Cindy runs a great store! Her employees are always helpful. I have been a business & personal customer of this store for 3 yrs now. Whether it is printing, shipping or handling packages, there is no other place I would go to.If you read a few bad reviews here and there from a few people, check out their other reviews. Often they tend to be negative people. But yes, like everyone, sometimes mistakes are made. However if youre a patient person, they will work with you as fast as possible to fix the situation.Overall great people = great store!

I was struggling to find a business willing to help me print photos onto regular paper and I called UPS and Brandi was so kind and helpful! She was bubbly and so willing to help. Will definitely be using them for all of my needs.

What ever happened to customer service. Nicci waited on me and was very rude. For someone who never returns packages & is unaware of how things work at UPS, she was very rude. Sorry for even walking in the door.

Great service. The employees are usually pretty helpful and don’t seem to totally hate their jobs. They’ve helped me tape up some of my packages too. My main reason for going there are Amazon returns and I love that I can almost just throw it on the counter, say I don’t need a receipt, and leave. I’m never worried about it not getting accepted since I get the return notification from Amazon within 5min of leaving the store every time. I’m never there for more than 2min. This is one of the best UPS stores in SE WI.

I use UPS store almost on a daily basis to send packages. The UPS store in Watertown, WI is run by some of the best customer service orientated people I have ever met. I am always greeted with a hello, and if there is a line (which is always small and goes very fast), I am always told they will be with me as soon as possible. They truly care about there customers and are they to help as much as they can. Keep it up UPS Store and setting a great example for other stores.

I have visited this store twice, and I have been thrilled with the service. My packages arrived safely, and the staff were excellent.

I work 8am-8pm every day except sunday so obviously Im not going to be home when they come to deliver my packages Ive ordered so many things, but none of my packages are getting to me because Im not home. I keep getting the we missed you notes but they dont have a time on them so I cant even send the neighbor to sign for it. I just want my stuff.

Five stars for great staff. Pick up times are earlier in the day so make sure you get in under the wire. Very helpful staff with labeling and packing needs, I can always get in and out extremely fast.
