I had to have our truck fixed so I needed to get a vehicle. Enterprise brought me a truck very nice, very clean. I was finally able to drop it off yesterday and they are going to pick it up today. Payton the young man that works at Enterprise he brought it to me kept me up to date on everything. I even washed and cleaned it for him. He deserves a promotion!! If you need to rent a vehicle go to Enterprise and ask for Payton.... You wont be disappointed 😊😊

I needed to rent a car for a week so I figured I’d use my AAA membership to get a discount with Hertz but come to find out the day of rental that I needed a credit score of 740, which I don’t have. I went to Enterprise Rental in Augusta who in turn got me a rental out of Waterville within an hour. Best people to do business with, very friendly and affordable. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Enterprise!!!!

Not good experience! Needed a car to get my daughter from an airport 100 miles away from home, needed it to go one way. Was told they dont do that and the car would have to go back to the airport? Never heard of such a thing? There loss.

Horrible. we ordered and paid for a truck weeks in advance, the day before they say we cannot take it and they have no other trucks. we are forced to take a mini van to move an apartments full of stuff. this was unbelievably unprofessional and unfair.

Picked up a car for a month long rental and about a week in the trunk wouldn’t shut. So we called up Enterprise and Justine was awesome. She scheduled a new car near us and was a delight to talk with.10/10 would rent from here again and bring cookies for the whole staff.Thanks guys!!!

Staff was great and sought to please in any means they could. Not withstanding I reserved a car a week prior and arrived with no cars available. I confirmed the day before my reservation and yet no car kept for my reservation. No solution available either and forced to chose between a truck or minivan.

Overall the service was good. However, while renting the car, it was cold and raining, they did not have any tent set up, nor did they have a number system available so that one didnt have to stand outside in the rain and cold.

Called on the phone to book a car for Monday. There was a SEVERE language gap between me and the call center rep. She kept giving the wrong dates and didnt even ask me what I was looking for before she started throwing out HUGE prices. She did not listen or understand a single thing I said to her.That led me to driving out to the office in Waterville where I talked with a woman who acted like she wanted to be somewhere else. I only needed a car for a few hours and they wanted over a hundred bucks. No other options. Complete rip off and terrible experience.

Need a car as mine was in the shop for body work. The Waterville Enterprise office was short staffed, but an exceptionally bright and knowledgeable young guy handled everybody with a smile and quick service. Wish I had gotten his name. My rental was a Dodge Chalinger RT. Wow! Like driving a fighter jet. Thank you, unnamed stranger! The car is awesome.

2 years ago I had hit a deer on the interstate which meant my truck had to go in for extensive repairs I had gotten a vehicle from Enterprise a brand new Ford F-150 the vehicle was great and so was the service I would recommend them to anybody

Rates could be alittle lower and sometimes I get over charged. I make reservations a couple weeks in advance to detour any confusion about a rental.Most of the time the vehicle I choose isnt at location. This can be good and bad, good because you may get an upgrade, or you drive something you dont want to. This doesnt bother me because I understand some rentals run late. Customer service will do what they can to get you into what you want.The customer service is great and the cars are always very clean.Overall Id say 4 out 5 stars

I have rented from this location many times over the past several years for my business travels in New England. The staff here has always been friendly, professional, and accomodating (I have to be picked up/dropped off). On that rare occasion a mistake has been made, they have corrected the issue in a quick manner. Use this location if in the area you have the need.

Dealt with Peter on the phone about a misunderstanding...He was very courteous and helped me to solve the issue in minutes...I would recommend this branch for ANYONE looking for a clean and friendly environment as well as amazing rentals.

Nice vehicles, great customer service and friendly employees, policies of the corporation itself could be more customer friendly.I understand the need for a deposit, but it took almost 2 weeks to have the deposit refunded to my account. A $40 rental tied up $300 of my money for 12 days. If you can overlook that, this is the only place you should consider renting from.Also, as a member of the Enterprise Plus program, I would like to see deposits reduced or even waived for members. Id certainly consider renting from Enterprise alot more if it didnt tie up my money for weeks at a time.All in all though, they offer a great service at very fair and reasonable prices.

As a business owner who rents frequently from Enterprise, I am rarely ever disappointed by the personal service I receive from this company. Even when I am needing a specific class of rental last minute, they work diligently to retrieve said class for me. If they cannot put me in the required class they usually upgrade me to the higher tier. This is why I continue to use Enterprise month after month.

Recently reserved a mid size car from the Waterville branch and received a beat up mini van from Tennessee. It had a cracked windshield all the way across and this hellacious humming that came from the rear door. I wouldn’t recommend renting any vehicles from this location.

I rented a vehicle one way for one day, returned the vehicle as specified in the agreement to the Waterville office. It was closed that day. I returned the keys to the key drop. The next day when the office opened, they charged me an extra $200 late fee, and they and the originating office in Boston at Logan refused to credit me. I called them for over a month, and eventually notified Consumer Affairs in the Maine AGs office. This led eventually to a credit. I thank the office for fixing the problem, but worry that it took such an effort when there was no question who owed whom what.

Of all the places that help you when you most need it . Enterprise is there, i cant think of a better place i would ever go to. I had ot go into canada from maine for a short notice and extended notice and dove a lot of money in, but these guys went above and beyond and helped me get the right discount that fit my budget down to the last penny. I cant thank them enough and will use them in the future. from pick up to the final ride no matter what life has thrown at you they are there.

Heads up, when you make a reservation through the 24/7 hotline, they dont know the inventory of each enterprise store. So, though it may sound like you have a vehicle booked, you may hear from the store the next day that there actually arent any vehicles available :(
