This place gets NO STARS . I used this place on 425 they came to sat up for my daughter sweet 16. I paid 200 dollars for the big tent the TENT was So Dirty.TABLE with foot prints on it and other dirt on it All 32 chairs was DIRTY. I did have table covers but still everything was still a mess didnt have time to call or even change anything tried to clean but it would too much and most dirt would not come off. They need to throw it all away.(Tent,Table and chairs). my guess came no one would go under or eat under the tent. So embarrassing. a waste of money.

These guys ruined some other company’s tent and is not right

The only reason why this company is even a getting a star is bc I couldnt leave a review otherwise. I had a terrible experience with them when renting their tables, table covers and chairs- as if anyone needs that stress during such an important time. It all started when they failed to honor me their promotional discount while signing a contract with them at a 15era expo. They had originally offered to keep the same price on the chairs and tables should I need more... that didnt happen and their response was extremely unprofessional. Either way, I went through with renting them bc my wedding was in one week and I really didnt have any other choice. On the day of drop off, they demanded payment from the owner of the ranch where we were hosting our wedding- again, extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. The guy who I had signed the contract with had told me specifically that payment was okay to be taken during pick up as wed be running around on the actual wedding day. As the chairs were being set up, we realized that out of the 26 additional chairs we had requested, only 16 had been dropped off. While prepping for the wedding, I had to contact the company to figure out where those other chairs had gone. Turns out, the driver had them in the back of his truck and didnt know they were also for us... really? They never dropped off, like they were supposed to so I had to contact a different rental company ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDING and rent from them. Save yourself the time and the trouble- AVOID RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Ive been calling this place for 2 days and no one ever called back. Thanks for not responding. That lets me know not to use your service.
