I am really disappointed with this company. Unfortunately I ended up with this company without my consent when they acquired Honeywell security, which we had as our security system. Recently, we had water damage to our panel and and I am still working for some one from LOCAL branch to give me the estimate and schedule an appointment for replacement. I have left messages on local branch manager voice mail, number given by national team. make things worse I got the bill for service and diagnostic, without problem being fixed.

If i could leave negative stars it would be negative 5. You can never talk to anyone locally just people at a call center and you sit on hold for ever until you so frustrated you hang up. I had to have a new panel installed after a service tech was on site and unplugged everything and it would no longer work. Thousands later I have a system that stops communicating and can not get anyone from Stanley to fix it. One technician in after waiting weeks and he had know clue what was going on. Next technician shows up weeks later didnt fix the issue and closed out the service ticket? Still not working properly I would tell anyone that asks to find another place to work with.

Ive also had a very negetive experience with these people. Theyre frustrating to deal with and the local office is run like garbage. Ive been trying to schedule service for weeks. Im taking my business to another service as I write this. If youre considering Stanley, I strongly recommend staying away. Theyre more concerned about their larger clients like BMO Harris and such. Theyve fallen short at every aspect of customer care and client relations. Ill be reviewing on another account as well. Theyve taken advantage of a non-profit organization and I have recorded conversations with the manager here in Waukesha and how rude he is.
