Had to euthanize my 20 year old cat and staff were very nice, but the Dr. was cold and uncompassionate. He actually asked me to leave because I was emotional. Very sad experience.

I had to take my cat in after she ingested some lily petals. They were open on Sunday, which is amazing, and were able to see her immediately. I could tell through their care of my cat that they cared about her well-being, and also cared to be kind to her when she was in a stressful and scary time. Even though my cat wasn’t the nicest patient, they cared for her with enough warmth that my cat wanted to rub up on them even during my check-ins and visits! I would definitely recommend them to my friends (no family lives near me).

I don’t have the exact words to even express myself of how much I have to say about this vet clinic, doctor Vivek and his crew saved my dogs life twice, I live in Schaumburg Illinois but I don’t mind driving one hour and half to take my dog to him when he needs to get checked, the reason why I don’t see anyone else in my neighborhood is because around here I don’t trust and feel my dog can be safe with anyone, they try to make appointments for different days or they just have a busy schedule even when I have an emergency they only give u another phone number to call and that’s that. Instead with doctor Vivek and his clinic they are available to see you right away and worry about the situation and take the responsibility personal with my dog, my dog charly is a Pomeranian and he is very delicate about the way he eats, 3 years ago he almost died from eating kfc that I was ignorant to give him that which I did regret it and doctor Vivek saved him then his clinic also have the best equipment to work with the dental and I have been doing his dental already 3 times and recently my dog had to be hospitalized with them for a couple days to work on his coughing and they FINALY found out what he had and gave me the exact right medicine prescription that my dog needed it and it’s working very well, I highly HIGHLY recommend this vet for the ones who are having issues with every others specially ….to go here and I don’t think you will regret. I don’t ever make reviews and I did this time because it needs to be out there for the public and it’s very very strange how some others say some bad stuff about this place when it’s totally wrong and I will never picture those issues matching with the real deal I experienced myself, it’s just not making sense since I did read few of the negativity and totally not truth, give it a try and you will not regret for the first visit forsure.

Brookfield Animal Hosp. (Brookfield, WI) completely let me down when my dog became suddenly sick major stomach issues (to put it nicely.)Westown Veterinary Clinic came in and saved the day! They got us in on a Sunday morning and even though we were new to the practice, they treated us very well and put together a comprehensive plan to help heal up our sweet Boxer. We wont be going back to our old vet, who should close their doors. We will be staying with Westown Vet Clinic.

I can’t say enough kind things about this Vet Practice. My Ragdoll mix was not feeling well and needed attention right away. In the very early hours of a Sunday morning,, I had taken her to a VCA location and had a poor quality encounter. The next morning (Sunday)I called Westown and they got her in at noon. The staff was very friendly from the initial call ( with Zoe) to the check out when I took my recovering Ragdoll home. The Dr.was a kind, compassionate man who understood that I was very concerned about my cat and he answered my many questions regarding the labs and other diagnostics. He intrinsically understood that as an RN, I made sense & took comfort in being able to discuss the medical plan going forward. Bottom line, they were wonderful and I plan on bringing both of my cats to this practice regularly.

I transferred from another veterinarian to Westown seeking better customer service. One thing I noticed is the vet tech remember my dogs names and had a patient demeanor about her.My pup received the best care and I very much appreciate the kindness towards us. I trusted leaving my pup for her surgery at Westown and she recovered quickly thereafter. Thank you Westown staff for you excellent customer service and reasonable prices!!!

I have had a truly wonderful experience with Westown Vet Clinic. A week ago I found a stray cat in the middle of the road late on a Friday. They were able to get me in the next day and took great care of me and my new cat. They were able to explain what tests/procedures were needed, why, and the cost. A week later when I found a different issue occurring with the cat the clinic was able to accommodate a same day visit and give my cat the surgery and treatment he needed.Before the need for an emergent surgery occurred, I was told that the cat would need a future surgery on his eye and quoted a cost. I called a couple other vets to get a quote for the procedure and can confidently say the pricing at this clinic is beyond fair. Beyond that, staff was available all day to answer my calls, messages, and to provide support. Dr. Vivek was very honest with me about what my cat would need and his chances, and explore all the options with me.I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their pet to get the best care!

