing but apologetic, understanding, and extremely responsive to any phone calls weve made in regards to coming up with, hopefully, some sort of reimbursement or assistance in repairing the damage to our driveway (which will end up costing more than the dumpster rental itself). Although we just today found out that Advanced Disposal refuses to assist in any way to repair the damage they caused or even apologize for that matter, a follow up phone call has been made to Cody at Junkshuttle (per his request as he asked to know the results of our claim we filed with Advanced Disposal...good or bad). Unfortunately for us, hes on vacation for the next week or so, but fortunately for him, hes on vacation for the next week or so lol. Luke who took my message today was also very apologetic and understanding of me being a little upset on the phone today and that alone goes a long way with a customer. So even though we havent been able to touch base here at the end quite yet, I just wanted folks to know that these gentlemen at Junkshuttle have been nothing short of amazing to work with, despite the negative experience with their contracted company.
