Same thing just happened to me with my home warranty. Left message in the morning about my A/C not working, and never got a call back. I called back 8 hours later and they said that they would not travel that far.....(22 miles!!) Sure would of been nice to find that out earlier in the day. Buyer beware.

Said he would come after he finished a job. Never called or showed up. Dont waste your time

This company was part of my home warranty providers. They explained to me what the problem was and fixed it.

This provider was selected through my home warranty provider when our furnace went out. Refused to respond to our warranty claim stating that we were too far away and that our home warranty service wouldnt approve of the emergency/overtime rate during non-business hours. Also suggested that I call back my home warranty provider and request that they find a different contractor closer to our location. Was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful during multiple phone conversations.