Went there on a urgent basis with my hospice foster poodle All the ERs were either not seeing anyone or 4 hour wait. One one these ERs recommended Westtown. I called she said come in. I told her I live on the south side of Milwaukee. She said get here when u can. I went there and they took him right away. Not much of a wait. Great service. Vet was super nice. Tech was super. And front desk helped me even though they were super busy. Would def say great customer service. Thank u all!

Love love love this vet clinic! Have gone to two other places for past vet visits with my two cats and this one is by far my one and only favorite! Staff is so nice, they go above and beyond, place is clean and covid friendly. Comfortable to have my cats in their care. We Appreciate it so much! Thanks for everything you guys do!

The staff are very nice and professional. The place is very clean and well taken care of. I was not impressed that they do not do dental X-rays when performing teeth cleanings. The doctor was nice but quieter than any of my previous vets which was a bit of a turn off for me because I’ve always liked the vets who make comments throughout the exam like “ears look good” and so on. The place seems like your average vet clinic. I’m unsure if I’ll continue to use them in the future as my first impressions were nothing special.

Average at best experience after multiple visits. I guess I don’t understand all the positive reviews since I usually trust google reviews and is the reason we started going here. The problem is mostly with scheduling and the doctors. The doctors are always rushed, extremely impersonal, and quite honestly don’t seem like pet owners themselves. The average time we wait in the exam room is at least 15min which may not seem like much but makes my dog very anxious with sounds coming through multiple doors and being locked in. Then the doctor wants to open his ears up and pull his eyes apart which he normally is fine with but not after an anxious wait. You’d think they would understand that animals get anxious during this wait and it is only making dogs less willing to comply. The biggest issue is I only every get information if I ask the questions, as nothing informative or even “hi how are you” is ever giving willingly. On the last visit the doctor literally did not utter a word as he looked in my dogs eyes. It wasn’t until they were swiping our card that we finally had to ask if we should continue the infection medication or if he was healthy. Our first visit ever with a new puppy I was expecting to be a lot more involved and tell us things such as to expect his teeth to be falling out (this would have been a surprise if I didn’t have a family dog previously). My dog is extremely active and we have asked since the first visit if we can feed him more food. He looks especially skinny lately and during the last visit they asked why he was so skinny..... we have asked the last 4 appts if we can feed him more. Instead we were told “he will just poop more so there’s really no point”. Our puppy was eating a lot of wood chips and I asked how concerned we should be and their solution was to “not let our dog ever grab anything again” this is obviously impossible with a lab puppy on even a single walk. Overall I wish I could be more positive as the cleanliness is good and aids/techs can be mostly helpful, but with the current doctors I can no longer visit.

We got an appointment with Westown very quickly on a Saturday morning. It was a short wait to see the dr., who was very helpful and kind. The staff really worked as a team, everyone seemed very aware of what their job was and how to do it. Highly recommended!

I love coming here with my pet. Every time they ate friendly and professional. They even di grooming at a fraction of the cost of Petco which I didnt realize. Love this place!!

Good clinic experience. Our previous vet was still curbside and overall unaccommodating to our needs. Westown had adequate openings and the staff as a whole was very friendly and helpful. We will return for more visits.

I had a great experience working with Westown Veterinary clinic for a dog that I adopted through a local rescue. Although I no longer have the dog, the Vet I worked with was extremely friendly, was extremely responsive in my phone calls to them and was very upfront about the dogs issues. I genuinely felt very comfortable in what he was telling me and how he was treating my dog. If I lived in the area, I would absolutely use them again.

I am so glad that I am not going back to this place. The receptionists were not at all friendly. Very unprofessional. Made us go out of our way to get different sizes and different kinds of cones for our dog. We were just going there to get neutered and nothing else. We get home and turns out they also cut our dogs nails, we didnt ask for that and they were in fact just cut a week before coming into this establishment. All of our dogs nails are now uneven and look like one of them they cut down too far.

