The the workers are polite but they cant seem clean the oil after they put it in your car had to go back twice this happened two times both times I had to go pressure wash my car to get the oil smell out they need 2 learn to be more careful draining and filling

These guys are the very best. They treated me wonderfully. I didnt have to wait, but even if I did they would be worth waiting for. After they removed a mouse eaten air filter they even vacuumed the area outI told them when I left they were every part of a 10 + thank you guys

Its not a 10 min. Oil change. I waited in line for 45 min. And then the oil change was like 30 min.

They messed my car up and tried to cover it up

I was very impressed with the teamwork I experienced on 7/31/2020. Mike took over completing my oil change, very courteous & aplogetic that I had increased wait time which was beyond anyones control as the other tech that had started my oil change needed a few minutes to care for his hand. The manager jumped in to cover another vechicle, all positive interactions with each other, no negative comments heard, an added value to my experience.

Had terrible experience. Guys were goofing off very in proffesional. Manager was not there. Also went in earlier and waited a good 40 minutes and when I drove in they told me the credit card machine was not working. They should have sent someone out to let others know. I had no cash and had to drive off. Total waste of time that could easily have been prevented. Poor customer service!

Ive been going to Prompto in Waterville for several years now. I usually stop on my to or from Southern Maine, because its 45 minutes from home. I have always received excellent service. First thing, last Monday morning, I drove in and got remarkable service and I will never take my car anywhere else, period! I had to have a new cover for my oil filter, which evidently was broken when Id purchased my used car. I had an excellent experience at Prompto, and the customer service I received was perfect! As someone who is self-employed, my time is valuable, their efficiency was much appreciated, and Ive already paid it forward! George and his staff are professional, clean, pleasant, VERY open with information and knowledgeable. They explain everything clearly. They are honest, up front with what will be or has been done, how much it will cost and off you go, in no time at all. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

It was 22.95 here instead of J & S Express Lube which was 75 bux for the same car. Also I had oil and filter changed and was in and out in under 10 mins!!! And like i said, it was less then 1/3rd of the price of J & S!!!!!!

I have been using prompto oil service for my oil changes for well close to 25 years. I do the majority of repair work to my own vehicle but I absolutely refuse to do my own oil change.I have always received very prompt very friendly very courteous service no matter the location I go to but I live in Waterville in Waterville KMD prompto is my go to prompto oil change. My thanks to George and his staff for always taking care of my vehicle.

Fast and reliable! Customer seating area is connected to the main service area, so if youre sensitive to oil smells you may find yourself on the cusp of nausea.

Havent had a bad experience in the 6 years I have used them. They are a true prompto in the fact they do it fast. You may have to wait in line, but once you are in, dont blink or you will miss it. They are super fast.

These guys are great. In out no time. They know you by name and treat you like your the only there.

I almost totaled my car by not getting my oil changed. I made it there and they changed my oil gave me a new air filter and filled up my anti-freeze. They were incredibly nice, and they didn’t seem to judge me. Though I’m sure they did because I am an idiot. Lovely place lovely employees

Been going here for years . New group of employees this time and they clearly arnt in a hurry to do an oil change. After waiting 15 minutes for them to walk around and talk I got in. 15 mins after that I have an oil change and a oily steering wheel.Time to find new place with group that cares

Worst oil change i have ever received recommend no one goes here if you care about your vehicle in the slightest. put my oil filter in wrong, sprayed my oil all over the place until i had none left. NEVER AGAIN, will I go to Waterville Kmd Prompto.

The employees seem lazy. Checking the air in your cars tires, washing the windows...those are included in your service. I had to ask twice for these things to be done before I left. And 10 minutes in and out? More like a half an hour or more!

I always trust Prompto with my oil changes. The staff are always friendly and wonderful and its fast and inexpensive!

After dropping my car off to the garage for an inspection this week I got a quick call back from the mechanic informing me that there was oil all over my engine. He told me the last person who changed the oil left the oil filter way too lose and oil had sprayed everywhere. I was told that I was incredibly lucky that no damage was done to the engine. The last person who touched that filter was an employee at Waterville Promto on KMD.
