I contracted with Seider to replace my old hot water heater and to replace a very old wash tub basin in my laundry area. All I can say was the work that was performed was AMAZING! I found them to be very reasonably priced, great work by Nathan my plumber with a suggestion to make it work much better. Super professional and friendly. Not always easy when trying to work with a contractor you are putting your faith into to do a good job. Thank you Seider!

Installed in attic central air unit in March 2020 in an almost 100 year old home with no vents. There were some tech issues with the wall thermostat that they came back and resolved quickly (due to not using it for heating and just the cooling), otherwise the house has been comfortable for summer 2020 and 2021 as well. Wanted to wait over a year before leaving a review to provide a longer experience example.

Great price, service and installation. Jason and Allex were here to install a 75 gal. water heater. They arrived first thing at 730 this morning and wrapped things up by 945. They were very professional and left the job site very clean. Totally loyal to Seider after they helped me previously getting a new furnace installed on New Years Eve. Outstanding company.

Seider installed an AC unit in our home and has serviced it since its installation. I called today for service and was told they do not service our location. The phone operator (Amy) was rude, less-than-helpful, and either hung up on me (twice), doesnt know how to transfer a phone call, or their phone service is not working properly. She seemed put out that I was calling first thing in the morning. Nobody can find a record of our business, but I have a cancelled check and paperwork showing purchase and installation of AC unit. There are plenty of other HVAC providers. Even if I receive a call from the general manager, well be taking our business elsewhere.

Ive used Seider several times for service issues, and everyone Ive dealt with was outstanding. They may not be the least expensive, but they do quality work and stand behind what they do.

My experience with several Seider employees I have worked with has been nothing but positive! They have been very professional, on time and their work has been top notch. They have patiently answered all of my questions no matter how many I asked! I would recommend this company, for every service they provide, to anyone who needs their services. YOu wont be disappointed.

Our experience with Seider was great, we needed a toilet fixed and a high seat toilet placed in our home! From the friendliness of the staff to the price and time it took to repair and install, all was well! Would definitely recommend and would use again

Two things concern me about the installation:1. The receptacle for the filter does not provide for a good fit for the filter, leaving gaps for in-leakage of air which can bypass the filter. Please see the photos below. Please provide a remedy for this condition.2. The installer recommended that the humidifier that was on the old furnace be discarded, so the old humidifer was not reinstalled and the humidistat adjacent to the new thermostat was removed leaving a large hole in the plaster. I think this hole should have been closed up or that the installer should have at least called my attention to it.

They absolutely earned a 5 star rating with us. Craig came out to do our fall tune up and discovered & repaired several LP gas leaks at pipe junctions, he finely tuned 2 furnaces & discovered that both were way off the manufacturers recommended settings (causing inefficiency & damage from too high internal temp), diagnosed & fixed an issue with water leaking from the boiler, and replaced a severely damaged igniter. He was very knowledgeable and obviously cares about the quality of his work and making it all right. The pricing was fair and matched what was quoted for repairs & replacement parts. We really cant say enough about how happy we are with Seider Heating!

To prepare for the installation of our new gas furnace, the Seider plumbing team did an excellent job of bringing the WE Energies gas line into our home and layout out all the new copper pipes with fixtures. Also, they did an excellent job of replacing our cast iron waste pipe in our basement which was starting to show signs of failing. EXCELLENT work, professional -- and great clean-up after they were finished!

When I hire a service I hope I pick the right vendor from researching, yelping, googling customer comments. Not all serviced ends with the resolution I’d hoped for. While this was the case with my Seider experience I would still consider calling them back in the future. Why?The service manager (Todd) listened to my experience concern, support his company, technician, and me the customer. After we discussed my concern he made things right without me having to ask. I think that tells a lot about the company, I my case they truly listened. I respect superior customer service like this.

Our A/C stopped working and we discovered that it wasnt working pretty late in the evening. I called them and left a voicemail around 10pm, the next morning at 7am I got a phone call saying a technician could be to my home between 8 and 10 am. The technician Raman pulled up at 830, he knew what the problem was right away. He fixed it and explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me tips on what to do to keep everything clean and running smoothly. He suggested I have them come next summer to do a tune up which I will do. Raman was awesome and Im so glad I had him as a technician! Thank you for coming so quickly and fixing it promptly.