I cant even begin to express how pleased I am with my visit. I just adopted two wonderful although unfortunately sickly kitties, and they needed treatment for a URI, vaccinations, stitches removal, etc. Not only were they able to find me an appointment same day, it was in the later evening, after 5pm! With it being my kitties first visit here, the cost of the appointment was nothing and it made accommodating for the cost of the antibiotics a non-issue. I already have two more appointments set. The doctor was fantastic and clearly loves her job while the warm techs/ladies up front emulated the same animal-loving attitude. Will definitely be recommending all around to my friends and family- I truly couldnt be happier and am happy to have found a vet Ill be considering my babies primary for the foreseeable future.

I wish I never brought my pets to this establishment. My eleven week old puppy is fighting for his life in the hospital after contracting Parvo. Since he has not been anywhere except this facility I believe he contracted it at this clinic. In hindsight, they do not follow proper protocol. I initially brought him to this clinic with symptoms including lethargy and diarrhea. Because of his young age they should have known that he was only partially vaccinated. They never should have let me walk through the main entrance before establishing that he did not have Parvo. He did not at that time or he would already be dead. A few days later they called to tell me that he had Giardia. He was being treated with antibiotics. My point is, they let me prance on in the main entrance before verifying that my puppy did not have this extremely contagious, deadly disease. This tells me that they let others do the same. I believe he contracted the illness here. Incubation period is typically 6-10 days. Six days after being at this clinic, my puppy became ill. I know they dont disinfect as they should. After my puppy was on the scale in the main lobby, nobody disinfected it. I know this because I stood there holding my puppy for a good ten minutes waiting for the doctor. To top it off, they thought we called them, when it was the hospital. They left my son a lengthy message regarding our last visit explaining that it takes time to treat the Giardia...Someone also called me, clearly not understanding that our puppy was in the hospital. We never called them in the first place. Very Poor Communication. Substandard Sanitizing. Unsafe Protocols. Do not bring your pets here. My puppy came here with Giardia and left with Parvo. Hes literally fighting for his life in the hospital.

This is THE place to go if you have an exotic animal.I originally went here when I took in a sickly bearded dragon from a friend of a friend. She said this was the vet the beardie had seen before, so I brought her back here for her follow-up. I was blown away by how knowledgeable and caring the staff are about their reptile patients.Thanks to that experience, I brought my hamster, Juno, here as well when we noticed a little lump on her. Dr. Gordon was able to not only diagnose the lump as cancerous, but surgically remove it and Juno did absolutely wonderfully post-surgery! Surgical procedures on small rodents are no small feat, and there is no doubt in my mind that this clinic saved my hamsters life and I am endlessly thankful.Juno and I would give 6 stars if we could. If you have an exotic animal, look no further for an amazing vet team.

They clinic was quick at getting us in when we were new clients when I knew my dog was starting To quickly decline as the day went on. A quick history and temperature check and they knew she wasn’t well. The whole staff was extremely helpful, kind and more importantly worked fast to getting my dog better.

They always take great care of my dogs. Very knowledgeable and most importantly very trust worthy. Would highly recommend them if your looking for a vet. Have had many good experiences here.

I brought my 11 year old cat in because she was sick and vomiting like 5 to 6 times a day. The exam was free because she was a new patient but they had to do blood work that costed $100 -- not too bad but idk what to compare it to as she has never had blood work anywhere else. On the exam she was found to have a heart murmur and her blood work revealed hyperthyroidism so they wrote a prescription and I have to bring her in quarterly for blood work to make sure the medication is working and her levels arent too high or too low. The care there is exceptional. They are very knowledgeable about feline diseases and I am happy that my cat is in good hands there. Im glad they were able to catch my cats disease before it led to other problems like kidney damage and heart failure. Hopefully the murmur will resolve too now that she is being treated. Thank you Westown!

The team went above and beyond for us and our new puppy late on a Sunday. They stayed after hours to care for our dog, and they did so with warmth and patience. They provided us comfort during a scary time, talking us through our options and helping us make the best decisions to make sure our dog would be okay. So appreciative of the team that stayed late to take care of our puppy!

Our shihtzu had been suffering from an infection in his paws for over a year and no vet was able to cure him. Thankfully, we found Westown Vet and they were able to guide us through the right treatment path that led to Teddys full recovery. They provide excellent care and really know their stuff. I wouldnt go anywhere else now that Ive found them.

