The guys at Waukegan Computer are great! Thought I lost all my files when I got the blue screen of death... the laptop was dead, but by chatting with Kerry & Jordan they were able to find a solution that recovered all my files (that the big box guys didnt offer, BTW). Highly recommend!

What a life saver! I called Waukegan computer asking if they had a compatible charger for my work laptop. I left the office for the week today and realized I forgot my laptop charger. I told Jordan where I lived, how I worked from home for the next 3 days and he was so pleasant and understanding. I even called him at about 4:50p to let him know my maps was noting I’d be there at 4:57p. He said he planned to stick around because he figured I really needed the charger! As soon as I walked in he had it on the counter waiting for me and even tested it to ensure it charged my computer first! Such an amazing experience in a time where customer service experiences have been mediocre. Thanks again Jordan, your exceptional customer service won me as a customer!

I bought my 21.5 iMac I-5 1tb hard drive and 8GB memory from Josh who was an awesome guy. Austin sales person. They were wanting $275 for it, but I got it for $200. And I thank them and it was a wonderful computer. I had to sell it and and the next guy that got it. Love it, too.

These guys are great. Ive bought 2 refurbished laptops and both are good. They fixed my sons computer that Geek Squad said wasnt worth fixing.

This place was amazing. I needed something simple but obscure and they had me in and out for 1/3 of what I would have paid for it at best buy and they even diagnosed a problem and recommend a solution that I didnt know my laptop had just through listening to it.
