Wisconsin Coach has so many issues, it may be hard to decide what the biggest problem is.Frequently changing drivers on routes. Some Drivers are great, others are always late, sometimes by as much as 30 minutes, and traffic is always the excuse.Some drivers appear to be lost, and make extra stops that arent part of their route, or stay off the freeway, adding 10-15 minutes to the trip.Buses break down often, are dirty, and youre not guaranteed to have heat in the winter, or air conditioning in the summer.

We rented a Wisconsin Coach Lines motorcoach to transport a group of ELJO Travel clients to/from Milwaukee and the ARK Adventure and the Creation Museum in KY.The bus was clean and comfortable for our groups use and the driver was very professional in dealing w/the groups safety and travel needs throughout the trip.

The bus drivers for this line are the worst I’ve ever had. On the way to the airport, the driver drove past my terminal and I had to walk back to it. When I was trying the return trip, I was waiting outside the bus because the door was closed, and the driver drove off without me. Avoid using this service. I only gave it 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.

If you ever want to be on time to something DO NOT take the bus. Either it is late to the stop making you 15-20 minutes late to work or super early to the point where you miss the bus. I would not recommend coach bus lines.

Used to love this bus service to go down town however, recently it has been consistently late... today it was about 20 minutes late !! This is frustrating to me and other riders because we are consistently late for work or school. Hoping they can resolve the issue of being chronically late soon.Update... still always late ... wish I didn’t have to take this bus would HIGHLY recommend no one take this bus if you have to be on time . Such a joke. Please have your schedule reflect the time the busses arrive always late to class that I pay 1000’s of dollars for. Also I talked to a disbatcher about this and they were very rude

I wish I could give negative stars. We used this line for the summer fest shuttle and it was absolutely terrible. If you’ve never used this service before they just expect you to know what you’re supposed to do. There are no signs anywhere and there is a random short bus that you’re supposed to go buy tickets at but again, NO SIGNS. How hard would it be to put up a couple signs? In addition, almost every bus driver we encountered was extremely rude and smart assed. We were not the only ones who didn’t know the process so obviously it’s not clear enough.

I rode in a COACH USA bus from OHare Airport to Milwaukee on 8/9 and the drivers side wiper was broken...dead broken, not intermittent. This would not be a problem on a beautiful day, but it was POURING. It was just a bit after rush-hour. The driver continued driving in the left lane (545pm bus) like a moron and in clear violation of common sense, safety standards and DOT laws. If I didnt want to get home so badly I would have called the DOT / State Patrol. Will NEVER EVER EVER USE COACH USA AGAIN.

The bus is always late. I have stood outside up to 30 min waiting for late busses in all kinds of weather. The busses are clean and do not smell. The staff is mostly friendly. The schedule is just not what is posted AT ALL.

Don’t leave anything behind on bus. Anything of value will be gone

Terrible Summerfest Transportation. A lack of buses to shuttle people after concerts. Bus loaders failing to fill all seats on buses before sending them off. Poor signage. Funneling people dangerously into narrow lines.

The operator just hangs up the phone rudely without answering a question just because she is busy!! Unbelievable!What kind of customer service is this!?

Dont ever leave anything on the coach; They wont return any phone calls or reply to any e-mails! Some drivers will collect tickets on the bus; and others will make you wait in the cold or rain.