No cold air from AC. Called for check/repair appointment, got it scheduled in several days for 10AM - 2PM. Told them that the AC system is in the attic with no lock entry. Called scheduler at noon on the appointment day just to verify the appointment, they couldnt find it in the schedule. Finally they found it under wrong name. Was promised to get to us before 2PM and they did – 1:50 PM. The problem was that neither repairman named Rich nor myself didn’t know where the entry in the attic is. In about half an hour we finally found the entry. Rich found the unit, but soon got back to us saying: ”It was a dead mouse that prevented the unit working. I removed it, now it should work.” He was right – it was working now. So we paid unexpectedly $131.46 for the mouse removal plus $99 for the trip – altogether with tax $243. Looks to me that the scheduler should have verified if the scheduled repair person knew entry specifics at the appointment address, so there would be no time lost. Altogether I didn’t like sloppiness while scheduling the visit (wrong name + no entry specifics verification) and obviously I didn’t like paying for the time spent to find the entry in the attic. It was my mistake to use Seider Co., I saw different HVAC companies trucks in our area.

Polite beginning to end, no pushy sales tactics like others we talked to, quick to get a quote and appointment in. Installation of our AC unit went quick. Everything turned out great. Well be using them again for our water softener. Highly recommended.

AC Replacement - From initial consultation to install, the Seider Team exceeded my expectations. During the initial estimate Todd showed up with his PPE and inspected the old equipment. We discussed the work and options then he provided a fair quote. He answered my question on brands and expectations. Then at installation time the team showed up on time and did a great job. The used tarps to protect the floors, donned their PPE and overall kept a clean and neat work site. They also answered my questions, chatted a bit and made sure if I had any additional questions to give them a call back. Very pleased and am referring Seider to neighbors just as they were referred to me.

The service call we had was terrific. He initially tried to walk me through some steps to save some money; which I greatly appreciated. But I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to look at it. Two hours later, Mike R. Was at my house fixing the problem. He explained clearly what happened and what he did. I called for a quote and was quoted on a Goodman 2 ton I agreed and everything was fine until they came and installed the unit I noticed it wasn’t cooling my house enough I go check the unit realize the unit wasn’t what I was quoted and paid for they installed a Daikin 1.5 my paperwork said Goodman 2 ton so I called Todd some how the installers mixed up the units and a week later they came and installed the right unit 2 ton we’ll I decide that after this ordeal I check to make sure I’m registered for the unit they’ve installed turns out I was registered for a unit they installed at someone else’s home the unit installed now is not even registered I called them back spoke to Todd and my unit will be registered. I’ll be checking to make sure it is registered or I’ll register it myself. Please check your units serial numbers to make sure you get what you been quoted and pay for.. other then that I have to say they did a good job on the installation and where very responsive on making things right the second time around.

I recently purchased a home built in 1957. Seider repaired the leak in the original shower, replaced an old cement utility tub and brought the associated plumbing up to code, repaired the leak in the furnace intake and exhaust, fixed the upstairs sink, updated 2 hose bibb gate valves with ball valves and ran an gas line into the kitchen. They had all the necessary parts and did it all in one day for the exact amount I was quoted. Everyone connected with this company is friendly and professional. I have had numerous experiences with repairs and installations since buying this house, and Seider is easily the best / easiest to date! I highly recommend them:)

My AC failed after 31 years of service so it was time to find a replacement. My house had an addition that never had the ducts done correctly, but over the years I had re balanced the system and it worked well.One of the advantages of a new system is two stages, but I knew with the really long runs on my current duct work that this would not work. Everyone but Seider was more that willing to follow my lead and go single stage. Todd came in, ran new ducts to solve my duct problem, provided a better product with the same warranty for $800 less and the two stage will save me money and better cool and heat my house.His crew did an amazing job, walked us through all of the new equipment, left the house as clean as started. We wanted to tip the installation crew, but they would not accept our tip, they stated that they were paid by Seider and no tip was necessary.Amazing job, amazing value, amazing customer service, on time and returns calls promptly...this is the company you want to choose!!!!!!!

Called a week ago to have a check of our 30 year-old central air unit. Scheduled an appointment for today, between 8 and noon. My husband took the morning off, and called Seider at 11 to get an eta. Was told the tech would be at our place around noon. I arranged to come home on my lunch break and take a bit of PTO if need be, so my husband could go to work. Seider called back a few minutes later, said the job earlier in the morning took longer than expected, and the tech would be at our place sometime after 130. So...wed have to take MORE time off, in the hopes someone would show up?UNACCEPTABLE.We cancelled the appointment and we wont be calling back.My husband took 4 hours PTO, with nothing to show for it.Well find a company that values our time.

Seider was great! Our furnace went out and they were there the next day. They had a better price then one of their competitors for the exact same furnace. They were early (I was 100% ok with that),and they were quick. I was told they would be done around 4pm....they actually finished at 12:30! The service guys were very professional, respectful, and thorough. They explained everything that they were going to do, did it quickly, and then cleaned up the basement like they were never there. I wold highly recommend Seider if you need a new furnace.

Seider is a company that I have hired several times to do electrical work in my home. They have provided professional and competent services. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical work that needs to be completed.

