Went to the Waukesha Location and scheduled an appointment for 9am August 9th. At 10am I called because they hadn’t come yet. He apologized and made excuses and said he could arrive by 11:30. Two sales people came out and I showed them the areas we needed to furnish (6 offices to start and a waiting room) gave them a layout with measurements and they said they would have something to me by Friday or Monday at the latest. I understand everyone is busy but hadn’t heard anything and it was now 8/25/21. I sent him a message and he apologized again with more excuses and said he would send right over. Still nothing until 9/8 and an email with more excuses (email not working correctly, family problems, super busy) but they did send over the bid. The bid did not include everything I was looking for but also things I specifically said I did not want. When I was first in touch I told him “time was of the essence”. I certainly was disappointed with the whole experience and the lack of communication on their part. I ended up going through a different place for the some of the same furniture and they were most helpful, prices were great and furniture was the same quality I looked at the Warehouse. You lost a lot of business as we still have 14 more offices to furnish.

Went today because I need a new chair for work. I spend a lot of time sitting, and we just plain dont have comfortable chairs at work.So I was doing some looking around online, figuring maybe Ill just stop at Office Max or something. Then I remembered this place existed. I called to inquire about a chair, talked to a nice gal on the phone, set to come in and take a look. When I inquired about the hours theyre open until, I found out they close when Im normally just getting off work. The lady had asked where I worked, and since Im pretty close by, she suggested she could stay a little later. Fantastic! Ill get there within 10 minutes, I already know what I need for a chair, I just need to see one, get a price, and get out the door.I end up cutting off work early, and getting over there a few minutes before they closed. I was on the phone finishing up a phone call, and I opted to stay in my car until I was done. Would have been kind of rude to just stand around the store talking on my phone. As Im finishing my call, a lady walks out, goes to her car and leaves. Given that there are almost no cars in the parking lot Im thinking this is the one I talked to. But ok, there was still a guy there pulling chairs inside.I go inside, he asks what I need, I tell him Im looking to grab a chair. Guy gets kind of huffy talking about he had the lights turned off but he can turn them back on. I tell him I had called previously, and the lady was expecting me, but the guy keeps on with the attitude.At that point, I just told him never mind, I didnt leave work early just to get an attitude.Im on overtime already this week, and in an attempt to not keep someone to terribly late, I opted to give up some overtime, and leave work early. I then tried to be polite and not bring my phone call into everybodys business.I could have just stayed at work collecting overtime. But I wanted to support a seemingly local establishment, rather than head right to a box store or Amazon.It doesnt matter how many happy reviews this place might have, this was the experience I was given. If a guy doesnt want to sell a chair, maybe he should find another job. Ive worked passed closing or well into my lunches many times to ensure my customer service and to give the service people deserve. I do it because I take pride in my work.Guess Ill just take my chances with Amazon, and get a new chair delivered right to work next day. So much for keeping it local....

On Saturday February the 27th my wife and I went out shopping for an office chair, we went to Office Depot they had some chairs but nothing that we could find the gentleman that helped us suggested we go to office furniture warehouse in Waukesha, we live in Waukesha we went there and to our amazement the place is huge hundreds of chairs and desks cabinet filing cabinet, we met up with the lady sales person by the name of Michelle, she was great she helped us find the perfect chair had a very reasonable price, highly recommend going there and if you do you asked for Michelle.

No one wearing masks here. Would have left, but there were no other places where you could physically try a chair before buying. Asked the salesman to wear a mask & he of course had it below his nose most of the time, despite being asked to put it over his nose 3 times. Had to return with different vehicle to pick up chair, woman who brought it out not wearing a mask. According to Journal Sentinel, Waukesha County government as a whole has taken the position that enforcement isnt practical, instead encouraging residents to take personal responsibility .So shop in that county at your peril.

