Well, I like laundromat where expected services are available and functional. I require small change: they have. I need to goal several big loads: have the room and the machines.Note to mention that it is affordable.

I will definitely be going back to this location in the future. They had many different sizes of machines and even 2 massive 8 load machines! Everything worked as it should and my clothes were clean and smelled good when I took them home. Its rare to find a laundromat that is maintained well enough to meet my standards in a coin-op laundry facility, this place did and even exceeded it. Even the worker was kind and helpful. Almost all written instructions are in Spanish so be prepared for that, if you need help, ask! The lady there is more than happy to help out.

My family and I came to great wolf lodge from Michigan and to our dismay the hotel does not have washer/dryer for guests. In a panic I googled the nearest laundromats in the area and we got Ellie’s as the first hit. Very clean and the staff was extremely courteous. If we are ever in the area again, will be going back to do our laundry again! Anyone traveling and staying at great wolf I would recommend this laundromat!

Ive been going to this laundromat for about 6 months, and I love it! Its clean and kept, the attendant thats there on Sundays is real nice. I usually come in with heavy blankets and they always come out smelling nice and clean.

Clean inside. Most equipment is in working order. Friendly staff. It gets busy but you can always find a washer or dryer. Nicest laundromat in town.

I came here one day an hour and a half before closing time and I had a bunch of clothes to wash. So it took me a little long but the staff here didnt pressure me to hurry up which was awesome. I did however move as quickly as possible so they could get home as well. Cool staff, clean environment.

Since new owner took over machine maintenance is sketchy at best. Poor staff takes brunt of complaints that seem to go unheeded. Dryer heat settings are much lower than in the past. Malfunction or money saving measure?? I and my family will be finding somewhere else to do our laundry. The only reason I gave two stars is the staff on first shift is always attentive and helpful.
