Nate, the owner, came to bid the job. I had several other firms come out previously, one even no-quoted the job. Nate worked with me when I wanted to expand the scope of work. The crew arrived on time the scheduled day and promptly got to work. They were respectful of the property and were diligent with their tasks. Tauriq provided me with a step by step overview and gave me updates throughout. I had concerns about the substrate condition under the previous thin-set, and the crew made sure to address anything that seemed out of the ordinary. I had a unique situation with a mason working in close proximity of the flooring crew and everything (and everybody) worked seamlessly. This crew is well staffed and has the equipment and know-how to do the job right. Great service, great follow-up. They did what they say and thats worth every penny. I was looking for someone to redo my garage floor. I talked to 5 different companies in the area and decided to go with Nu-look. I was a little uncertain with my choice because I could not find many reviews (positive or negative). But, their price was better than the others and what they said they were going to do seemed correct so I took a chance. I am very happy with the workmanship and the result. I would definitely choose them again if I had to do it all over again. After looking at mine, many of my neighbors are going to have Nu-look do their garage floors too.
