We had a full first floor remodel including kitchen, bathroom, new flooring, and french doors. I cant say enough about the QRS Group. It is obvious from my initial meeting that this a family business that truly cares about the customer. They are very conscientious, do exceptional work, and the crew was amazing. They are so exceptional that they dont advertise because their work speaks for themselves. I can honestly say I trust them 100%.

I am writing this review on behalf of Bob and Sandy, who do not have email :)1. Extra care is taken to protect and lessen the impact of a renovation on the rest of the home. Each day the job site and surrounding areas are cleaned.2. The staff of QRS (Luis, Jake, Matt, Shawn..) were easily reached to discuss questions and concerns with an eagerness to satisfy the home owner.3. Matt was our main installer, he is an asset to QRS in his talent and professional approach to his job. He was able to quickly modify work plans when change occurred in product delivery to keep the job moving forward. He listened to our wishes of of on the job decisions. He gave daily progress reports and what would happen next. This is the second time Matt worked with us and would want to do so again on a future project!

QRS just completed a bathroom and kitchen remodel for us three weeks ahead of schedule, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, and we have especially high marks for the project manager, Matt. He was communicative, clean, respectful of our space and hard-working. The work hasn’t been completed long but appears to be high quality. It’s always a bit scary to work with a contractor, as you hear horror stories, but QRS did an excellent job.

We were very pleased with the work QRS did for us. They were very conscientious and did very professional work. They completed the project on a timely basis and cleaned up after the project. They did structural work for us and some drywall repairs for us. The price quoted was what we were charged. So very happy overall.

Just finished a bathroom remodeling project with QRS Group and I am totally pleased. They are professional, skillful, on time, and reasonable in price. I always felt that they listened to and heard my wishes as the homeowner. But, at the same time, they offered experienced and wise advice on materials, placement, etc. They actually finished a bit a head of schedule and everything with the billing was totally transparent. One really important item - they always treated our house respectfully. The crew was pleasant and polite and always understood that they were working in our home at the same time we are living in it. Our bathroom is gorgeous!

We recently retired to California but had QRS renovate a bathroom and kitchen in Wisconsin within the past 2 years. We sold our house in 2 weeks for 98% of asking price. We know for a fact that the QRS renovations were a big factor in this quick sale! They did a great job for us and created a wonderful living environment that we enjoyed and could pass on to the new owners. We just wish QRS did work in CA!

We used QRS to remodel a master bath and a powder room at our Wauwatosa home. The work was exceptional and the crew was amazing. Very few people are visionaries, but Jake definitely fits that mold. He is knowledgeable about everything home-related and he has great ideas as to how you can maximize your space. Every step of our projects were done with precision. With QRS, no corners are cut and the work is extremely high-end with immense attention to detail. The remodeling team will be there every day, as expected and will put in a full day of work, every day they are supposed to. A great group, all around. With a company like QRS, you definitely get what you pay for.

We were so pleased with QRS group on a stacked stone fireplace remodel. Their professionalism, attention detail, and craftsmanship was top notch and so unlike our experiences with others in the industry. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our fireplace!

Luis, Dave, Dax and George were fantastic to work with for the install of our new 3-panel Pella patio door. The door was slightly smaller than the original and they were effective problem solvers and great communicators. They made everything work and the installation looks great! Id highly recommend them!

We live in a home in Wauwatosa that is almost 100 years old. We decided it was time to remodel our kitchen/bath and engaged QRS to do so. We first met Luis and we were very impressed with his knowledge and experience in the industry. This was our first remodel but he made us very comfortable with his reassuring demeanor and detail orientation. As the project got started, Jake became very involved. We appreciated his creativity and thoughtfulness and again attention to detail. He came up with ideas we certainly never would have thought of. Some we went with and others we didnt, but at least they were presented as options. Dave was our project manager and he was on-site most of the time. Dave did a phenomenal job for us. What a perfectionist! It was a long project (3 to 4 months) so we saw Dave just about every day. He did an excellent job with the work but was as friendly and helpful as anyone could imagine. He and Christian were great with our 2 dogs, even letting them out when we couldnt. It was a long project with some unforeseen delays but I guess that should be expected. In the end, Dave and the QRS team were there to take care of every detail even a couple things that popped up several weeks after the majority of the work was completed.I would highly recommend the QRS Group. I chose Qrs for a bathroom remodel. My selection of Qrs over other remodelers was based on its sterling reputation, trustworthiness, their commitment to luxurious style, it’s knowledgeable and experienced owners, and their communication with me about details of the project entailed.Before the remodel could be commenced, Qrs had to repair a ceiling in my other art deco bathroom. The reason for this was that the exteremely large colored glass ceiling tiles were coming loose, and could have caused me serious injuries. Luis Ruiz, the founder of Qrs, informed me that there was a high probability that the ceiling could be removed without damaging the art deco walls, tiled floors, and bathroom fixtures. His crew using elaborate safety devices, and under the supervision of Luis and David, the project manager, took down the tiles without damaging anything. Within three days a drywall ceiling was installed. Qrs was the only company that had the confidence to undertake this repair.Regarding the master bathroom remodel, Qrs through their employee Dax created a luxurious work of art worthy of Traditional Home Magazine and Architectural Digest. Both Jake, the owner, and David, the project manager, were heavily involved in the supervision of the work, and offered their suggestions. Throughout this two month process, both Jake and David were in constant communication with me when required.Finally, Lynee the Creative Director, alias Creative genius, was invaluable in helping me with the selection of all the materials. She has impeccable taste. Lynee’s selections of materials transformed the look of my small master bathroom into a much larger looking room. Her perspicacious nature made the selection process go smoothly and without stress to me.In summary, Qrs is a company of the highest integrity that is true to its word. Thanks to them my remodel process was a resounding success. It was a pleasure having them in my home.
