We got married at the Historic Courthouse and loved everything about it. We had a great experience with them since we toured to the tasting and to the wedding day itself. They had such a great team and were very communicative and great with making adjustments as needed. The getting ready rooms were phenomenal for both the bride and groom. The guys have an awesome space with games and relaxation area, and the girls have a dressing room, makeup room, and lounge area. The staff was very professional, ensured everyone was served, comfortable, and happy. They were quick with clean up, service, and ensured that the bride and groom were well taken care of. They made sure when we got back from photos they had an entire plate of apps for us and ensured we had time to eat and enjoy. It was so thoughtful, and we got all the compliments on food and drinks. The entrees were amazing and so good, and the apps were perfect. Drinks came quickly and quality. All of the experience was so great and the staff and quality is more than we anticipated. Love love love this venue and catering.

WOW! If you want a venue with charm and history, this is the place! It is absolutely gorgeous. I love the fact that they have both a bride and grooms suite (with games for the guys & on a different floor). It was definitely worth every penny. The staff was amazing and very responsive to questions I asked via email (that day or next). They set up our decor perfectly. They definitely know what they are doing. They asked me detailed questions that I would have never even thought of It! The venue is also handicap accessible as well. Lots of smaller side rooms for those that want a quiet sitting area. They did an outstanding job. Our day was perfect

I loved everything about the Historic Courthouse 1893, the staff from how accommodating, professional, fun and responsive they were during this entire process. Lisa, Nicolette, Tony and Eric are the best! The food was to die, we’ve continued to receive compliments on how delicious, hot and fresh everything was! ( even my own special bride salad 😂 ) everything came together to beautifully. The attention to detail Lisa and Nicollet had keeping up with all my last minute indecisiveness——sorry guys! This place is a no brainer to host your wedding!! Thank you! ❤️

The venue is absolutely stunning. Our wedding was so very elegant and yet relaxed thanks to the staff at Chef Jacks. The team has a can do attitude, is overly accommodating and extremely attentive to you on your wedding day. I love details and organization and they are a 5 star plus!!The food was unbelievable. Presentation was amazing, served hot and was out of this world fantastic! Our wedding guests keep telling us that this was the best wedding they have ever attended. They rave about the venue and the food non-stop! Falling right in line with all the other reviews you will read here - Eric & Lisa and Team are AHH-mazing. Their attention to detail and flexibility to work with you to make your dream wedding happen is no joke. They help navigate every detail with you without the cost of a wedding planner needed! The venue is already so beautiful with the décor that is there can also save money on the additional décor you might need to purchase to make a room look full like at other places. The food is soo good and was commented on by so many of our guests that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The staff is amazing down to the detail with remembering you ex. I love rumaki appetizers and the staff was sure to come be and ensure I was getting to eat the food I paid for to eat and enjoy. Seriously cannot say enough good things. Chef Jacks has quite the name in the business and its easy to see why - every vendor we spoke with loves them and likes working with them. This venue specifically is also neat because you can rent out the Museum connected to it for cocktail hour or to help keep guests occupied like we did to help save on shuttle costs; its unique and quite affordable to do! The suites/ rooms for getting ready are classic and thoughtful also for getting ready. We had a very large group for our wedding of 8 on each side and it was nice to have the makeup room and and groomsmen suites so equipped and spacious to handle everyone and provide great spots for pictures - another added bonus! If you book with Eric & Lisa and team you will NOT be disappointed.

Highly recommend for your wedding venue! We received so many compliments on the beauty of the venue and the quality of the food. So many guests said That was the best wedding food weve ever had! The staff was so wonderful to work with and we were so happy we worked with them!I will say the parking was the only downfall of the venue, but if that doesnt matter to you then there is no reason not to book them!

Beautiful venue for a wedding. Food was delicious! Bartenders were extremely welcoming. There are only a few bathrooms which caused a line which is not the end of the world. The whole place was beautiful!! There were side rooms people could sit in to get away from the crowd with comfortable seating.

Attended a wedding there for my niece. Everything was wonderful, clean, organized, and the staff was amazing. They provided masks for those who did not have one. The restrooms were very clean and well supplied. I would recommend for any occasion.

I am a local wedding planner and one of my couples got married at Historic Courthouse 1893 a few weekends ago. Both the venue and catering staff (Chef Jacks) were AMAZING. They were timely, helpful, and professional - both leading up to and on the day. As a planner, their attention to detail and communication of logistics throughout the day made everything run so smoothly. I couldnt recommend this venue more!

We were the second wedding to be held here at the Historic Courthouse 1893 and I am so happy we found this place for our reception! Everything was absolutely perfect and was everything and more than what we had imagined. The buildings exterior and interior is stunning and is one of a kind. There is so much character and history in this building and kept the guests intrigued throughout the evening. Chef Jacks Catering is the best of the best and provided us with top notch service. This is the 6th formal event Chef Jack has catered for in our family at multiply venues since 1988 for all my sisters weddings! The food and service is just outstanding. We have had so many compliments from our guests on how wonderful and beautiful everything was and we are forever thankful for this amazing experience. Special thanks to Eric for everything he did throughout this entire process, going above and beyond and helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

They renovated the building and it is now a apartment building. I think its a way to keep old architecture as good as when it was a courthouse. Very happy that its been done 😊😊

We were there for a wedding. A beautiful old building in great shape. Lots of road construction surrounding the building. May need to add a few minutes to your trip to figure out how to get there. Some parking but not a lot.
