With the craziness of travel right now and the never ending changes, she communicated everything so well and made us feel comfortable with traveling to Cabo. She was with us every step of the way. Mediterranean Cruise 2019We all purchase travel insurance to cover those unexpected travel interrupts. Customers be cautious of what you are buying from this agency. Look carefully at the travelex insurance this agency sells to you. It does not cover cancelled flights when the flight crew is unavailable. We DID NOT cancel our flights, the airline did. The airline made the choice to cancel our flights and leave us with no future flights available for three days. We thought we were covered for any reason, out of our control, for cancelled flights. Beware! This cost us 6500.00 dollars on flights back to US from Athens. With the time difference and a weekend, no one was available to help at the agency office. So, we called travelex directly and were told by Travelex agent to purchase the replacement tickets back to the US after our original flights was cancelled. Only to find out a month later, they were not covered. The replacement tickets were so expensive because they were last minute and the only tickets left on a flight with a different airline. Do not use this travel agency or the insurance they provide unless you want to pay extra for unexpected travel interruptions. When talking with the agency after travelex did not pay us their answer to us was, It happens. Well, 6500.00 dollars is a lot of money for them to only say, It happens. Needless to say we will never use Travelex insurance or First Choice Travel & Cruise in Waukesha, WI again.

Tana Kubricky is the best! She has helped our family plan two family vacations (Mexico and Bahamas) and she always goes the extra mile. Making calls, finding deals, coordinating and planning the whole amazing experience. She is always there to help in anyway way she can! I wouldn’t plan a vacation any other way!

I will never use their services again. I gave them one star because that was my only option, I would have given them less. The agents that my wife was working with were great its when then things change, like venue and everything got turned around, we started having problems mainly with Gayle. She was very rude she kept telling us theres nothing I can do its done. We spent $200 on a quote no vacation.

Hi Gayle,I just wanted to let you know that the vacation went AWESOME! After being ill for over a year and having to be on a strict gluten free diet, I was a little nervous to travel. I have to say how wonderful it was to finally not have to worry about accidentally eating something that would make me ill. Both hotels I stayed at had a gluten free/vegetarian/heart healthy menu with a huge selection to choose from. I didnt feel limited to eating the same thing every night. They were more accommodating than restaurants in the US, believe it or not! Every time I stepped in the restaurant they asked if I had any allergies. They were even willing to put something together special if I saw an item on the regular menu to make sure it was gluten free. They also had a special area they cooked the items so it wouldnt cross contaminate with other foods. The rest of the vacation was great as well! The hotel was beautiful with great views and plenty to do. It was in a great location if I chose to be more adventurous the activities were within walking distance, but the hotel was nice, quiet and relaxing! The hotel offered daily activities as well, and we did end up participating in a few of those activities. The took us on a kayak tour to a reef and a under ground hoe/cave(sanoma, I believe).Thanks again! Everything turned out AWESOME or as your office girl would say Radical!-Your Satisfied Client

I would give a zero if I could working with Tana. She made the entire process more difficult than it would have been had I booked everything myself. She doesnt understand how to use email, doesnt reply in a timely fashion and knew next to nothing about the resort we were staying at. I would constantly have to follow up with her because she would just not respond to my messages, she managed to screw up running a credit card payment multiple times, and provided conflicting information upon arrival at our destination. At the end of the day Im pretty certain all she did was book through United vacations, and didnt even give me the bonus miles from it. Avoid this woman at all costs or get some Excedrin for the headache youll have working with her.

Terrible terrible experience. Never again. This agency (Sara and coworker) tells you not to worry about the bad Trip Advisor reviews (listen to those reviews!!!) We complained (reeking like sewage at the hotel and FILTHY bedspreads and box springs. and didnt get any concern except forwarding my complaints to the hotel front desk mafia, which made us treated FAR worse. (I could type SO MUCH here). Or saying we could switch (halfway into the trip and unreliable transportation, packing and unpacking, etc) now was told to wait 6-8 WEEKS for a response to my complaints. I submitted my own Im sure they will reply that spending low budget over 1500/person for 4 nights was why it was so bad..

