If you make them your first call you will be all set in the restoration department.Our house was destroyed by frozen pipes. It has been a long process getting things put back together. I called the two major franchises that do this kind of work and was still waiting for a return call and Advanced 1 was already headed to our house. They have been a part of this process from the start. They got there the day I called and at once began to assess the damage and educate me about how these things work. with in a day they began to clear out the debris and demo the damage. They have been excellent in helping us navigate a very stressful process. They have a bright and competent and pretty deep staff. They looked at all aspects of this from demo, insurance communication, and interfaced with the builder. They boxed up contents, labeled with what is inside delivered material as we needed it. The crew that was on site and office staff were always available and helpful, i had everyones cellphones and always got a fast call back. This is not a chain or franchise and it was a pleasure working with them given the circumstances. I hope I never have to call them again but if you find yourself in need they cover a wide area in Maine and were the most responsive of the three companies I called that day! I recommend calling them.

This year, my office building experienced an oil spill in the cellar causing $200,000 damage....The building was remediated in two months, returned to full use, and in better shape than when new...The lead company was Advance....Their service was amazingly efficient, timely, thorough, and cost effective.....Their staff and equipment put the building back in shape better than before the occurrence..Advance has also been the janitorial service to the building when it was a State and Federal agency for twenty years, always with complete customer satisfaction ratings by the tenants.....A truly AAA operation and company!!

Advance 1 Cleaning is a lifesaver. They cleaned my house after another company screwed up. They were enthusiastic workers and Derek went out of his way to make sure every little bit of water damage and mold was removed. I wish I had used this company in the first place. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very professional home carpet cleaning. They did a great job, not just with the cleaning, but in the care of my home generally, friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend them and I will certainly be using them again.
