Love their Service! I have been going with them since 2012 for my DACA and the renewals. I also went there in 2015 to apply for my Green card and in less than 6 months I was approved. Now I am in the process of renewing it! Also they only ask for Donations :)

This organization has all the paperwork you need to fill out. The wonderful thing about this organization its free so I recommend that you see them before you see a Lawyer

They never answer the phone and if you leave your voice-mail asking for a question they never call back

Very helpful staff, well except for the receptionist she is always with a frown in her face. Not a helpful person. She wanted to give me attitude, and intimidate me into choosing a appointment. Went the next day she asked in a rude way why I had not made an appointment, I said I had not chose a date because she had told me to go the next day and ask if they could see me. I was told that, she probably was looking at the wrong calender because there was an open slot well one for the next day by another staff member. This staff member helped me make my appointment and on my appointment day filled my papers in a professional way 😁

The people are so friendly and so efficient. They know how to get the job done.

TOOK MY VISA PETTITION PAPER AND WAS COMPLETED BY THE LADY AT FRONT DESK AND SHE DIDNT ASK ME IMPORTANT QUESTION THERE FOR MY VISA CASE IS NOW BEING HELD UNDER DEEPER INVESTIGATION AT THE NVC.NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

A family member received help here to submit the paperwork for the green card renewal and I have not received a response with the status of this. I call every day and it goes to voicemail. Ive left countless voicemails every day and they still havent contacted me ... its been about a month. Very very disappointed with this service as not renewing my green card will be devastating.Translation:Family member got help submitting paper work for resident card renewal and I have not heard back with a status of this.