Ive been going to Westown Vet Clinic for the last 4 years, Ive always appreciated how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are.However, if you are concerned about your safety in the times of COVID19--I would recommend using caution before scheduling your next appointment.During my last visit, one of the reception staff wore their mask under the nose and at one point the Veterinarian removed their mask completely in the examination room. I was shocked and uncomfortable. Not a good experience.

Great experience from the front desk to the appointment room. We wish we could use this vet regularly. Honest, accommodating & genuinely cares for the well being of your pets. Not the type of vet that charges you for unnecessary treatments. 5⭐Dr.Vivek and his staff treated us and our dog with such kindness and compassion. We presented them with a unique, emergent situation with our dog being sick while we were travelling with her through Waukesha. Dr.Vivek and his staff went above and beyond putting together an affordable care plan that took into account our less than ideal situation and the well being of our dog. I love Dr. K, hes soft spoken and gentle with my animals and have been seeing him for years!The techs are all very nice especially Corrin (?sp), she is always so pleasant and helpful and so very kind to my pups.

Originally got turned onto this clinic due to their dental special they were running. I was very impressed with the pre-op exam for my senior dog. The vet was thorough, and explained everything he was checking and what he was looking for. He even caught that my dog had cataracts (somewhat obvious- my usual vet had noted this but never said much) and offered me options on what I can do to slow down the process. I was able to leave with drops to help prolong Ozzys vision, whereas my usual vet never said one thing about treatment. I read the previous reviews, and I agree. Very clean, friendly clinic that happens to be local. Glad I found them!!

This is the best place by far for veterinary services. I have always had exemplary experiences with the veterinarians and staff. They have always exhibited knowledge, problem solving, care and reassurance all while being extremely kind and compassionate to all my animals as well as myself in every instance. They are always available around the clock, even on weekends. Their pricing is so very reasonable for all the services they provide. There is no other place I will ever trust with my precious babies. I have been taking pets to the vet for over 35 years and this was by far my best experience I have ever had!! From my phone call to when we got back in the car to go home was only 1 hour!! During the pandemic other offices dont let the parents in, so I was happy to be able to go into Westown with my sweet beagle, Violet! Everyone was so caring, the front desk, the vet tech & Dr V!! I am sad that my girl has an eye infection but getting immediate attention from this wonderful clinic made it a little easier! Thank you Westown!! ❤️🐶🐾

I have been a customer since their previous location. Always had a positive experience until tonight. I called to get a small perception filled for my dogs allergy pills. I Just ran out and the pills I ordered online will not be delivered until THURSDAY. I was told the medication would be ready for pick up in an hour.Upon arriving, I paid for the medication, then was told they dont have the five....yes...just five pills i needed until THURSDAY (out of all days) and they would give me a call when ready to pick up.lol are you serious? This was the exact reason I came up here, and paid for the pills that you told me would be ready in an hour. I too am waiting until Thursday! Talk about great customer service. Please check to make sure you have what you said i could pick up in an hour. Complete waste of my time.

Such great care! They also have very flexible scheduling times and you can easily do it online. The doctors and assistants are always so helpful, friendly and loving to our border collie.

We came in to get an ear infection treated for our German wire-haired pointer. They said they treated it and it literally never got any better. We came back in 2 weeks later and they had one of the receptionists look at his ear. His ear was literally swollen shut and she told us that it looks great.We ended up going to another vet in Waukesha and found out it was because of allergies. Gave us exactly what we needed and now he’s doing much better.I would recommend to anyone who cares about the health of their animals to steer clear of this place.

They always give follow up phone calls to check in on the pets following the vet service. 100% recommend.

They got us in for an emergency exam and xray when we were visiting family in waukesha, for a very reasonable price, 1/3 what the emergency pet hospital was extorting, so they are truly neighborhood heroes....Willow survived and is now one of the top ball players in the tri state area, and a fishing guide by trade...