Mice got into our A/C unit and chewed through some wires. Another HVAC company came out and quoted $620 to repair but said we really needed a completely new system and gave us quotes from $11-$15,000. Decided to get additional quotes and called Seider. John R came out but said we didnt need a new system and scheduled a service call instead.Technician Craig Wilcox came out, fixed the wires and blown fuse and we were up and running for $142. Seider not only saved us $478 but saved us from spending over $10,000 on a new system which Seider says we should not need for many years. On top of this, both John and Craig were honest, efficient and super friendly. I wont use anyone but SEIDER from here on out!

Poor customer service. Contacted asked if they could come provided assistance to my client and if they handled commercial projects. Receptionist, Yes we do! let me talk to Mike Walters and see when we can schedule something. - on hold - off hold - Receptionist, Sorry we arent going top be able to help you with this. - Um, why not? They didnt say. - Do they not want to work? Get the project and earn money?? Sorry we cant help you, they didnt say why. - OK I guess......Felt like the poor receptionist was thrown under the bus by having to break some news and the sales guy Mike wasnt going to put his big boy pants on to tell me himself.

We had our furnace serviced today. The technician was very helpful in that he explained some of the features we were unaware of. We have been very pleased with Seider. Also, we appreciated the phone calls - one reminding us of the appointment and then the call today saying he would be at our home shortly.

Replaced a nearly 30 year old furnace and AC unit and had the ducts cleaned. John Ranic provided all the information needed to make an informed decision. Pete and Derek efficiently cleaned the ducts, removed the old units, installed the new Carrier furnace and AC and cleaned up thoroughly. Pete went over the operations of the new units. Friendly and professional in all respects.

The technician helped explain my sump pump issue and remedied the situation for me quickly. He also provided me additional options to help with the extreme water flow in my basement and had someone else follow up later in the day with the additional information I requested on those options. I could not be more pleased with the speedy, friendly and tidy service that was provided to me.

It was painless for me. The technician arrived about in the middle of the scheduled time period, He was knowledgeable, friendly. He began work immediately and worked for about 45 minutes. During that time he diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and performed a number of furnace health checks and safety checks for our benefit. He then explained to me what he did -- in laymans terms. Im happy with Seiders service, and if they want to dispatch the same technician next time we call, that would be great.

Needed electrical repair for an issue with our outdoor lights. Was extremely happy with the work that was done to fix the issue. Would highly recommend them for any electrical work!

It was a good visit. The gentleman that came to do the service was polite and very nice. He showed me what was wrong and was very patient when I asked a lot of questions. I would welcome him in to do work anytime. The only thing I didnt like was paying $194 when there was nothing wrong. The issue was with my stove not the electrical service.

My furnace went out yesterday. I placed a call to Seider heating to have a technician come out to fix it. I have used this company in the past and they have always been wonderful. Not the case this time. I placed the call at 11:45am. I didn’t hear back until 2:30pm. I spoke with a woman who informed me that they can’t diagnose my furnace if it is working. (The pilot light was working intermittently) She quoted me $89.99 for someone to come look at it. I said ok and hung up. It stopped working right after I got off the phone so I immediately called back. I waited another half an hour for a call back. Once she called me back she quoted me $149.99 because I called after noon.Today, I spoke with the owner Brian Seider. While he seemed to understand when I explained to him why he lost a customer he kept reiterating they were really busy yesterday. It was also very obvious he didn’t seem to care what I had to say or that I won’t use them to maintain or purchase future HVAC needs.Update: I received a call from Blake Seider today (1/4/18). We discussed what happened. I have since changed my rating from one star to three stars. I don’t know if I will use them in the future but I feel it’s fair to rate them higher then I originally did because both the owner and the owners son cared enough to call and or return my call.

Pricing was good and installation was clean and timely. I would recommend.

Seider has provided excellent and consistent service, maintaining our HVAC system, for years. We often have the same service people coming yearly and as needed, which provides continuity in the care of our system, and a growing relationship with those persons. We highly recommend them.

We are super impressed with our new air conditioning system that Seider Heating installed for us. We chose the Daikin air conditioner based upon Johns recommendations. Its super quiet, and has a 16 SEER rating. Installation was completed in less than 3 hours. Service techs (Rick, Tony, and John) were friendly, and we felt very comfortable with them in our home. Installation of our system went smoothly, and there are no issues at all with the workmanship that these guys provided. We highly recommend Seider, and have decided to make them our primary for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

I used Seider for a service and was charged $129.00 just to turn on the circuit breaker!!!! I was charged $149.00 to come plus the $129.00 . My bill was $292.00 just to turn on a circuit breaker!!!! I will never call them again for anything. I understand the $149.00 for the house call, but the $129.00 is just a rip off!!! Will tell all the friends and even enemies to not use Seider!!!!! Will also be taken it up with the BBB!!!! Please people dont use them or you will be ripped off too!!!!
