Hitch owner for 3 years, this is by the best of 5 hitch places I have been to in 5 states. Don’t go for your daily affirmation, go for professional quality service and reasonable prices! Really good people when you get to know them!

Damaged my truck and then still charged me for my service (they did cover the damage). The detailing was flawless, even did under the hood. Unfortunate that my experience ended like this, but I will not be using this company anymore because of the way management handled the situation with me (specifically the lady at the desk). Seems to be a trend there reading the other comments. Owner seemed like a nice guy.

This rating is in regards to tying to contact this company. I used the sites contact form and got one response. I replied and never heard back. I called about 10 days later and an angry sounding woman immediately put me on hold and then hung up on me. So who knows what they are like to work with but Ill never know. First impressions are important. This one was abysmal.

Very friendly, easy to talk to for getting the right things ordered, very professional, great install for tonocover and bug shield, very reasonable prices, will definitely be going back!

Can’t say enough good things about this place, had a hitch installed. Awhile later we our lights were out due to a blown fuse (not their fault) as we were going to leave for a camping trip. They actually came out to us, helped us locate and replace the fuse and we were on our way. Great service !!!!!8.27.21 Wish I could add another 5 star review, bought a new truck and was told from the dealer there was a brake controller build in, we were hours away from getting ready to leave for camping and I discovered that was not in fact the case. Auto Elegance had the parts and within 15 minutes had me going. Since then I have purchased and had installed a tonneau cover, bed liner and runners. Won’t go anywhere else again for these type of needs.

If youre looking for a place to take your truck, quit wasting your time and just come see these guys. They are attentive and know what theyre doing. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. They fixed what a different truck company told me is just how things are without a problem. Theyre affordable as well. Ill be taking all my trucks here from now on to have any type of accessory work done. This is one of those places where youll leave saying that you wish you wouldve found them sooner.

I had 1 bad experience but Im guessing they were busy and having an off day. Every other time, they were perfect with customer service and quality and speed. The lady at the desk even pulled someone from their break to do a quick 2 minute install on my car when I said Id wait 20 minutes! That is what gave them 5 stars

Been bringing my vehicle here for years!! Mostly for complete car detailing and back in the day the best tint jobs around!! Last time I was in I got a python remote start. Happy with and the service I have always received. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

My first experience there was not the greatest, as many of the concerns with my car were not addressed. I was contacted by the owner after said business was done, due to my original review. We set up an appointment to re-address the portions of my car that were not originally taken care of and Ed (the owner) offered to have a loaner vehicle while they took care of my car. When I got back to the shop and inspected my car, the result was great! Even though the 1st experience was not the best, Ed sure takes care of his customers and is proud of his establishment and it shows!!

I arrived late, after they had already locked up. But someone came out from the back, helped me get the hitch that I needed, and then actually went back into the shop and modified it to make it fit properly. I highly recommend these hard-working folks.

Staff was knowledgeable and curtious. I had a hitch installed and my Jeep came with wiring and a circuit that can only be activated by a Jeep dealership. They lowered their price for installation and even called the dealership to get me in on the same day.

After taking in my vehicle twice, they were unable to provide the service I requested without placing a special order, which would have been fine, but due to the circumstances of the situation I chose a specialty shop with the specific item I wanted in stock. They made the best of the situation and proved that they are truly an honest company who cares about customer satisfaction, in the most pleasantly surprising way. Even though I will use another auto detail store for the specific job this time, I would recommend this buisness to anyone first because of their honesty, and going above and beyond to make the best of every situation. They have done different services to relatives vehicles in the past with outstandig results at an honest price.

Made a Saturday appointment and no one was here... Dont setup appointments for Saturday if you cant make it. Very upset and will not be coming here to get my hitch put on. Waste of my Saturday morning.
