Im really happy I found Computer Doctor a number of years ago. The service is excellent with many times immediate attention directed at my problem. Ive always gotten very good advice the price of services and hardware is very reasonable. I bought a rebuilt computer from Computer Doctor and have been happy with its performance.

I had the blue screen of death on my business laptop a few years ago. Computer Doctors was able to restore quite a bit of the data and put it on an external hard drive for me within a very short period of time which was crucial to me since Im self-employed. Big Box stores are not that agile. They got my computer running again, removed viruses and I then transferred what I needed back to my laptop using Carbonite and the external drive. Later I went back to have them update my Windows to version 10. I have since recommended them to others.

Ted checked out our old computer and advise us that it was a12yr and had 2 viruses in it, after checking on our requirements we decided to up grade to a custom build one on his shelf. After using it for 2 days Im real happy with it, it loads right now and plays video great. Real happy with our purchase and Teds help.

My computer would not stay on and I was concerned about losing my data. After many days of trying to back it up and it shutting down on us. We gave up and were going to get a new computer, but I still needed my data. A friend suggested I try Computer Doctor...I am sure glad I did!Not only did they see me the same day I called they also backed-up all my data, and suggested upgrading my existing computer with a new hard-drive and more memory. That is what I did and now my computer is like new, so much faster but without paying the price of a brand new one! Also, my keyboard was in bad shape and when we went to pick it up Ted had thrown in one of his keyboards for us. That is great service.Ted & Brenda are very pleasant, they really care and they do great work! I am so thankful I found them!

Computer Doctor took my Windows 10 computer in which had all sorts of registry issues, virus issues and other corrupted data and cleaned it all out and restored my computer to complete health. Now, its running with extremely high speed and clean as a whistle.

Very knowledge, very good at diagnostics and repair. Friendly helpful staff. They offer repairs to restore your own system to its healthy self. Plus they offer a great inventory of new and used desk tops and restored laptops.. and now they are offerring repairs done remotely from your office or home.

Ted took good care of our computer needs

His expertise is outdated and generic. If you want help beyond I dont know, That shouldnt do that, and wiping the hard drive as a default fix, you should look elsewhere.Basically, your average teenager is more apt to repair your computer.

It was not the best. Location was hard to get to and outdated building too.

This computer doctor was not a good place to go because the computer i got there was too expensive and that computer was not fast. I had to bring it to a REAL computer doctor and he said it had Viruses on it.