Excellent, caring vets and staff, BUT DO NOT use the GROOMER that comes in!! I’m giving the vet clinic 5 stars but I wouldn’t even give the groomer 1 star. I rescued my dog a year ago, and 6 months ago I took her to a groomer and was told that they couldn’t give her a haircut because she was way too scared and that she needed sedation. Westown is the vet I use and thought it was perfect that they have a groomer come in twice a week. That way, my dog could be sedated and be in a safe environment that I trusted.BIG MISTAKE.Tina, the groomer, doesn’t like using sedation and almost scoffed at me for suggesting it. She didn’t even acknowledge my dog when we came in (no petting or talking to her), told me that I shouldn’t be bathing my dog if she has any tangles or mats (she had 2 very small tangles on the inside of her hind legs because she’s too scared of I try trimming her), didn’t believe me when I said she had never been groomed since I rescued her (she came from a hoarder’s house). She then told me that if they have to sedate her that the haircut would have no style, will be so short you can see her skin, and that it won’t look good. She was so unfriendly that I didn’t even want to leave my dog there with her. My dog is EXTREMELY friendly and social and didn’t want anything to do with Tina. She said that she would try a non-sedated haircut on my dog and then do sedation if needed, which I agreed to. BUT she worked on the haircut for 15-20 minutes until my dog was so worked up she had a SEIZURE!!!!!!!! I figured that any person with common sense would see how scared she is (like the last groomer) and not push the limits. I know my dog and the fact that she didn’t consider ANYTHING I told her makes me so angry. Westown was apologetic and I didn’t have to pay for the services. She will NEVER lay hands on my dog again. I didn’t feel good about her from my first interaction with her and should’ve listened to my gut instinct and taken my dog the hell away from her.

Weve had pet clients here for years but no longer. When calling with an emergency for our pet today, their receptionist was uncaring, cold, expressing zero compassion or any interest in what is happening. Worse than neutral customer service. The tone of voice and words upon calling for an emergency visit for our very sick pet expresses that they want you off the phone asap and to not come to their office for a visit because they are too busy to have you as a customer. They encourage you to go elsewhere abruptly. Westown Clinic owners/docs, get new receptionist/phone support! They are bringing your practice down.

My 16 year old cockapoo passed away recently on a Friday night with the help of Westown. When I called and asked if I could get him in, they asked if I could wait until the next morning because they were closing and when I said I didnt think he would make it through the night, they promptly came to my apartment. They were kind, professional, extremely empathetic and walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend Westown for your veteranary needs.

Thanks for the good advice after my cat swallowed that long shoelace. I knew it was a serious and dangerous situation when that shoelace got stuck inside Rockys intestines. 3 daily doses of Cat lax, 5 bowels of water around the house, and lots of play and exercise kept the food flowing thru Rocky and the stools passing out of Rocky into the litter box. It took nearly 2 weeks before Rocky finally coughed up that darn shoelace. Thank God we didnt have to surgically remove the shoelace. Thanks again for all the help and good advice. Rocky is back to normal and flying around the house at 80 mph.

I would HIGHLY recommend this places services. Firstly I called with concern of my dogs ears itching until the point where they were raw. They got me in within 2 hours. After arriving they assisted in getting my pit bull to the room with no hesitation. He was very excited and antsy. They brought treats out while talking to me so he would be calm and relaxed. They brought him to another room where they clipped his toe nails, did a full exam, cleaners, flushed ears, apply medication to ears. They applied a cone to his head and in no time we were leaving and my dog was already feeling better. I was so impressed with how they cared for my dog. I will definitely be going back! You also get a discount if you pay cash!

Ive been looking for a place to have my rabbit spayed for a reasonable price for quite some time. This clinic had very fair prices and not only that, they were extremely friendly and took very good care of my little bun. They even called the day after surgery to check on her!

Had an appointment for 5 o clock. Had a wellness check then they said they would be right back with the results of my cats blood test in 10 minutes. Waited for 2 hours then was sent home and told to come back tomorrow. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with this service. They should know how to deal with emergencies without abandoning other patients. I will not be returning to this establishment.

They were professional and kind. My babies did great through surgery and are back to their normal selves already. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the Dr. and staff. They answered all my questions completely. The price was really good for what we had done. They will definitely be going back for all check ups or care of any kind. I really enjoyed our experience.