Gayle had been recommended to me by a family friend when my husband and I decided we wanted to honeymoon in Tahiti and I can promise you it was one of the best decisions we made!!!! Gayle was seriously heaven sent!!!! As any bride knows, the months leading up to the wedding are consumed with wedding planning, details meetings, etc etc, leaving not much time to plan a fantastic honeymoon--this is where Gayle came in clutch. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free which is EXACTLY what a bride needs! ;) She provided an itinerary for our entire trip covering all transportation and transfers between islands and to our excursions so we didnt have to worry about a single thing when we arrived in paradise. If youre going splurge on a trip to somewhere like Tahiti I cant advise you enough to use a travel agent--there are so many details you wouldnt know to consider, not to mention all the perks and hook ups they can get for you (i.e. Front row seats to a Tahitian Dinner Show)! Gayle was so wonderful to work with and I truly trusted her with every detail of planning our trip! We did not encounter a single issue during our trip and thats credited to Gayles expertise and attention to detail. I cannot praise her enough for planning the most magical honeymoon to Tahiti. Tana is an Angel! My husband and I were planning our honeymoon. Weve been married for six years and never went on a honeymoon. Not only was Tana helpful, she worked day and night on our trip. We were NOT easy clients because our decisions changed almost daily. She was patient, honest, and productive. From here on out, any trip we plan, will be with Tana! This is the second year in a row we have used Sheri Koch to help plan our trip to Disney. Last year she planned the greatest trip for our 5 year old daughters birthday. It is a trip none of us will ever forget. All the details were taken care of and made the trip stress free for us. We just began planning our trip there agian this year with Sheri and are so looking forward to what she will help us plan this year! She is helpful and friendly and truly a pleasure to work with.

We have used First Choice Travel and Cruise several times - working with Tana. Our first encounter with this excellent company dates back to when we were planning our honeymoon in 1998. Since then Tana has helped us plan a fantastic Disney vacation (which included 5 from my family, my mom and 5 from a friends family that joined us on the vacation). When we were looking for a vacation destination last year where we could just relax, Tana recommended Secrets Capri in Mexico - and we fell in love with the resort - so much that we booked through Tana again this year to go back. We encountered the same fantastic experience. Tana has also been helpful and instrumental in booking work related flights etc. Last year we had to travel to Toronto for a work conference and our flight got cancelled, unknown to us. A representative from First Choice called us on our cell phone while we were enroute to the airport and assured us that we had been booked on a different flight (even better than originally scheduled). What a great piece of mind!!! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend (and have several times :) ).

Tana Kubricky is an outstanding travel agent who has helped our family with our travel needs for over 10 years. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our travel plans go smoothly. We were recently in Mexico on a business trip extension that Tana coordinated and she had the foresight to reserve an extra spot on our upcoming March, 2016 Mexico family trip for my daughters friend. Im so glad she reserved the flight while we were in Mexico because the flight was sold out by the time we got home. She also went above and beyond when we got home because she had to change the name on the travel documents because the original friend was unable to go on the trip and someone else took her place. Tana always has our familys best interest at heart and her positive attitude shines through even when changes/challenging situations occur. I would highly recommend Tana to anyone who is looking for an excellent travel agent.

Tana is great to work with. She has helped us with Hawaii twice now. Once in June 2013 for our daughters destination wedding along with almost 31 people who came along and then again this past Jan/Feb 2017 when we went back to see the whales for our 35th wedding anniversary. Thanks Tana.

My husband and I worked with Tana from First Choice Travel and Cruise for our wedding this past January. Choosing a travel agent was harder than one would think and I believe it makes a big difference in the overall planning of a destination wedding. We worked with 3 other agencies before we met Tana and we are so thankful we didn’t settle. Tana was an absolute pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond for us. We traveled with 43 guests that she booked. More than just taking care of our travel arrangements, Tana became in so many ways my wedding coordinator. We were in constant contact from the time we met until the moment we left for the wedding. She helped my husband and I decide on a destination, resort… (We were literally all over until we met her) she aided us in deciding a date, time for the wedding and soo much more. When I say she went above and beyond for us, she certainly did.. from booking our flights to making our spa appointments for our hair the day of the wedding. She was my lifeline and such a godsend during the planning of not only a wedding, but a wedding that was in another country. She has a lot of experience as she’s worked with plenty of destination weddings, had a destination wedding of her own and has traveled to so many of the countries we were looking into. During the year we planned our wedding we booked a girlfriend getaway to Vegas thru her and she surprised us with a limo transfer! We appreciate everything she did for us and anyone who has the opportunity to work with her is quite blessed! We certainly feel so!