Great experience at Office Furniture Warehouse shopping for a new desk and accessories. Michele Dundon, Account Executive, was so professional and knowledgeable. I thought I knew what I was looking for but Michele showed me other options and gave me ideas about placement of furniture in my home office. With the pandemic I have been working from home since March and know my posture and chair I was using was not good. Michele took the time and showed me the options but highly recommended the Danube. She told me I would not regret the investment of a good chair. It is also investment in me. When I sat in the chair I knew this would be so good for my body. I went looking for a desk chair for my wife. Ricky greeted me at the door. I said that I was looking at desk chairs. He said Great let me tell you where to look. He then explained how and where they displayed in the store and let go me on my own as I wished. I found one that I liked (price and features), but it was sold. Upon telling Ricky, he said that they had just received some used ones with those features. I looked at them and would have bet that they were new. They were perfect and the price was a steal. I came in with no intention to buy without my wife seeing it, but I said SOLD.Ricky was great to work with. Office Furniture Warehouse is Awesome! As Founding Director of Literacy For All, Inc., we used this business to help us with furniture for our first office. They were extremely helpful, helped us with the design and were extremely professional. A lot of times, movers, just plop the furniture and just leave. They seemed to care about the progress of our office and bought a vacuum cleaner to clean the very little mess they made. They were efficient and worked with me. I cant say enough good things. They have used and new and very, very, very affordable things. Before we even committed to buying furniture, they measured and made recommendations for us (a 45 minute trip!). They are active in chambers and in the community. It also seems like an excellent place to work where employees are treated well!

Worked with Michele Dundon. Made promises that she couldnt keep, had me drive 45 minutes for promised wheels that werent for my chairs, and then had the owner retract the wheels from my purchase. Would never recommend this place.Response: OFW knew and currently know exactly what those expectations were and currently are but refuse to hold their end. I bought the chairs with the promise that Id receive wheels for them later on. Those were not provided to me, so my choices were to drive an additional 45 minutes to return the chairs or pay 5x what I paid, for chairs with wheels. I have no interest in conducting any further business with this company and I recommend others do the same.

We needed a high-end desk for our library/office in our home. After scouring online and going to several furnitures stores, we stopped in at Office Furniture Warehouse and found the perfect desk for a great price. The quality of the desk was better than any we had seen at any price. Zac was our salesmen and he let us browse all we wanted and gave us several options to chose from and was not at all pushy. The desk and file cabinet were delivered today by 2 fine young men, who’s names I do not know. They were very respectful of our home and spent extra time adjusting drawers and inspecting the desk. I would definitely go here first if you need a desk.

I work in Jackson, live in Milwaukee so a furniture warehouse in Waukesha wasnt on my radar. was searching for a few pieces for an office remodel- went out on Black Friday and was surprised that almost all office furniture places were closed that day so when I saw this place was open made the trip west. Ray M was great, listened to what I was looking for and took me to all the options I needed. The quality and the prices were so good I ended up buying everything for an entire new remodel at the same price I expected to pay for the few pieces I needed. Visited Office Furniture Warehouse last Friday with my husband to see if I could find something I liked and could afford. The entrance way was very inviting and all the staff were very polite and helpful. They directed us to the area for Chairs and left us to our own. Don’t get me wrong they checked in to help and answer questions but it’s low pressure sales which is what we like. I found a chair I loved at the price I loved even more. I drove for miles on three different occasions to get to Office Furniture Warehouse, because it was worth it! They have a huge inventory of high quality office furniture at reasonable prices, and a helpful staff. Ray even ordered a new lock for one of my file cabinets!

Bought a desk here. They are friendly and helpful. Delivery took longer than we anticipated, but I dont know if I can blame them for that. We were told 5-10 business days and it ended up taking I think a little over 3 weeks to actually get the desk to us. I can probably place the blame on the holidays for that since several of the business days fell on Christmas and new years. Overall happy with the experience and will be back if we need anything for our business office.

Ray was very helpful when ordering a new desk for my work office. There was a back order which he couldnt help, but he made up for it by delivering the desk and setting it up for free! Will do business with Ray again.

If you are looking for desks, I think the basic choices here are super good deals! Much sturdier than what I have seen at the other local furniture stores where some assembly is required. A few different color choices, nicely placed holes for cords, and many configurations.

The price and quality were good for the Compel brand items I bought. Most of the office furniture I see in average stores is really flimsy. I ordered several pieces of new furniture and it was delivered in 10 days by Jack. Since he lives near my office he delivered at no charge and he offered to help me carry the furniture up the stairs to the second floor of my building. I havent seen that kind of customer service anywhere in ages. He really cares about his customers and their referrals.