Taking both our cats in for wellness and a not so well check the Doctors and staff were courteous, efficient, and caring. Follow up questions and needs were met quickly in the best interest of the pet. I recommend them and will continue to use their services.

Love love love Westown! Other places I’ve been to are either dirty or the staff was very abrasive and always in a hurry as were some of the veterinarians. They are kind and courteous and very thorough. I also believe their prices are very fair.I have a very good friend who has had the same experiences as I have had in the past and now is a firm believer in Westown. The Veterinarian provided excellent care for my 3 dogs. He was careful with them and made sure to treat them was if they were his own. I highly recommend this clinic.

I switched over to this clinic because of Dr. Gordan who is my rabbit vet. I can not say enough good things about him! He is very knowledgable and his care and love for animals is very apparent in his work. The front desk receptionists and vet tech were welcoming and friendly and left a very good first impression. I enjoyed that my appointment was prompt and I wasnt stuck in a waiting room for a long time.

Very kind, caring staff who immediately made me (and bailey) feel like they were our friends. Prompt service, I used to drive an hour to stay with bailey’s same vet of 6 years and Westown was recommended to me by a good friend. Not disappointed, would recommend giving them a call!! They booked me the same day within 30 minutes. I arrived early and they started the process early :)This is coming from someone who is not afraid to leave good or bad reviews.

Absolutely LOVED this vet clinic. Not only is it super close to my house but I love the extended weekend hours so that Im able to schedule an appointment when its easy for me. It was very important to me that I wasnt going to get slammed with unexpected fees or charges, and they were very upfront and honest with how much it was going to cost for the care. I appreciated that a lot. I took my 5 month old kitten in for some shots and the vet was so kind to Lucy. He was polite and very professional. The vet tech was also incredibly sweet. They really cared for Lucy and I super appreciated that as well. I will definitely refer pet owners to this clinic and I will be returning with Lucy for future care. Thanks so much :)

Dr. Gordon is so knowledgeable and so very caring- even with three things going on, figured out the problems and solutions. The techs/staff were most helpful getting a disabled dog back out to the car and showed compassion and respect when we needed to tie up an exam room for a while. Kudos to all in a very tough situation. Luckily WVC has extended hours.

I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Gordon is an amazing veterinarian who gives each of his patients skilled, compassionate, individualized care. The staff at Westown are professional, competent, kind, and responsive, and their follow-up after appointments is awesome.

They were extremely nice and welcoming! They helped us out so much with an almost emergency situation! So glad we went to Westown! I dont think other vet places would be so accommodating and helpful! My Bailey is all fixed up and on the mend! Thanks you guys!!

Westown Vet Clinic is so friendly and helpful. I am very grateful that the staff is so kind in dealing with my pet issues. They saved the life of my dog and I am very thankful for their expertise. They have only the best interest in dealing with my dogs and have had a lot of good information to share. They are my pet clinic!

I took my dog in on Sunday to get looked at for urinary issues, the doctor was kind and answered the questions I had. Everything went great during the appointment until I said I was going to order her medications online. Then suddenly everyone was less courteous and I felt that they just wanted me to spend more money. I am a disabled vet and my dog is a support dog, Westown always used to offer a military discount and all of the sudden they tell me they don’t offer that any more. I don’t know whether to believe that or think that they aren’t offering it to me because I wasn’t purchasing my dogs food and meds from them.I have called 2 days in a row to ask them to fax my dogs prescriptions so that she can get started on her meds ASAP but they’re apparently too busy doing other things to check the fax machine to see if they received the fax from the business I am getting the prescription from. So now 2 days later, my dog still isn’t any closer to feeling better all because the woman who is being paid to answer the phones and do admin work can’t do her job. Excuse me if I don’t want to pay your crazy mark up. I will be taking my dog to a new vet. This is unacceptable.

I have been very satisfied with the services Westown has provided thus far. We have had a couple of emergency situations take place with a pair of calico kittens, and I have always been able to reach someone in real time to discuss our problems. In every instance, Westown has accommodated my request for an appointment even if one wasnt scheduled previously. Dr. Kalirawana is very caring and informative, and takes the time to explain procedures and medications during every visit. They will continue to receive my business as needed.

