My boyfriend went here to get my bracelet resized. They told us it would be ready a month after we brought it in. We were fine with that so we left it. They never said they’d call us when it was ready. He went in to pick it up they say they told us it was ready and it was not ready. They said come back tomorrow. He went back two days later and when he telling her what he was picking up she interrupted and said, “well if we didn’t call then it’s not ready”. she went out back to check just in case and rudely came back and said “you’re lucky that it’s ready”. we don’t care it took so long, they were just rude and didn’t call to tell us it was going to be late and then when it was ready.

Always treated as though we are the most important customers.
