This place is so cool! Every time we come to Frame Park we at least grab ice cream from them (super reasonably priced). They have so many offerings for rentals that are also very fairly priced. The bikes are so much fun to ride around the path!

The canopy paddle boat was nicely shaded; it plowed through the weeds fast. It was fast in the water and was really comfortable. The employees were very kind and helpful.

What a fun (and inexpensive) way to ride around the fox river! My daughter thought the rentals were the coolest! Took us 30 mins to make and full circle around the river...my legs were done after that :) great place for families! We will have to try the swans next time.

Came here and thought we give this place a try. Price wasnt bad just a few issue for paddle boat/bike. Paddle seemed like boat wasnt turning, everytime we had turned, it didnt even turn, had to literally go forward or backward. Paddle for like 15 minutes. We then decided to ride bikes, rode the bikes for another 10 minutes or so, chain comes loose, was just literally around the park and had to walk back.

Went here on a whim a couple of weeks ago and rented a paddleboat on the spur of the moment. I hadnt done it in a while so I decided that it would be a worthwhile activity. Unfortunately we encountered a few issues. Our boat seemed like it wanted to keep going in circles - not sure if there was an issue with the rudder or something, but we struggled to maintain control. Also, it seemed that several times our paddles became caught on underwater foliage, causing us to struggle to paddle out of it. Our boat also kept taking on water through the hole where the pedals connected to the paddles. I gave this location 4 stars because the staff was very friendly and polite. I would visit again but I will definitely express my concerns before renting another boat.

Boats were fine. The river was the bad part, everything from oil to exhaust fumes. Should find a better location.

High Roller Fun Rentals is a nice place to go in waukesha to rent a row or paddle boat, or some kind of transportation for the land. Their prices are a bit high, but the products are durable enough to be worth it and their prices for refreshments at the stand are reasonable.

We have been taking our grandchildren to Frame Park for years. They enjoy the park and the playground. Each year we rent bikes and boats from High Roller. It is a favorite for all four of the kids. There is a great choice of bikes and this year they loved having a swan boat. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The kids enjoy the refreshments in between. This year we had the pleasure of meeting the owners and let them know how impressed we were with the staff and the company. Beautiful park.Wonderful family activity! Reasonable prices! They now have the boats at Fox Brook too.

Was so much fun! It was most fun I have had in a long time! Guys working there were super friendly and helpful. We tried a few things before we got the right one for my daughter and myself. Super patient. Not typical teenagers! Hard workers. Will be back for sure!

The staff here are the sweetest. Walk the beautiful garden right next door- beautiful.

Extremely fun with a buddy!

I wanted to take my family paddle boating at the Menomonee Park location. I went into the park and didnt see signs for boating, but I did see signs for the beach. I went to the beach and didnt see boats. After finding no additional information about this location online, such as where in the park the rental was located. I called their number listed here, and I was explaining my situation to the man who answered when he very nastily said, Oh. There werent signs? Someone came overnight and took down all our signs? When I didnt respond, he continued, Well, obviously we are obviously by the lake! Theres a gray trailer... At which point I hung up and pregnant lady cried in my car. Upon further inspection, the gray trailer was completely unmarked. There were no signs about boating at all in the area (didnt see any in the park at all, but they definitely werent by the trailer or beach. The few boats there were tucked behind the tree line, and you couldnt see them from the road that ran by the beach.So overall, this company employs huge jerks to answer phones for customer service. We ended up going home instead of taking my kid paddle boating for the first time because I couldnt imagine facing that man after the way he treated me on the phone.

Nice selection of bikes, carts, pedal cars, kayaks, canoes and pedal boats for rental. Allows for spontaneous fun!

A terrible experience..Poor customer service. Deceitful Groupon with additional fees to get into park without posting on website or in fine print of Groupon. Arrived paid fees then was unable to use Groupon for full amount. First was told I could use 30 minutes of the hour then 45. How about just offering to cover the fees I had to pay to get to your business? The four dollars would have been a good customer service investment. Now I will never be a customer again.

Signs say its open at 10am but cant get anyone to answer a phone and no one is at the rental facility - our group of 6 waited 15 minutes and gave up. Disappointing.
