The new company here has finally brought in good people. The new manager Coty is extremely knowledgeable and was great at explaining everything to me. And he treated me like family. I cant recommend people go to this store enough

I went into AT&T to potentially switch to their network from Sprint (due to their HORRIBLE customer service!). The girl that helped me seemed very nice and knowledgeable, and eventually talked me into switching with the promise of AT&T paying off my Sprint contract. She wrote down all of the steps and what I needed to do to get the VISA card reimbursing me for my switching fees. I followed all of the steps and submitted everything back in February. It is almost May now and I just received a call from the switching program that I will not be getting anything back because I did not trade my phone in. I specifically asked the girl in the store that day if she needed both of our phones traded in for this to work and she said to me, No! In fact, take your iPhone 7+ and sell it on your own, youll get more money than we would ever give you anyway. So, thats what I did (and wasnt able to sell it for anything!) I paid my final Sprint bill of over $1,200 on false hopes that I would get most of it back. Now I am out over a grand. The customer service supervisor told me to contact the store and ask for a courtesy credit since the error was made on the store associates part. I had to call the store several times and no one ever returned my messages. I finally got a hold of the manager and she said she is about to leave and will be gone the whole weekend, she will take a look at it Monday but cant promise anything. What?! Her store associate should not have sold me on something without telling me all the requirements, especially knowing that not trading in the phone would disqualify me. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service from AT&T whenever I call or chat online, but this store is HORRIBLE. Go to another location if you want an honest sales person to adequately and correctly relay to you the valid promotions and information.
Trainee Doni and Courtney were so very helpful. They had me set up with a new phone in no time. They took time to take care of my needs and I was highly satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone

Finally good service here in Watertown! The old owners of this store were kicked out they told me, and new owners came in and cleaned house! The people here now are awesome!!!

Signed up for Direct TV service for my home, was offered the two year plan at $60.00 per month. Customer rep told me that I didnt have to have anything else bundled with this to get TV service for two years. When I got my confirmation, the first thing that I noticed was that the first year was $60.00 per month, but if I wanted the second year at that rate, I would have to bundle it with another AT&T service, which is what I was not informed of by my rep at the time I signed up. Fortunately I caught it in time before my install was scheduled and was able to cancel everything. The customer rep needed to be better informed, unfortunatley I think that she was the manager for the Watertown store.
HVery knowledgeable employees especially Coty Gillingham. Nice to leave the store and feel like you got what you went in there for. Great job Watertown
EDIT! ********I wanted to take some time and update this (Ive been busy and forgot to do it they day of) review. My wife went in roughly 2 days after the incident described below. The staff was very understanding and they got ahold of some higher-ups that helped explain our unique situation. With everything said and done, we are back where we were, and the overcharge on the bill was NOT because of the staff!Turns out or plan had been grandfathered in, and if we were paying the price of a new plan with our options, then the plan they helped us find WAS cheaper! I will leave the whole review intact, but I wanted to bring to light that the people here keep their word, and do a good job helping their customers. Thank you!*********Im torn with this place and the new management here. We went in to see how we could save money on our bill, and with our plan, they said we would be saving money with the unlimited plans that are available now. They mentioned that we would save a good amount (never gave exact figures). We asked about getting insurance on our phones for all the lines, and they mentioned that there was an option to put insurance on all of them at once for 35 a month (for the whole plan), and that would cover all three lines.We got our bill and we ate now being charged 100 bucks over what we used to pay, and only two of our lives has insurance! On top of that, we lost the huge discount we had from UBER that we had! (We still have a driver on this plan.)To say Im upset is a MAJOR understatement. I shouldve suspected more at the time due to the fact that they never showed us the numbers of how and what we were saving. They had to make several calls and it seemed like something was sketchy, but it could be that theyre newer, so Im really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.Id give them more than two stars if they can fix this issue, and either get us back on the plan we had with our discounts, or give us the plan that would do what they promised. If they cant deliver, it may finally be time for us to seriously consider going to Verizon. Weve had AT&T for almost 8 years, and theyve NEVER tried to screw around with us like this before. I truly hope that this is only due to lack of knowledge and experience.

My husband and I went in to AT&T to get on the same phone plan because right now Im under AT&T and he is under US Cellular. The guy that we talked to could not give us any sort of answer. He acted like everything we were asking him about was super foreign and he always seemed confused. We walked out of there with zero answers and more confused than we were before we got there. Please get people there that can at least help you with your questions.
Walking into the store to switch phone service from one carrier to ATT should have been easy. I had done my research, knew I was switching to the Direct Select w/ 1 TV no DVR. Unlimited wireless plan including data/calls and texts. Four lines porting over and using the BOGO program on the Galaxy S7 AT&T was holding. I did the chat sessions online all week asking questions and finding out what was best for me. The minute I walked into this store I was taken aback. It was not the amazing customer service I experience online. The appearance of the staff was not professional. The way the male employee was speaking to the customer he was helping left something to be desired and the minute the womans son asked for some help on his ipod the man stated I can work a lot faster if I am not distracted, not trying to be a mean person, but just sayin. Im sorry, it was one second he put that ipod up, the mother hushed the child telling him to wait and she will help him after she was done and the employee walking away making this comment along with others. The atmosphere of this store turned me off so much that I will no longer be switching carriers and sticking with the one I have that continues to have amazing customer service and support! My only reason for even looking at AT&T was that unlimited data. This store ruined it for me.

Extreme lack of follow through with employees. Was told that I would receive a new phone to replace my defective one in three days time and had to call three times to get a confirmation that it would actually take 6 days time. The employees have a lack of knowledge about store policies and procedures. Go to the Oconomowoc corporate location instead.