This clinic is wonderful. The staff was incredibly sweet and patient. They took the time to explain my babys treatment plan and got her feeling better immediately. I felt very comfortable and the Vet took lots of time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs care for their pets!

I tried this vet clinic after receiving an offer in the adoption packet from the shelter. I didn’t even know they existed! They far surpassed my expectations. When I brought in my new cat and we were met with a growling dog in the waiting room, staff very quickly found an open exam room for us to alleviate any stress to my cat. They even carried my cat into the room for me.Although we were just there for a check-up, they still took the time to call and follow-up the next day. I’ve not had a vet do that before! It shows that they genuinely care. Thank you Weston. You are our new Vet!

I’ve been here multiple times with my shepherd and they are always so general and caring! Get us in and out as quick as possible.

We have two dogs that we take to this clinic, and we have been over-the-top satisfied with their care. One of our dogs got a tooth extraction which we estimated would be a couple thousand dollars, but to our surprise during their dental special it was under $1000!!One of our dogs is extremely terrified of men, the male veterinarian did an excellent job making her feel comfortable and walking us through the process of her physical exam in a way that made her as calm as possible.The follow up care we received after one of our dogs procedures and our other dog getting an allergic reaction to his annual shots, was The best Vet care we have ever experienced.I wouldn’t recommend any other vet clinic!!!

This is the best place I have taken my pets to. I tried other places but never found a place like this where I feel so confident with the care they give my pets and the staff are so kind and friendly. Most of all the doctor is such a nice person and he really does a great job I really have a lot of faith in him with the care he gives my pets.

Westown Veterinary Clinic....The doctors and staff there are great. The care that Teddy receives is wonderful. They are gentle and patient with him and all the animals that come into the clinic. Very happy and would recommend them to family and friends.💖

I found this gem of a vet after my dog was attached on a Sunday and they were open for normal business (and graciously allowed us to come in without an appointment). They were fantastic - doing a thorough checkup and emergency treatment (my dogs eyelid was scratched). I will definitely be back - was so impressed how everyone was so professional and caring (and their exam fee was half of what usually was charged at my tosa vet!)

They were able to get me and my guinea pig in right away on a Saturday, same day. He had an infected paw and I was very worried. My (then) usual vet wasnt available. They were very kind and caring to both of us. They were also very knowledgeable, which I was very impressed by. Its hard to find places that specialize in exotic and small animals. They were reasonably priced and more concerned about taking care of my pet than burning a big hole in my pocket, like some places. I love this place and plan on going there in the future with my pets. I went here only because it was the only place that was available such short notice on a Saturday, but they won me over. This place is my new vet. I thank them for taking such great care of my Momo. He is recovering very well.

New to WI and used Google reviews to decide on a new vet for our 2 cats. Have since had a vaccination appointment, as well as getting our kitten spayed. Really impressed with the entire staff- they are all sweet, caring, genuine, knowledgeable & helpful! Also observed outstanding care given to others too while Ive waited.My pets are family to my husband & I, and I feel confident taking my cats there. They arent pushy about unnecessary extras, they just give you information to make a decision thats best for you & your pet. Its a bonus that they are also reasonably priced & have a cat only appointment room.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!! We brought our Indy in with what was diagnosed as a neurological problem, very hard to get to the bottom of the problem but Dr. Vivek and the staff were diligent in finding it and caring for him through the process. Indy was almost 11 and unfortunately we lost him. The staff was so compassionate and caring I cannot thank them enough. We recommend everyone to Westown!

They were amazing with my fur baby. The got him in right away and worked with my schedule. Prices were great and they were extremely friendly. My dog will definitely go back, even with a 40 minutes drive.

I took my puppy to Westown Veterinary Clinic a couple weeks ago everyone was very nice. They have payment plans for puppies which I thought was nice since I will be going there often for my puppies vaccinations. Definitely recommend.

The staff and Dr.s are great. I brought my dog in for a dental cleaning. I had a slight issue and they took care of that issue right away. Not only are they professional, they care about customer service. I have to comment on how clean the place is also. I couldnt be happier. I also love Tony the resident cat.I would highly recommend their practice.
